Okay, so my car is "sold" at the end of September, my energy table may have a new home, if not, that goes up too. My crystals, well, I awoke to visions of me "packing" all 20+ lbs of them in my suitcase! lol, Trying to decide how I "part" with them, other than some of them having a new home here. Beyond that, purchase my ticket this Wednesday, throw out tons of boxes of stuff, clean my room up, finish up workshops & house/kitty cat sitting jobs and board a plane on October 16th for Kauai! Will connect with all of those I am meant to connect with once I arrive, and any that arise between now and then. Ya'll may not see me for awhile, as I am not sure about having internet, or even my computer until my first online media event on November 4th. So, the month of September shall be a busy one. I shall do as many online sessions in-between. Have stopped doing in-person sessions .... so.... here WE go! Ready to further create the NEW with others in LOVE and LIGHT from beyond! 

ETHERIC BLUEPRINT/LIGHT BODY TEMPLATES
DISSOLUTION OF SEPARATION OF IDENTITIES, SELVES & TIME IN ALL 

There is an etheric blueprint for each one of us, and for Gaia too. These are templates that hold information that continues to be activated within each one of us, as a walking energy form here.

The HUMAN template held separation within it. All were separated in identities, selves, time (and more). This has been & continues to be erased/dissolved. 

The entire human template is being wiped. This appears to be happening faster, yet it is just more "visible" as one integrates light within and vibrates at a higher frequency. In order to integrate LIGHT, where there is dense to be released, one must sleep. The human mind/body cannot "take" all of the light that gets activated in super high energy times. 

The human mind is like the processor of a computer for this template. It holds the clock & time within in. Until one actively participates in releasing "time" within, one gets shut down for this to occur "for" them. 

The Soul Self does not have this separation within it. As more integrate to EMBODY AS their own Soul/Light within, the less this will matter. This BEing "moves" and exists in flow with the entire Universe from within. One is awoken when they are meant to wake. One is shut down when it is time to sleep. "Work" is not done with thought. It too is a "received thought" of what to do, and this Being does it, without thought. For all that is "needed" is present in any given moment. The words that are meant to be spoken, come forth. The ability to "do" an action comes forth, even if it didn't exist in one's human brain capacity, one has access to BEYOND that here. 

Sleep for the Soul/Light Self is a "plug-in, re-charge, re-boot, connection time". There is very little actual sleep, unless one is in "light integration" mode. There is not exhaustion from anything that gets done, so the physical/mental/emotional/soul self all exist in the same space, in flow, as ONE being together. There is no conflict or question. There is very little thought here, unless it is of creation of "new" or to assist another. Those are our only purposes here now.

Light is being activate within you. Separation within is made visible to see. If not first of the self, then by what occurs out there to create an emotional response within. 

One can participate in releasing "time" & separation from their body template. Releasing the need to look at a clock, make appointments (this is why I work primarily in-the-moment with all things and schedule very little now). Sleeping when they "feel" to do so. Not stepping out of present moment to focus on another. No thought or spoken comparisons (age, achievements, accomplishments, amount of time spent doing anything), no speaking or thinking in terms of yesterday, last week, or years. Switch the words from "I have done this for years" to "That was another version of me in a different vibrational frequency". When I look back at a memory, I see the frequency that was present, not how old that human me was or how long I did something. I do not see that I have done "this" for a certain amount of time, yet another has done "this" for a certain amount of time. For that is a human comparison, an aspect of the human self.

Memories also go. For these too existed in separation of time. For as one releases the attachment, the story, the identity... then it is no longer needed.

Much is being "wiped" from the memory banks, for it only existed for the human experience. When one no longer "needs" that lesson, that experience, it is allowed to "leave" our energy field... which actually is one just vibrating at a different frequency that no longer holds that frequency.

NEW Earth, 5th Dimension, is a Realm. A vibration. A space that all occupy that must be first visible from within. Then it comes to be visible out there. For WE all are creating NEW Earth/5th Dimension in every moment that separation within is released and one further EMBODIES love, light and peace within. This is the true embodiment of the higher self, the soul, the body of light (LightBody) and it is occurring "now" for all. How it occurs shall depend on how much one activates the light on their own, by participating, or resists it as an inconvenience to the human aspect of their existence here. This one receives an "adjustment" to assist in one's alignment. These are where human pain and suffering come in. ♥

SUN ACTIVATION OF YOUR ENERGY/ETHERIC/CRYSTAL/LIGHT BODY:

EVERY day, where there is Sun, it is imperative "right now" (always) to get somewhere where the crown & 3rd eye are exposed "the most" for direct sunlight. Even when there is not, you can do this, yet the actual sun allows for one to FEEL expansion "in-the-moment". 

Place your head in the direct sunlight (under a window is fine) and sit (or I lay positioned for maximum head activation) and close your eyes. Breathe in the sunshine, through your 3rd eye, slow long belly-expanding breathes and on the exhale, slow slow slow release to tune your body & your breath together at the same time. If, on the exhale, you feel to emit a "tone" in your breath, this is what I call "toning"... and you can actually tune, in frequency, as you release breath in tone. The slower & longer the in/out breath, the more you are able to tune within.

5-10 minutes is enough to activate. You will feel tingling in your 3rd eye & crown (pineal) area. Allow your mind to visualize peace and love inside. Feel yourself connected to all there is, through your breath, through your entire BEing. 

p.s. place your hands, palms up and focus on the center of your hands. There is an energy activation point (chakra/crystal, whatever word you want to use) and you will feel expansion here too. 

Now, imagine breathing LIGHT into your entire LIGHT BODY. Fill it up inside. Imagine the sun activating your physical eyes (take care not to stare directly, unless you know how to do this safely)... YOUR entire body IS an ENERGY CENTER, a CRYSTAL... you can activate it, by choice, if you so desire to.

Happy moment o LOVE most awesome and amazing BEings of LIGHT!

I am sending out beams and beams and beams of the most magnificent energy to touch you all! I have been offline while working & shifting into "moving" mode here on my end. It shall continue to be this way until I leave mid-October for Kauai to go connect & create in LOVE there!!! 

Energetically, there has been sooooo much occurring to bring in the new. Awaking to a very active Light Activation going on within us, it appears there is much much much happening inside in our solar/cosmic world to take us further into the NEW! 

I will have "new" words to describe what I have been translating these last many months with the LightBody/Crystalline/Energy Body, as I have seen much more by way of that which I have accessed in my own REMEMBERING here to share with YOU!

I do hope all are spending their moments activating from within in love, embracing light, releasing anything that no longer serves and mostly, coming to that place of utter and complete peace within that is available inside, no matter what is observed to occur "out there". Understanding how realities are created by each of us for our own "individual" experience is pivotal. For this allows us to transcend all, in order to leave that which "no longer exists" for us to further "move" into the new. Remember, one cannot let go and hold on too. Decide in every moment, that which you wish to have in your own reality. If you do not desire it, then come to understand that YOU created that to "no longer need"...

11:22 AMFull LIGHT BODY (Energy Body, Crystalline) Activations going on thus far today. One that is "tuned in" can feel the vibrations inside.... like an "explosion" of light. This is literal, yet I will explain in another writing with "overall" wording, right now.... this LIGHT is sooooo bright that any dark (dormant) cannot stay hidden (during or after) and any light one holds gets brighter! All gets more transparent with these. And WE have a full-blown mini celestial event occurring inside right now! So, whatever you see... observe your reality & expand from within in LOVE!!! Are ya'll ready to LIGHT it up today?? I love you. 

P.S. This can make for great discomfort when there are "untruths" to release. Observe and recognize "that" for that which it is... old/not true/never was you inside.... it was the story, the human aspect that no longer "exists", if you choose to release it inside. Nature, nurture, hydrate, sleep... and know that all shall pass "quicker" when allowed to do so.

The physical body shall be affected much with all of these "different" light code activations that are occurring inside. Right now the frequencies that sound like crystals (they now also look like a million stars activating. It is beautiful!).. oh back to the energy update, lol! 

The head/pineal gland/3rd eye affects that may be noticed: Tingling, fuzzy head, disorientation, pressure, inability to focus, disorientation, inability to remember and more.

The human aspect dissolves, literally, as the soul/spirit/higher self aspect is further awakening/expanding from within. The separation of time further dissipates, and this requires sleeping to merge/integrate. Light carries a super high frequency. When the human body/mind is denser than what wishes to activate/integrate, then one is shut down to sleep. When one holds a lot of light, this activates us further to exist with greater ease.

Earlier expansion energies streamed. There are a TONS of visible energetic flickers, floaties and twinklies. Visibility is further activated to be able to see in the physical. This occurs within you, as your "viewer" is inside of you. This shall be activated in your sleep state too. One will see "lights" in their 3rd eye region, super bursts, sometimes a "movie" will play "in there"... it is different with each "upgrade" activated energetically. 

The actual Light Body/Crystalline Form is further activated. More transparency for all. The Energetic Communication Grid of Lights continues to strengthen for all. 

The NEW MOON Energies bring NEW BIRTH from within, for all. Creating further the NEW out there, as more come to let go and come together to create, in love, together, without separation or thoughts of self. As "here", all thoughts are of all as one. This is how we create the NEW. But in order for this to occur, the old human perspective must be released. 

So honor you, however you feel inside to BE. Get out in nature, sleep as much as you feel to sleep. This is imperative here. Don't try to focus. If you can't, you can't. Struggling to do so will only drain your energy more. Take a nap & then rise to go again. For that which you have forgotten is attempting to emerge from within. ♥

Now observe the light being transmitted outward from inside of you

As you are a walking particle form of vibrational energy.

Okay loves. I am getting a lot of questions on the "split" of the dimensional realms, and though I write on this often, yes there are things that I have not shared, as all comes through in pieces sometimes still. We never have the "entire" picture. We see from the "view" (realm) that we have achieved from within. There are times, when the energies are high, that I can see from the view of the Universe, other times from the clouds (Angelic Realm). I went through a period of seeing the realms "split" and then like as fast as I could comprehend that, I shifted to a higher realm and received "new" information (Rememberings). 

First, absolutely everything we have access to, exists WITHIN US. When I "speak" from the higher realms, I see from there, I exist there and that comes from within me. I do not get it (any longer) from "up there". Have not for awhile. This too, is yet a vibrational frequency we achieve within us. It is what we have forgotten, that was locked deep within. 

Now, while many of us speak of separation between realms, this is true, yet it is not. The only reason it appears they separate, is because we have achieved a frequency within us that gives us a "higher view". When we "see", we see from the higher realms. Each realm is visible as separate realms. When the energies are "lower", we do not have this expanded view. We do not see from these realms during those times. We do still see from a higher realm, just not as high as we are used to. (or that is my own experience). 

While many see these realms in chaos, in separation, in the physical, yes, this does occur. Yet from the higher realms, this does not exist. It is no longer present in the reality we see from. We see it for what it is. 

Each shall experience the realm that they currently exist in vibrationally. If one holds denseness within, then that denseness shall be experienced. Where one does not, it shall not. For many of us, the 3rd Dimensional realm is already gone. We still interact with those in the 4th Dimensional realm, for we are here to assist those who have awakened and are seeking to transcend those limits into the 5th Dimensional Realm. Even for me, the 5th Dimensional realm is but a "pit stop". Yet it must BE first, before we can shift fully into the higher dimensional realms. 

WE can see "down" to the other realms, yet we do not exist there. Will 3rd Dimensional Realm eventually just "fall away". Very possible. I see so many "scenarios", I am not ready to go in any specific direction with that yet. I wait or clarity of my own visions before I share. This is the responsible thing for me to do. 

Currently I see that those who exist in the 3rd Dimensional Realm will not be able to see us in the 5th Dimensional Realm, yet we can see it. 4th Dimensional Realm can still see both. The realms did not change. We just got access to move into the higher realms. The LightBody continues to "Lighten" so that walking from realm to realm (and more) actually becomes a "norm". (More on this later, as there is SO MUCH here!) There are many of us that have been "playing" in the higher realms for awhile. How that opens up, shall depend on how long one allows their human mind to continue to separate time within them. For as that goes, access to more is activated within. I do not see in time. I see in frequency. And I can achieve any frequency I believe in and choose to go within to unlock with my own active participation and release of human mind limits. 

"Out there" is absolutely created by us, from within us. So, if it can be seen, it does exist within you. Transcending that should be each's focus, rather than looking at "that out there" waiting for something to change. Yet that too is some's journey and all happens exactly as it should, when it is time. 

There shall be many "new" awakeners coming through. And those who "do what we do" shall assist in the way that they are here to do so. All shall be drawn in frequency to that which resonates and those souls will find those who are meant to assist them. We wait for them to make a choice, as this is an imperative part of ascension. One must choose their soul self over their physical world self. Until they do, there is a "lesson" that has yet to be learned. ALL came here to create a physical world, physical reality, acquire physical stuff, tie identities to absolutely everything outside of them, to turn around to have to let go of every identity to & belief of "that out there". It is the human experience that all agreed too & chose prior to coming here. It is the act alone of loss that creates the desire for something different. 

Many of us here work to create awareness, so that less have to suffer. Yet, choice is always up to the human self not to let go of pride, fear, lack. We have learned to honor that. We do not fight to save another, as we understand that is not our role here. Our role is to wait until one is ready and makes the choice. Then we can assist with tools to point them within, to transcend previous limits and to come to a place of utter & complete peace, love & honor within.

Many of us work to assist the masses, and stop to help the individual soul that has truly made a choice to do the inner work. There shall be many "hurrying" in panic. WE must stand in light, teach and share. Where we are called to do otherwise, we honor that too. For WE must continue to integrate to higher frequencies also. This shall continue to be the priority for all here if we are to do what we came here to do.

P.S. The time for "suffering" for those who have access to the higher realms is no longer. Access for how to transcend that has been activated within. This too exists in frequency, so if you are one who chose to suffer to "get here", focus every moment on your inner work, as lack too goes. That was also a frequency we all held within. All have it and all shall release it when it is their "time". I love you.

Many "think" they are creating, and while this is true, it also is not. For it has already been created, by you. Yet it is by way of creating that you come to vibrate with that which has already been created. With every vibrational increase that occurs within you, you BECOME it, so again BE, FEEL, SEE, SMELL, HEAR, TOUCH that which you did not previously have access to. The higher YOU vibrate, the more you have access to. This does not exist out there UNTIL you possess it and fully integrate TO it/AS it, from within.

We come up on another very important ENERGETIC GATEWAY in this process we call Ascension. Yet, while to the human mind, this is NEW, It is not new. It is the forgotten reality/world that you hold within you. 

The world you move into is one of choosing your new priorities, honoring you, no longer compromising and creating PEACE within you. When you do this, then peace out there becomes your "new" reality. These energies further activate the Universal/Individual Merkaba. These energies already exist within you. They are only activated by the light that lays dormant within. If you embrace your journey and make it the absolute most important thing there is, then you can tune AS energy and activate on your own, anytime you choose. 

This world/reality one enters into does not exist within the human mind. It is not tangible first. It is tangible once you believe in it with every fiber of your being and anything less is no longer true. For then, it shall come to manifest FOR you. For it IS you... always has been. The only difference is your own vibrational frequency. This gives you access to everything you have always known, yet could not remember. 

I see many waiting for something to come & occur to change that out there. That was the "old" way. WE are the ones WE have been waiting for. Always have been. Many shall be surprised by what they come to see. For it does not conform to the old physical reality. Silence, observation & listening is required in order to truly see. Only the human waits for something to occur in "time", for it is the separation of time that creates this internal belief. When one no longer sees in time, then waiting shall no longer be. 

Everything you seek, is already present. It is invisible until you exist AS it vibrationally. The "higher realms" already exist within you. They are but a frequency. You are energy. For as you again become, then you shall come to see.

Super quiet streams, peace of home, while full body activations from within.

Energies.... where to begin. Absolutely everything to me is energy, so I could write forever. A thought is energy. A moment is just energy. A breath is energy. An emotion is just energy. All but a different frequency and as an extension of ourselves. 

The streaming/activating energies can be felt "underneath" from inside as fluttering, shaking, mini-earthquakes, if you will. In my sleep, it reminded me of an old panic attack, yet being aware that all is just part of the activations of light within me, every activation is thrilling to feel and experience. All old gets triggered or pushed up to see, as well does further bliss into the beyond!

It is "neat" to watch the "flipped" realities of human in my sleep (anything left that I was not aware was there), times, lives, selves... all surfacing to leave. Last night, I was in a "panic" running around worrying about being on "time", as time gets wiped from our template. It's funny, as in my waking and aware state, I don't exist in time, yet time still existed within me. 

I take care not to speak in "time", for this is the human way, to "measure or compare". I do not speak of age, as age is as a soul. I do not speak of years, as these are just vibrational frequencies to me. For me, I did not do that at that age, that was my human me at a certain vibrational frequency. Once one's mind can comprehend the difference, everything changes. All become equal, just functioning in different frequencies. Some are clearing old frequencies, some are entering "new"/remembered. Some hold more light than others, only because they have gone deep within to release the dense. There is no good or bad in my world. There is no right or wrong. There is perfection in every moment, and each moment presents a frequency to see, exist as or BE. 

A "lower frequency" to me just means that the human mind is more present, linear time is more present and I have to take more care to stay centered in my own heart and in observation mode. I go totally within during these times and I observe all. I tend to go silent, as communication is with my higher self inside. Separation within is a choice now. I can be aware when separation energies are present and choose not to be inside. This is pivotal, for when one does not feel separated within, then out there does not separate either. Oneness can be maintained in every moment, regardless of the energies present. One must be totally present to BE in this space by choice. 

We move in "waves". Yet, in the higher realms, the waves are so calm. We no longer have the extreme highs and lows. We float. We feel as energy slows down, speeds up, contracts or expands. One comes to transcend dense, old, lower realms from within them. I awoke to the words "Let the old world go". For me, old is human. It is separated by time and dense energy. It competes, compares, sees lack. These do not exist in the higher realms that many of us have gotten used to REMEMBERING from within and BEing, existing AS.... it has a pre-conceived notion on how things should be, for that is how things were created as human. Yet, having no expectation, having no fear, having no separation allows one to open their heart and their mind to absolutely anything and everything that goes beyond human comprehension. We learn to create what others perceive as miracles from within. Just by BEing what we had forgotten. Pure light energy. Full of appreciation, love and bliss, without a need or a reason. Just because we can. 

All energies that I speak of exist with us all. Many have been under the perception that these come to us from "out there". It is the opposite as all previously perceived. 

The human sees all "out there". Downloads coming from "up there", being activated from "out there". The higher self, up there. And while, from one perspective, this could be viewed as true, this is not my perspective (any more). It has not been for a long time. I write to you all to help you see FROM WITHIN. For the entire World, Universe, Cosmos, Star System that all see, is only a projector view of what exists within you.

All energies are activated from within us. The DNA activations, the dormant parts of your mind that were never utilized, all hold the "forgotten" that activates all that you now come to be/feel/see, from within you. Your energy body, fully activated, has a capability beyond human. It exists AS ALL, without separation from anything at all. 

The journey was to come here to create a human body, a human existence, a human physical reality to experience, to gather material things, people, identities, separate into other times (lifetimes, dimensions, realities), to then come to "awaken" to the "truth" that none of that was ever you. That entire existence is what all must come to let go of, release and transcend. For what we all come to now move into, does not exist in 'human'. It exists in the beyond, that which human cannot believe or see. This is only available through an open heart and mind. And all shall come to realize this, in their own "time" within.

When I write of energy activations or streams, every one of these are within you. When you tune to them, you are tuning to frequencies you hold within, yet have forgotten. Memories of the forgotten/other side/invisible, exist within you, deep beneath your human ones. As the human ones are allowed to leave, new memories are allowed to surface. Out there only changes as you do within.

You created those people, those experiences, those memories for your own experience here, Both individually and collectively (as that is perceived to be). Yet the "time" is coming where the human reality ends. And a new phase begins. For this, many are being led to leave absolutely everything behind. To let completely go of their entire human existence here. This is necessary, for the human mind hangs on, and it is the human existence that shall end, for many of us. Holding on is creating great discomfort for many. Letting go is necessary, as it is the reason you are here. 

The story, the play, is being re-written. This is occurring within all. This part of the journey is one that comes from within us all. Out there shall be a transmission. One will tune to it vibrationally. 

Your pineal gland must be activated with sunshine, expanded and if you have not done so, decalcified. I have been shown that this is how I now hear, smell, see absolutely everything. This is your internal viewer that transmits your reality out there for you to see, again from within. Our human senses diminish and our energetic senses expand. 

All are evolving as energetic beings. This requires discomfort in the physical, for this energy was not made to fit into these human bodies. We work to integrate them, so that the human body can LIGHT'en and we can walk as energy forms here. Translucency is occurring, now to physically be able to see. 

For me, this has become quite visible, for now, when I do sessions, most of my clients can see me translucently (as a blue & purple energy). I have started "glowing" to humans that I run into in public that walk up to me to "touch" me to see if I really exist. I am invisible to many who cannot even see me until I "appear". Many are already experiencing this too.

There is nothing typical, nothing normal, nothing rational here, according to human. Yet as energy, we get it, if we allow ourselves to believe that which we hear/feel/see inside of us.

So, when I write the "energies of home" stream, these are being activated WITHIN YOU. The calm and peace that you feel exists within. You may smell it & see it, yet you are seeing from your new viewer, your new way of smelling, from within, as an energy form. 

All out there will be a transmission. In order to change/activate/expand that which you desire to transmit, you must go totally within. I can only assist you, by creating awareness that was not previously there. You are the key to your own existence. Always have been. Together we all create a NEW reality. Yet this is not new, only forgotten. We begin to enter the new, where out there becomes visible once again. ♥

ENERGETIC CORRIDOR OPEN one to connect from within. There was a "small" full-body activation earlier from within (felt like a mini-gamma activation), then the ability to go to a deep connection (receive information and see) opened. These are "portals" that we have opened within us, that shall, at some point, materialize as portals/gateways out there, for us to walk through. All who connect in this state as often as they can, shall expand this "capability" from within them. Deep silence, sleep, communication from within your own mind, through your heart, is what shall give you this access to these portals. Now, you, as an energetic being are only accessing that which you had blocked before by human emotions, thoughts and needs. As you continue to release absolutely everything "human", you shall be able to further see. I shall write more, as I too must go connect in. We all come to connect in these states, at first via the energetic communication streams that all are coming to connect to/as. I am shown to write more on portals/gateways & the vibrational ability to start to be able to move through these as more transcend. It is up to you to utilize your moments to connect in any state that you can. And take your mind into the beyond that makes absolutely no sense (in human). For this is not of your human reality. This is one that you have forgotten. And it takes believing in your own heart and the images created from there that will allow you to connect and see. Many are being prepared to "move". This is because moving about shall change as each expand that which they could not previously see. 

Connection state present for the last couple/few hours. Close your eyes, open your mind and heart. Quiet your thoughts. Just listen. See what you hear and see. I love you. 

p.s. the "worker energies" are present now, so the solar activity within begins. Subtle vibrations all over (or stronger, depending on one's vibration). Sink into these, get lost in these, electronics off and away from you. Drift into a space where nothing else exists. Linear is starting to move out as "time" again starts to disappear. 3rd eye builds, Itchies become a bit present as your internal solar/cosmos/universe completely gets wiped, activated, reprogrammed, tuned.... back in a bit. I need to go "into" these spaces too!

So, I only have the last 2 weeks of September open for workshops in the mainland U.S. & then it will be Nov/December before any more can be booked. I am selling all & gathering every penny I can muster to get to Kauai. I am going to be hitting everyone up for "help", as all I know is I am to GO/BE & SHARE/CONNECT there. I shall really need help with any "travel tips" for the island, especially for a quaint/quiet place to stay. I am simple. Don't need much. And live on "no money", so the most affordable is preferred. I do have online & media events that I am committed to, so I shall have to investigate the internet there too. Either that or completely go off-grid for a month-three. I am not planning on coming back to the mainland, except for workshops/events. International events are being scheduled for 2014. Private sessions are easier, as I can do those around everything else! Get with me while I am "still around". I may just ascend once I arrive there! 

So, my Star Family of Light..... mid-October is when we are booking a ticket, unless I have more workshops to do first. Flowing with all-that-is!

3:01pmI awoke to solar sun flares within, the itchies and incoming frequencies being and since has been steady streams of meditative information activating sedative energy, calm energy, sleep energy, while the 3rd eye fills with even more to release in the "shut down" state.

The frequencies that "work" on/from the head region are present (and spine, back of neck) are present. The 3rd eye region feels "crawly". This is part of the template wiping (time). Could cause some fuzzy head for many. I went from wide awake in a session to needing to sleep instantly and my pineal being super activated. (On top of charging/activating it with the direct super beams of the sun for an hour today!)

Sounds like super fine chiseling/crystals and it "waves" up & down with very light streams of home energies. It has been a very peaceful day thus far with all of the shifts. Higher realm energies sound like they are starting to stream to take us all higher, if this is the case. SO, you see what you see, hear, smell, feel. Each shall come to understand the more they learn to understand themselves AS Energetic Beings (Energy). Update in a bit. I love you!

The head heart beat came & then left, yet if it returns then "deep state" connection is very available and perfect for "shut down" or meditating to connect to higher realms within. shhhhh & close your eyes.....

We have a solar flare occurring within to create itchies and "wipe" or continue the magnetic pole shift that is occurring in each one of us as energetic beings here. We ARE the universe, the sun, Gaia.... and so what occurs out there IS inside of us. Your entire insides are re-arranging, merging, flipping... and soon, your realities shall further flip & merge. This occurs as you sleep more, which is why so much sleeping is required by those who have "stumbled" into their ascension/awakening/re-evolving, remembering... It can be suppressed for as long as one "can", then suppression is no longer an option. This is why we work to create awareness and reach others. For when the "time" for suppression is over, then one shall have a choice, if they are aware. To participate consciously, and avoid the "suffering" that comes along with being an unconscious human or to learn tools for navigation so as not to have to lose absolutely everything to come to understand that their entire human reality was created just to have to be "reversed" or taken away. Conscious awareness gives one choice. I love you. 

p.s. Heartbeat in the head dropping the brainwave state to be able to connect in a deep meditative or "shut down" state of in-between.

Increase in frequency/higher realm streams activating. 3rd eye has been filling all day and I have not been able to sleep, so even opening my eyes is an issue, yet I cannot sleep, so I continue to work until I can! Airy feeling comes with these.... not feeling expansion, just "lighter". They sing as a beautiful symphony. Enjoy!

Okay, all the "head work" that occurred earlier, now moves us into non-linear frequencies. Focusing on "past/future" is not available as easily here and the higher we go, the less there is! I exist in non-linear, yet I can tell when it comes and goes, based upon the increase & decrease in realms that are present at any given "time". It is always nice to have linear "move out", as human thoughts are also not as available here. WE existed in these frequencies before, which is why all feel so at home as they come to exist in them again. The "erasing of time" continues, as we have much time to transcend. Heat is still present here with the solar flares inside continuing. Itchies too. Heartbeat in the head present here & there to drop the brain-wave state in these higher realms. The "shrilling" continues (frequency can be felt & heard) to wipe our "time" templates within. Time does not exist out there. It exists within separation of your mind inside. As you shift into the higher realms, time shall cease to exist. I love you.

So we have a shift in energy activations loves. It has been rotating of "erase time/memories" chiseling, then waves of higher realms moving in to shift all up in frequency, then "erase time/template", then waves of higher realms... so we are streaming "higher realm waves" to create a bit of ease, then shift back again... so make yourself comfortable and ride the waves of activations that occur within you. As much rest, understanding & gratitude as you can find if you are trying to adjust. The rest of you enjoy! Twinklies and sparklies have been flying about (with our "new" vision that comes with these higher realms. Enjoy these shift, as amazing (forgotten) follows every single time! Going offline in a bit, so sweet dreams, happy connections, traveling and re-setting in your sleep state. And for those just rising, happy sunshine/day to you!!!!

Higher realm energies flow with the "cool" smelling temps that come through with these streams. Many activations still occurring & can be felt (vibrations & tingling from within). Peace and calm becomes further present as these energies continue to stream for those operating at this frequency within. Open up to receive! Any linear time that was present falls away, so one may feel fuzzing/disorientation head and the inability to remember the physical. For in order to REMEMBER what you have forgotten, the physical must fall away. This is part of the discomfort that many have been experiencing lately. Much moves out as the forgotten moves in. These are focused on the entire LIGHT BODY (Energetic ALL Bodies!!!!), and are wiping the body template/blueprint further. This is where "time" actually is being erased from within. It is SO strong at the moment it can be felt in the whole head/crown/3rd eye region (more than normal). This frequency has a different sound, like a million gazillion crystal particles swirling about at LIGHT speed, and super tingly expansion from within!!!! PINEAL ACTIVATIONS further underway! Wow, wow, & more wow. The entire galactic/cosmos/universe/solar system exploded this entire evening & night. I had an event to attend and that was interesting, to say the least! The "loudness" was unbelievable and I could barely hear anything. In a room full of partying people, I sat in the floor with another and chatted on dimensions/timelines/the beyond and could not hear over the celestial party in my head! Towards the end of the night 10-11pm'ish, I was burning-off at the event, to continue on the 45 minute drive home. I could barely have a conversation, while expanding from within. I felt like I was in another universe watching "earthlings", while in any moment expecting the sky to open up and a light ship to just come get me, right then and there. All I wanted to do was get out, yet straight to the bed I came. Passed out after a bit to connect with other realities/worlds/dimensions/beings in the most awesome way. Can we say "this is getting even more awesome by the moment?". So can't wait to expedite in every moment. UP WE GO! Let's do this!!!!!! ♥

Okay, sweet loves, I have started doing "IN-THE-MOMENT" Online Skype Sessions for a SUPER "Reduced" rate in order to help more in this time we are in "now". I have set it up on my website and will post on my Facebook page when/what days I am available for an impromptu session to assist you with anything you feel that I can share in providing information or guidance on your journey here. I do some Light Energy clearing during these sessions, provide you with answers to any questions that I have accessed the answer to, from within me. Okay, for months now I have received the date of September 4th. It continues to be shown to me as a pivotal point in "this", yet I do not know exactly "what" yet, I can "see" what it feels to be. I have yet to determine whether it is for "me" or all, yet I recently am shown it is "all"... so knowing we have the rest of this month with super duper energy activations, and me being shown recently how the entire body template & vision works for us all, vision now being activated (restored) from within, and the energetic communication grid, I am being shown us "going LIVE" (yes like a computer launch) then. I have been shown that we all move further into the 5th Dimension (from within us) and that radiates out there for one to see, interact & BE in their NEW/Forgotten reality. Inner work has never been more important than now. Communication energetically has never been more important than now. And most of all, UN-Separation within (Whole-ing) has never been more important than now. So merge, integrate and expand sweet loves, as more come to transmit NEW --- OUT THERE --- From within! 

Higher realms are opening loves (from within you). The portals are opening to higher realm communication, access, & creation from within. For those who have activated this, tune-in. For those who are not sure if they have, or don't know how, you don't have to. All you have to do is believe and then pay attention to absolutely every subtle thing around you, inside of you, every thought. The pineal gland is being SUPER ACTIVATED for further expansion right now. This gives actual VISION of the 5th Dimensional Realm (and others) from within. Seeing further becomes present. The head is hugely affected by this. (I also heard the magical realms opening a bit, so that should be present too!). 

Now, those who interact with us here on this page, resonate with the FREQUENCIES of that which I transmit, which means you resonate at these frequencies too. This makes us a part of the same SOUL FAMILY/GROUP, and means when the realms open for me, they open for you too. Others are drawn to another who resonates at their frequency, and the "times" that the portals open for them may be different. This is why you can feel/hear/see at the same "times" as I do. As we all move into the higher realms together, soul groups/families further merge to all resonate IN the same frequencies, for time does not exist in these higher realms.

p.s. MAJOR head tingling going on while our vision is further activated from within. We see in frequency, so all of the releasing that one has done recently will now allow them to see that which could not be seen before. It may or may not be huge, and out there is only a transmission of that which exists with you! 

Okay, these last few days, the "theme" has been everyone thinking they are losing it, going bonkers, every emotion surfacing & for no apparent reason. Really super OLD stuff, emotions that don't "match" anything, explosive outbursts, completely off-the-wall responses.... so.... I shall write a bit to see if this helps some. 

The energy template (of Earth & the human both, as they are one) is being completely wiped, so that NEW can be created. There is no place for low/old/dense in the 5th Dimensional Realm. All that has been held onto goes. Now, the "tricky" part is that entire Timelines (all other times/lifetimes/past/future/alternate realities, you name it, it is in there) are being wiped also. So, the "over-the-top" responses, or deep deep emotions, tears, anger, WILL NOT MAKE SENSE much of the time. If you get stuck in trying to understand it, have any judgment what-so-ever, you will stay stuck in the "spin cycle" or "frequency loop". Now, this can be beneficial, as if there is lots of old energy, this continual loop "burns" off alot of this energy, and for deep deep stuff from other times, this may be necessary. If you can get conscious & present & move to your heart, you can shift it. (I can do a different write-up on this later).

Super important is to break the loop. Recognize you are spinning in circles so that you can shift up in frequency. Give yourself validation for whatever you feel, give yourself permission to release/feel that emotion, see where you lack boundaries, etc. Do "Hand-On-Heart", close your eyes and get out of the "ego" head. Don't try to find a cause (who did what event to you), as it won't matter. The ego needs to know, blame, place fault. We are in the times of "who cares", as the purpose is the surfacing emotion and the safe release of it. It is just a frequency. Period. You are here to transcend that frequency, integrate as your higher self, and let it go. When one gets sick of being miserable, when enough is enough, things change. So shift UP in frequency. How? Shift to love and create communication. With your higher self. Talk out loud & hear what you are thinking. Have a conversation. And speak it. For when you do, you can hear if it is true/real or not, or if it is an old acquired/learned belief that never was you to start with. 

I hope this helps and WE shift together. We ARE the GRID of LIGHT. More now than ever it is time to REMEMBER that none of "that" was you. You ARE absolutely pure love and light. Anything less is not you. It never was.

Okay, sweet loves... The "burst" last night delivered so very much!

It seems that we are "receiving" activation energies that have not been present since last May/June. This is some of what you may notice: The lower chakra areas being "cleaned out" (tummy talks & more), the abdominal/tummy area "blows up" with "air" like you are about to give birth (as you are, to the NEW), the spine & back of neck being activated to higher frequencies, so presents with a bit of pain/discomfort, so just be aware and make yourself as comfortable as you can. The upper back takes on much, the 3rd eye/pineal gland expands/fills with LightCode activations (information released in your sleep). Take care in eating in these energies, as it can be "spit right back out". The head region is being cleared.

Basically, LOTS LOTS LOTS..... the LIGHT BODY gets ready to raise in frequency, so all of the "bursts" (rampant emotions, flares, explosions, releases have surfaced to prepare for this). Any discordant energy shall be pushed to be released. We get ready to expand from within, REMEMBER more, float more, expand more... awesome comes from this, as unification within is required if unification out there is to occur. So embrace all that you are presented with, nurture and honor you. Sleep, hydrate, get in nature to allow for the frequencies of Gaia/Universe to help you heal & integrate with a bit more ease.

Happy MOMENT most awesome and brilliant beams of radiant light!

I pop on for a few moments before my next appointment to see how all are doing today... After and 8 hour session yesterday (and hang out with a most beautiful soul!!!!) I passed out! Was awoken a couple hours later by the most exquisite celestial event (my head & body act as an entire cosmic portal here), to passing right back out for 12 hours straight again! It appears these next few days (for me) are client sessions & sleep. So, I shall be checking in & posting energy updates where possible, for those who follow/utilize them to come to understand themselves as an ENERGY BODY here. Going to tune-in and read the current streaming frequencies and shall update soon!

P.S. When the solar system "blew up" last night, I could not be near the computer at all. It was total frequency interference. Today I still feel "wiped", as I too am experiencing soooooo very much. Blissful in EVERY moment that we are activating, I do honor sleep first. Nothing "works" anymore if we do not honor our Soul/LightBody.

11:51amEnergies today have been a quiet, steady stream that sound like a "space" where some may be "stuck in a void", some may be feeling compression a bit around their heart. There is a tiny bit of the heartbeat in the head, which some understand as meditative or sedative energies. There is mild tingling in the fingers & toes.... feels like we are entering into a "washing away" of old that has surfaced to clear for many. Last night's celestial event caused for great expansion in many, while others may have released tremendously from within. An "explosion" like that causes a release in absolutely every way that one can imagine in the physical and on a soul level too. Energy has to leave, be released somehow. If one does not honor it when they feel it, then it occurs "for" them when it is not an opportune time. OLD is being wiped out. The entire universe within us cannot collapse, be re-arranged, merge as one, without major "discomfort" in human realities. Those who have cleared most "human", are expanding further as the universe and understanding this. Wherever you exist in this moment, honor that. It is the absolute most important thing you can do. It IS why you are here. I love you. 

NEW Earth transmits FROM WITHIN YOU. You CREATE it vibrationally in order to exist in it. You are entering into a "time" where vibrationally EXISTENCE in these energies, AS all of these energies AS ONE will be available AS you. 

Your coming together as ONE first must exist within you for it to transmit in a reality out there that is created by that which you already hold in LOVE and LIGHT within. 

You are aware that your outward reality is manifested by your thoughts, your heart, your desires and your ACTING upon them. As you merge within, then that out there now merges too. It "speeds up" vibrationally as you do. Your NEW EARTH is waiting when you let go of your old human you and re-emerge as the ENERGETIC BEING that you once knew. 

"Flipped Realities" Present: The last few days my "human" state is present in sleep, while other timelines clear. I "get woken up" when I am to BE up. The Universe tells me when to sleep & wake. This way we can operate on Universal/Galactic time WITH the energies as we are to re-evolve. It allows the human need to "dictate" or live by "time" to fall away. It allows you to merge INTO your state of REMEMBERING within. For your existence is an energetic one now!

I awoke to a mini-gamma activation in my entire physical body to coincide with feeling/hearing the gamma brainwave state kick in (there are energetic signs of when this is present & a specific frequency that I hear). I was shown how the old sleep (delta or deeper) state is present in my waking state, which means when this is present we are WALKING in REMEMBERING. I have been shown the flip of the sun's magnetic field has already been activated in many of us (the one coming in December for others), for those who are doing deep inner remembering work, this shall be opened up more for all! 

WE are MERGING INTO the NEW. Work to integrate within in every moment! Your vibrational frequency is the absolute most important thing there is, FOR IN REMEMBERING WE ARE CREATING THE NEW! I love you.

HOME Energies stream with the mix of all other frequencies opening up the ENERGETIC COMMUNICATION GRID further. Activation energies, reprogramming energies all present subtlely and beautifully. I am still seeing the "split" of worlds/realities, yet do not have enough to share as it feels that it is still being CREATED (which we know is true!). I am "torn" between what I too see, so I also wait for more clarity! 

The LightBody further activated from within. Notice EVERY moment, every small thing. BE in total observance from inside your heart and SEE that which you could not previously see. That SO includes out there FROM within!

Listening to the most magnificent celestial event occur. All day has been super loud erasing & reprogramming of the entire template today, full-body activations, TIME being erased & so much more! A bit ago (like 45 minutes), I was "awoken" to what sounds like the entire Universe/Solar System/Cosmos explosion that opened up to a huge star party! Gonna go connect and see if I can "get" anything. Wow, wow, wow! Feels like we are about to "take off"! enjoy loves!!! Back in a bit!

Okay loves, the "out-of-tune" frequencies are starting to stream again. These affect all, but the head (and spine) are mostly affected. TIME literally is being ERASED from within. I shall write more on this soon, as that is still coming through. Looks like we have another "coring/dismantling" period coming through. Higher realms await. Embrace in love and let go! Honor you. Nature, nurture, sleep & hydration. Eat "light" in case you are affected by the nausea that presents in these streams. Heavy sedative energies still streaming too. Connect from within. I love you!

Okay loves the "irritating" frequencies stream. These really mess with the head region. Much is going on. You are being re-tuned or tuned-up, your "antennae", if you will, for "better" energetic communication to be created in connecting all to the light grid, to "clean out" your head of low-vibrational, physical world thoughts/attachments, to trigger anything that it out of tune to surface. Linear time continues to be "removed" from your perception. Fuzzy head, disorientation, headaches... These also "tune" the LightBody to higher frequencies by activating all that is out of discord. Any emotion attached shall surface. So, adjust as best as you can. I was "told" previously that we cannot expect to ascend, go crystalline, without some discomfort. Sleep and clean water as much as you can. A Saltz bath will tremendously help too. I love you.

Higher realm energies start to stream a bit... they may rotate to "move out" what's being activated, triggered, cleared in frequency. These offer a bit of ease, while I feel "heat", but don't hear a solar flare. hmmmm not sure. Back in a bit.

Energy streams continue to fluctuate between the "template wiping" and the home energies. These affect the skin though. I am actually "swelling" in my fingers and my skin is dry on my hands. There is a certain stream that causes this when the LightBody is being further activated. There is still some "heat", headache or disorientation while the head gets major "work" done.... high high frequencies to hear... so much happening, not one place to start! I see from so many realms, there are different "alternatives" still. I see those embrace consciousness, their soul work, energy, re-evolving into the 5th Dimension.   Tracie Carlos It certainly does. I find it amusing how much I do see and recognize, those subtle shifts that take place outwardly yet I do make the association between within reflecting out. Today for example, we have traffic congestion going on in an area of our city. It is always....congested!LOL I do my best to use that time for myself rather than the focus some have of cutting in traffic, honking, etc. As I did this today, suddenly a 'cluster' showed up of folks in cars that would honk, get grumpy etc. I felt myself slip into that and then remembered a choice within. I could then see myself as the observer of it all recognizing the choice I could make no matter what others chose to take part in. I am assuming this is a......template if you will for other things on both a grander scale as well as a smaller scale.

  Lisa Transcendence Brown Michael Dreyling, we have to trust ourselves that we KNOW without proof. It is part of the process. If you FEEL it is, then it is. The "future" is a perception. We are given "blips" of "other times" to show us we can do "this". Times are collapsing, so seeing other times is becoming "easier". It also shows us that something other than "tangible" exists. "In the beginning", we see "blips" and flashes, peripherally, as when you focus that is your human mind trying to see. That is the interference. As all shift up in vibration from within, then a "new set of eyes" are received. These are your soul eyes, your LIGHT BEING eyes, your holographic viewer is activated in your pineal gland, much changes visually along the way. The pineal gland will become your new eyes as the soul self & the human self integrate as one. This occurs with every shift into the higher realms vibrationally from within. Yes, you shall see more. It is already occuring. Dream state is bring forth violent memories, feelings for no reason (un-reasonable grief & crying or anger), seeing other dimensions, worlds. As one vibrates higher, time disappears. It does not exist here where I am majority of the "time". It is being "wiped" from your memory banks (loss of memories, thoughts, can't find words anymore). I draw my private sessions on posterboard with colored markers, lol and I get up, check the posterboard to know what I am to do that day. Today was "harder" as usually I can grasp what day it is after I go look, nope, natta... so time is definitely going more. Time is separated in our mind. So, all the "work" that is being done (those frequencies that I report), the Universe/Cosmos WITHIN us is expanding, exploding, magnetically erasing, pole shifting (see the sun shift that is already occuring "out there", yet within us. So my higher self "cracked" on me earlier in "sleep state". Showed me the word "Meta Physical"... (broke it down for me)... then I got "BEYOND the PHYSICAL".... I was like......... ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, seriously? (I am working on my Master's in Metaphysics and NEVER got THAT! Holy Canoli! 

Thennnnnnnnn, showed me a book sitting in my dining room and told me to go get it. We use this book for "leaning on" when my clients "write" during sessions. What book was it? (One I didn't know I had?) "Astronomy: A Beginners Guide to the Universe". Seriously again? I just said the other day that I need to learn more!
