(This information will be included in my upcoming books, yet for now, posting here to assist all). 

As a Multi-Dimensional, we are always in "all of these", yet I broke this down into only 3 (it's more immense than this), for simplicity. Do not compare or try to fit into "just one", that's human. This is an EVOLUTIONARY process, a continual "in & out" of each, vibrationally, until the current process/phases are complete. Every huge collective shift UP, we go through "remnant program clearing" on a deep cellular level again. The more Crystals/Light in our Physical Bodies, the easier it is to move through these processes at the Speed of Light, processing a ridiculous amount of data/information through us, from within us, the more we EMBODY our SOUL. Every one of us have huge, important ROLES here. Sharing the Knowledge (our own access), our Gifts, Abilities for others who are ready to embrace fully too. We do vibrate in and out of realities, timelines, dimensions... as all are simultaneous here. Our limits are our own, how "human" (asleep/unconscious/separated) we still are and how much density (not weight) we hold in our physical body form. Use this as a supportive guide, to start to focus more on your physical body, which holds your access to everything again. The integration of new Light Codes/Encodements that "float around" in your own Energy Field and are continually activated by Cosmic Frequencies 24/7 now. Keep your Field clear/clean, focus on the VIBRATION and ENERGY of all. FEEL your truth, listen fully, open up fully and clear all from your body, support your body. Your SOUL BODY will require nature, nurturing, love, respect and need to be supported like never before as it works hard/continuously for you, in order to transcend the unconscious realms and drop the density held so that your body can vibrate at a higher frequency and your spin rate can increase too. At first, multi-dimensionality is beyond weird and bizarre, yet as we integrate our own light, it's humans that become bizarre, as distortions for the unconscious/still oblivious sleeping become visible, like never before.

Human Awakening to Soul/Higher Realms

Unaware of immense DNA changes going on (and how physical matter takes form/the physical dimension/realm correlates), our human equates everything to linear beliefs, trying to fit "Soul Embodiment" into diagnosis, trying to fix, blame and everything except what is really going on. This shifts at some point, as each is ready to know & embrace "new" understandings for an easier experience here. 

This is where our outside world starts to change (often dramatically/fast it seems) as time starts to collapse (and the physical often does too). Yet collapse is a unification process where we work through all separation we hold inside. All is being re-structured for us to vibrate into all new physical realities/dimensions/timelines that are not possible with the unconscious programming/density that our physical bodies held before. Physical matter starts to take new form for us, yet our human aspect does not get to "control" reality anymore.

There is much cleansing, detoxing, purifying, clearing (and at times heavy purging/detoxing) that will physically occur. All of the suppression, all of the blame, shame, guilt, judgment, giving power away, pointing the finger, greed manipulation, self-first, safety mechanisms, fears, lack of trust/honor/integrity/love comes up to see for re-programming too. Your outside world will show you everything that is unconscious. It's up to you to learn how to shift intentionally/constantly, how to open & listen to your heart, how to trust/believe in what seems bizarre and weird as the veils of amnesia within you start to lift. Confusion, lost and shocked is a normal part of this process for awhile. Shifting from your head to your heart goes against everything you once knew. Transcending separation will be the hardest thing you ever do, until you do it. Then it's easy. This is a continual process of transformation and letting go of your own inner resistance to your own higher/highest self/universe trying to merge with you, so that you can leave Old Earth and transition over/cross over "to the other side" with your physical body. The "Death of Your Ego" (Emotions/thoughts/things) is an immense process that's not fun, but necessary for this human experience/experiment that your Soul chose for you here.

There is still only "one of you" in your body, your human, and waking up to a higher self existence begins. Then there become 2 of you, as you "enter" the next phase of your Soul/Awakening journey here. It's not your Soul that's waking up, it's your human that was alseep, deeply embeded in a Matrix Program, with amnesia where unconsciousness ruled. Foggy brain, memory loss ensues when heavy veil lifting begins. There is an incessent amount of sleep necessary to awaken fully. Nature becomes necessary, "me time" does too. This is your Soul (your real you) emerging from within you. Your human will freak out a bit. Be okay with change. This is FOR you and what follows comes forth is deep physical body clearings, while a whole new realm of magic, amazingness, bliss, happiness, joy, your Soul Purposes & Galactic Missions start to activate too! 

This phase is a very physically challenging reality as you move from linear to non-linear and clear physical density too. This is where we go from "having no clue" to "somethings off/I'm not happy inside/outside is messed up" and we start to see the lack of integrity, love and how distorted things are, yet we still don't fully understand, because of the veils/programming we still hold, which inhibit our full access still.  

You are shifting from a physically dominated world to a higher consciousness one. You are detatching, lots of letting go and your physical body/reality is being "de-densified" (often huge) to make way for your "new". You are learning to stay connected, re-connect back up, to expand your consciousness, learning how to lucid dream, learning to stop trying so hard, learning to "understand", maybe taking classes to understand ENERGY and shifting your own focus off of everything outside being the "fault" or "wrong" and realizing "vibrationally" through feelings, epiphanies & new realizations not accessible before "as just a human". This is where you have a Higher Self and start to listen to it, after refusing/refuting "etheric" realities before.

This is a very physical dimensional realm, where you/we learn how to surrender, learn how to connect, learn how to feel, start to clear those heavy duty veils of amnesia and Karmic (Unconscious) programs, patterns and realities created before. This is where "spirits", the bizarre, (even entities/perception) awaken, some experiences with "other dimensions", some astral travel, lucid dreaming and all the weird stuff (higher dimensions) start to awaken inside of you, yet it "seems" to be out there, because this is where human focus still is. 

This is a physical reality that is becoming energetic. It's a huge transition phase from Old Earth Matrix Programming to NEW. It's a very physical density clearing process/phase and a shifting of heart-desires from physical focus to inner-focus to start to support your Soul's purposes & Galactic missions here. 

This is where you learn to surrender, learn to identify and learn to open up to start to create a relationship with your higher self/Universe, start to research/fill your consciousness with teachings that ignite/inspire and prepare to shift beyond your limited human experience.

This is where each wakes up to their own ego and a higher power/self, then start to work through the differences and learn about "programs" to resolve all back into self-love again.

Bottom three chakras (from the backside) moving up the Kundalini/Spine to activate heart chakra for higher body/external chakras to open up too. 

Beginning to exit the old Earth Matrix System to transcend the human experience/experiment as it starts to conclude and your NEW Earth experience activates to begin. 

Old Earth has been your home, a single Earth reality that is about to change. Multi-Dimensionality is "foreign" and weird, only a mental concept, without full comprehension, the "learning" & flooding yourself/your consciousness you start a seeking process to awaken your human to what you forgot when you agreed to enter the realms of amnesia (unconsciousness) and forget. You begin your Quest to Remember and open your heart up, beginning the journey of shifting from a linear-head driven reality to a heart-centered reality, where you start to focus on being happy and in-JOY again. All that is not love makes itself visible for you to observe and use the Mastery Tools provided to guide to back to "home" again, all from within.

You start to see the lack, the fears, the old illusory beliefs, the imbalances and feel them too. Your energy body activates and in the beginning, as you start to FEEL your realities vibrationally, while "thinking" it's "that out there" causing it, because it can become so overwhelming, feeling everything that's trying to clear/cleanse/purity, return to balance inside as your old earth gridwork moves into rapid cleansing/detoxing, which can be "triggered" by everything in order to shift you to a higher vibrational plane with your physical body. Those programs are what kept you anchored to a "lower frequency dimension", represented by feelings/thoughts that no longer serve your higher purposes of love/unity/kindness/respect/abundance here. 

Brainwave state is chaotic, so you must meditate or sleep to diminish/shift this, so that your heart can open more and you can shift your vibration intentionally yourself. 

Everything is an initiation, a test, to see what you will choose, believe, do. Your realities are created by what you believe and by the choices you do/don't make here. 

You open up to new realities, get tired of the old, relinquish/dissolve your human/ego resistance and start to understand that you must "do" something to shift your reality yourself. Your human has to be "pushed/forced", as you still have strong masculine or victim energy to transcend. Time/line collapses mess with your world as "control" goes and your human must learn to surrender to your own higher self here. 

Timelines/realities appear to collapse, time speeds up, things can be overwhelming and "too much" until you learn/choose to pull away and start to utilize the gifts available to support you easily through your evolution here. 

You still live in linear time, yet that is shifting to vibrational existence, which is very confusing at first.

Higher Self/Universe Embodiment

A huge amount of Quantum Higher Self/Soul/Universal Energy, often electricity jolts & surges coursing through your body, muscles, veins to wake your human body up, stimulating everything that was dormant and asleep. Opening your heart & mind, working through your organs, nervous system to bring your body online with NEW Earth, as you re-birth yourself to learn everything from a whole new place (deep inside) and start laying the foundation/creating your NEW Earth Realities to nurture & grow too!

Your Higher Self awakens/comes forth, often "out there" at first. After a process of channeling, meditation, raising your overall physical body vibration continually, your Higher Self "moves in" to your body and "takes over" (Soul Embodiment), your consciousness starts to expand BEYOND your body into/as the Unified Field. Floating begins/gravity comes & goes, you get to experience the Universe again, as you un-tether and completely let go of "fixed" realities and trust fully. Multi-Dimensionality becomes more "real", as your pineal gland activates for your higher mind consciousness to come online too.

This is where you start to awaken your access to "Higher Knowledge & Wisdom" for sharing, you as a Star BEing, as a Light BEing, as a LeMUrian, Atlantean, Galactics (Arcturian, Pleiadian, Andromedan, Sirian, Lyran, more), Angels/Archangels, Gods & Goddesses and start to work through the distortion of each one at an expedited rate, each one having completely different DNA to activate inside of your body to re-code your genetics and atomic structures of your cells. You go from having two of you (human & higher self) inside to a gazillion of you and your physical realities are where your distortions play out for you to work through/see. This is where you start to walk as your Christed/Ascended aspect until your body can completely "come through" with you. You must hold the highest states of consciousness all of the time for your body to complete this immense passageway. This takes years, yet expedites to a shorter "time-frame" once you've achieved a certain Light Quotient inside to start functioning vibrationally/Quantum, instead of linearly. You are moving to a vibrational existence and learning how to move through timelines and Master "Quantum" existence, fully from within.

You start walking in a Lucid Dream, where realities bend, breathe and move. Materialization/De-Materialization, Portals, Gateways, Parallels become your "norm". Multi-Dimensionality is "home", and humans are not fun (and beyond bizarre with distortions/fixed mentalities where you see how all works, how we insisted/believed all into reality before.

This is where you work through judgment, of "what you/all looks like", where you start to let go of how you "thought" reality was supposed to be, where you work through worthiness/lack and recognizing limited/old unconscious beliefs. This is where you start to intentionally honor all of those emotions that were tucked deep inside, all that hiding, all that "fake" you, all that compromising your soul that you did, where you clear your human Karma (there's more Karma's to clear than that), by reversing everything for you to BE LOVE Consciousness in your all-day-life and everything you do.

This is where everything starts to become all Vibrational & Energy and we "learn" and build a whole new "Value System" from within. Shedding identities, it becomes about our RELATIONSHIP with all as ONE again. You "learn" to exist on YOUR OWN LIGHT, functioning on Quantum Light that you actually generate from inside, birthing your new realities, existing on your own energy, birthing your New Earth Creations and bringing them into fruition, getting them out into the world, as they are to support you (you'll still have to "work", yet it will be different), as you play, love and are inner-connected, so it's easy to produce, yet you have to learn how to function non-linearly and in multiple dimensions and how to accomplish in all new ways too. (You can also function on little/no sleep, just a "re-boot", as your body runs on Light and is self-sustaining here).

This is where you learn to surrender to your higher selves and start to let them run the show, instead of trying to hold onto all of the old, release the "need to suffer, save, fix and project unconsciousness out into the world".

This phase is where you "learn" how to integrate, function, produce, focus and cut out distractions that do not support what you are here to be/do. This is a huge re-coding process that activates your Crystalline Structure/Unity Consciousness more, so that this is HOW you exist/function/live your life as an Advanced NEW Earth HUman here. You "start" to anchor Heaven on Earth from within you and learn how to connect on a Soul Level, transcending your own human'ness from inside.  

This is a blend of physical/energetic, requiring your physical participation to bring your own higher timelines forth/online from within. You are establishing yourself as a Cosmic Citizen of NEW Earth by way of your own contributions, participation and support.

This is transitioning to full-service by way of learning to open up, support & share your gifts & resources and becoming a (Rainbow) Bridger too! 

This is where you start to see all of your own self-imposed limits, beliefs, mentalities and start to re-program through highest consciousness instead.

Reversed chakra system, you've opened up the bottom 3 to clear fear/doubt/disbelief to start to create a relationship with your own Higher Self/Selves or trust/respect/honor activating clearing upper 3 chakras from the backside, maintaining higher chakras to detach from the lower chakras (physical reality) long enough to dissolve old programming and hold the higher realms and Christed Consciousness from within. Purification is different for each phase. Not as physical, as you have the ability to function "separately" from your body and start to communicate "telepathically" with your cellular body, while it carries you through "git'r'done mode", without pain or even realizing you have a physical body for awhile. Floating is normal all of the time here. All chakras collapse/unify as one, without the "body blocks", where Light Energy streams easily through you here. 

Your Universal Experience overrides your human one. Gates of Heaven open up, yet now it's to "learn" (Remember) HOW to do all again. 

"Home" returns as you Remember, love becomes your new way. The happy, playfulness, the magic, the brilliance is mind-blowing (good!), and you enter the "synchronize your higher heart/higher mind" process of Unity Consciousness where there is no separation between the two, where you flow in-unison with all as one again. ♥

p.s. You may "denounce" physical everything (or go to "nothing'ness") for awhile, to clear old distorted perceptions while you learn/remember the purpose of the physical and re-build your physical reality totally in-alignment with highest consciousness purity, integrity and honor, transcending any karmic abundance previously held to return full/infinite abundance in every way again.

You learn to FEEL your truths, which activates your higher mind consciousness and opens your pineal gland for holographic existence to begin. You are transitioning out of Old Earth, choosing to release any "hell versions", as NEW Earth was not real before, it becomes very real here. Now, to achieve this through mastering multiple dimensions, aspects, realities all fully from within. This is where you choose timelines and create them by way of inner access to what was not visible before as an unconscious human.

​Walking/Waking meditative states begin. 

Your higher consciousness DNA is activated and you move into advanced Cellular activations for higher embodiment to increase as you are ready to move into your next transitional passageway initiatory phase. 

You exist between your higher & human selves, learning the difference and how to maintain a fully surrendered state, so that your higher selves can "move into your body", "take over" and run the show and you no longer "choose" to compromise due to separation/lack from within. Realities start to "cost you" if you do not listen, as your experiences are used to teach you what you did not want to listen to before. 

Jumping timelines Quantum-Style becomes an art you must learn to master fully, for all time folds into/merges into one and time ceases to exist. Then it's just a flow, collapsing/converging/restructuring in every moment and your human must learn to maneuver/keep up/accomplish at a rate "beyond human". 

You learn to live vibrationally and how to maneuver through the old dissolving constructs of linear time. Your body moves between linear & non-linear still.

Christed Consciousness/Crystalline Consciousness... crystals in your bodies start to form and purify every tiny particle of your body. This is an immense process where every gland, organ, molecule in your body must be re-worked, constantly re-calibrated and re-configured for you to HOLD UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS from your CORE, from the Depth of your entire BEing and to LIVE as your Highest Aspects You in your physical body. A huge trans-configuration process that never ends. Every moment, anchoring new Light Encodements into your physical body/template/form for Anchoring Heaven on Earth in the physical here. 

With Physical Body Ascension, you do leave Old Earth, by way of vibrating onto a whole new dimensional plane of existence, where the 5th Dimension is just the beginning, living from a space of "No Time" all of the time, the physical becomes Your Creation & a Vibrational Response to your every thought, every breath, every action, so you take great care in everything you do, aligning realities yourself. 

The activation of God/Galactic Consciousness on a whole new level, as you hold honor, integrity, responsibility, accountability, purpose, missions from your SOULar/Galactic Core, your Divine Essence emits, no longer tainted by the ego/separation of the old. Here you are fully in-service with everything that you are/do. You live in a holographic reality where everything is visible/accessible again and everything comes to you as you achieve the vibration fully through instant integration of immense Sacred Geometric Light Encodements into your physical form. Here you are an intentional Gatekeeper/Gridkeeper and your personal StarGate System comes further online too. 

As plasma works through your bones, teeth, skulls, blood and photonic gas/air fills your entire body vessel, you walk on NEW Earth in your every reality, Heaven becomes your "new home". You rarely encounter the old, only to see it still exists for others or to "trigger" something inside of you that needs to clear your cellular memory. You can do this easily, without missing a beat, you don't go unconscious anymore. You process an immense amount of "data" through your body/crystalline Structure, your StarGate is fully functional & online and Super Quantum/Super Conscious is your "new norm" for Avatar/OverSoul/Monad Embodiment to occur. You exist as "The Pure Ones" and the Advanced NEW Earth HUman here to bring humanity "through" and hold the highest timelines in place. You are one of the Guardian of NEW Earth, implementing the schematics for Galactic NEW Earth Civilizations here.

Here, you are UNITING with others, sharing opportUNITY, sharing reSOURCEs, sharing the Gift that you are, you do not hold separation, competition or "mine" anymore. You work from "The Bigger Picture", understanding "why" you are here. You are the Example, the WayShower, the Cosmic Portal, the Gateway to a whole new existence here. You ARE the proof, you hide nothing, you HOLD the highest in place at all times. This is no longer about "you", but all of us.

You have Mastered the Physical, having access to all that has already occurred. Human separation is not allowed/able to play out. You can transform all through Unity-Love-Consciousness and let the rest go play itself out somewhere else as it needs to. This existence is fully abundant, fully aligned, because YOU have become this fully inside again.

Here, EVERYTHING is an opportUNITY, a a GIFT, has an important purpose and what we do with all/where we come from matters above all. ♥ Love ♥  

This phase is ALL ABOUT EMBODIMENT & THE ENERGY of ALL as it presents, your Plasma Crystalline LightBody constantly integrating and holding immense amounts of Light Encodements into your physical body template and form, your Service as a Humanitarian. This is where PURE SOULS in Form live and come together for contributing to the bigger picture/whole. Your external is also HEAVEN ON EARTH as it's reflecting back your inner Heaven, peace & pureness that you hold/transmit out in absolutely everything you are and do.

This is where WE/UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS is where you function from/how you exist, comes first and everything else/in your reality/world supports this. There is not one ounce of lack in anything here. You ARE your highest selves aspects in every moment, in all that you do/are. "They" are not "out there" or somewhere else or guiding you from a space of separation anymore.

Here, you have the capability to work in simultaneous dimensions, see the physical ones on an energetic level, work with others to guide/assist, without having to "go anywhere" to do this. You have Super Quantum Access to other dimensional timelines and your physical is easy, simple and pure.

This is a purely energetic reality where the physical supports and is a complete vibrational response to what you hold/are/do in every moment from within you & in the physical too. 

This is a full-service phase, where you've committed to contributing to, re-educating, sharing, supporting and making a difference, while fully honoring you first, so that you can fulfill and receive richly, magically, pristinely by just BEing your highest aspect you.

Here there is no hierarchy, all are ONE, with different personalities that support their roles here. All are equal, sovereign, fully responsible and hold themselves accountable for what they are creating/transmitting/doing in-every-moment here. There's no more "Higher-Lower". We see polarity, yet do not need the polarized experiences to "do" what is aligned, necessary & important here.

You've descended all of your higher self aspects, leaving the crown/Solar Star Chakras to now cycle down the front of your chakra system, to purify on a whole new level any distortions left. 

You have been granted access to the Kingdom and given the Keys to the Kingdom, activating and anchoring Heave on Earth to walk in the physical through every experience here. StarGate Travel is vaster, with access Galactically too, from other galaxies, your entire reality is Souls & Galactics re-uniting in the physical here. 

Fully descended & merged all of your aspects within, your body has gone through massive expansion & contraction in every way to hold the immensity of the/your OverSoul/Monad from within. Original template has been restored, purity phase cycles down the front side of your chakra system to fully anchor you inside your body again, yet to walk ONLY on NEW Earth, with very limited visibility of any old earth, in order to assist where appropriate for those ready to transition as NEW Earth Citizens too. 

There is absolutely nothing outside or that you experience that you did not intentionally create through full Super Consciousness and alternate dimensional access here. 

Here, you have mastered the physical reality, as your relationship to "how physical matter takes form" takes place. You start to realize and understand on a whole new "level", through the God Particle that activated along the way, how to alchemize as unity-love through your own inner-connected abundant space and form matter for the purpose of uniting humanity, our soul/galactic races to converge together here on a much higher plane of existence. 

You maintain a QUANTUM UNIFIED FIELD of SUPER CONSCIOUSNESS all of the time, never going unconscious, working in every state, your wake/sleep states are "opposites" here. You clear/activate/work in your sleep/alternate realities, and your waking state is easy, peaceful, "the tangible dream" that was incomprehensible before. Everything serves a higher purpose and is for the benefit of all. You hold realities in place. Old constructs collapse in every nano-second as cellular re-generation and re-construction is continual every moment too.

You don't require "lessons" anymore (experiences where you did not listen/honor from within). You get it and your entire existence is dedicated service.

You see the SOUL's of others, and can see their human'ness too. You have to decide what is appropriate, how long to let realities/timelines play themselves out, how much energy/effort to put into others/things and understand the purposes in all. You collapse timelines yourself with ease. They are but a vibration and realization and a shift of consciousness for the physical to re-align quickly/instantly for your next highest reality to materialize just as quickly as you do and anchor new light encodements to restructure your realities easily for you. 

The "challenges of Quantum Existence" have decreased/dissolves as you've mastered "the space of no-time" to flow, function with great ease. 

Your body/mind/every cell goes completely non-linear, which is challenging as every cell breaks down/re-builds constantly according to new geometrics incorporated in your physical body structure and stargate systems that operate cohesively together as one here. 

Your NEW Universal Energy Soul-Light Body is very different than before...

This is not a linear process. All of these activate continuously along the way. This is about Light Quotient and how "advanced" or Physically Evolved one's Highest Consciousness DNA has evolved INSIDE OF THE BODY. This is not a contest or a competition or a place to compare, as the Ego loves to do. This is to look at yourself and REALize these are Initiatory Passageways, a constant "test" to see if you will "go human/separate off" again or hold the absolute highest everything EVERY TIME. The Quantum State of physical matter depends on the amount of Photonic Light integrated/held as a State of BEing. We each do our own Evolutionary Journey our Unique way. I only break them down in phases, because that's part of my role/service here. All phases will merge into ONE and we move within each one with awareness, honor and full service to anchoring more Love-Unity-Consciousness and the absolute Highest Dimensions of Consciousness/Timelines/Realities in our physical here. We are constantly activating, shifting, re-acclimating an nd learning to function/Master/Stabilize/Hold, break down the old & re-Structure constantly through each one. This is a re-birthing and maturation process, through the FULL Embodiment of HIGHER LIGHT PURE SOURCE CONSCIOUSNESS for all to move into their own highest roles for all of HUmanity, each other and every dimensional plane of existence too. This is not an "absolute", yet a guide to assist with higher understanding of the vastness of our Evolutionary Journey in Anchoring Heaven on Earth and our Galactic Civilizations/Realities here on our Multi-Dimensional Earth Now.

Physical world collapse is more physical and emotional as separation programs are activated within the body/physical reality to de-densify, as well as clear lower attachments to unconscious realities, mentalities and beliefs. Quantum Jumping is not a conscious experience, so physical/emotional/mental discomfort is greater/present during this phase to dissolve the amount of ego/separation within each/in the way. As the human heart starts to open, all becomes confusing, starting to pull away due to being overwhelmed, not identifying with/desiring the outside world anymore, starts desiring "more", wanting to know more, starts exploring other realities, as well as detaching from old, starts caring for self, sleep habits off, body and physical reality can seem to collapse/go haywire when it's time to start to fully awaken from the deep slumber. A ridiculous amount of sleep/alone time becomes necessary, in order to open portals to other dimensions in dream and bizarre waking state experiences. Human "healing" begins on every level, body/mind/emotional/spirit and "spirituality" (or metaphysics for the very linear), becomes a part of each's life in however this is meant to be. Patterns and "safe programs/realities" become disrupted and change substantially during this phase.

Activates Divine Feminine & Divine Masculine and re-birthing process (Divine Child) to work through distortions and clear ego self. = Learning how to do everything all over again. The Divine (Re)Birthing of SELF (Phoenix) Phase, that starts a "growing up process". Soft Diamond Light & Rainbow Frequency Energies (Christed) and Super Charged Electrical Body (Gamma/Divine Masculine) both begin. Activates NEW Earth for anchoring into the Physical Reality by way of accessing the "Lucid Dreaming State" for realities to flip & merge. Learning how to open up, support self/each other and share. SOULar & Moon Gamma Rays/Frequencies are primary activator, oscillating between Christed frequencies until move primarily over to Christed Light Body. Human Karma is cleared to move fully into Christed Consciousness/Crystalline LightBody Phase. The Bigger Picture starts to open up vibrationally in small increments (we call these puzzle pieces because they are part of our Quantum Geometric Existence), by way of access through clearing old programming that was in the way. You begin to self-invest through birthing new creation, supporting it and growing and loving it out into the world to inspire and awaken all as love too! Activation of the Plasma Field (Lucid Dreamy phase) occurs at different times during this initiatory passageway. This is where you start to lay the foundation for your whole new reality and dedicate yourself to service, yet first to you/your body/your energy/your Soul aligned projects and start proving yourself (in every way) through your own purity, transparency, honor, integrity, respect, love and contributory and actions through everything that you are and do. Separation becomes visible and is dissolved through stepping into the discomfort and opening portals to other/alternate realities through this act. One foot in different realities/dimensions/worlds is a part of this process as each transitions into Crystalline Consciousness to cross over the Rainbow Bridge fully to NEW Earth. Heating up is a prominent part of SOULar Expansion during this phase. Crystals activating for detoxing the organs/bones/blood/urine/skin/glands can be quite intense during this phase. This phase you become the portal and your body is in full surrender as a conduit and Gridkeeper/Gatekeeper duties enter a new phase too. You open portals for all and leave them open, learning how to hold that higher state of consciousness for you and all that you unite with beautifully too. You merge with your Ancient aspects of Gaia/Galactic Consciousness and "time" functions from "Zero Point", where all starts to come to you/through your Electromagnetic Field. This opens the initiatory passageway of learning to move/master energy and create the intentional morphogenic field that livingly responds through the Breath of Creation, activated more with each phase, yet stepping it up in the Plasma Crystalline LightBody phase. 
• Plasma LightBody = (Mother/Father) God/Pure Source Creator/Galactic Body = Activating Guardianship Roles, Fully "Responsible & Dedicated to Service with every aspect of "life" Passageway, Activation of Avatar Consciousness to open the Initiatory Gateway through Physical Life Experience = Every moment is a Lucid Dream and Very Physically Real. Heaven on Earth becomes the new norm. Prosperity through sharing abundance/reciprocation, alchemy, Unity Love Consciousness is achieved. Very little Gamma (which makes it hard to do linear anything), as body primary in Plasma Frequencies, Diamond Christed Light, Rainbow Frequencies, Abundance Frequencies to transition back out of a prominent Divine Masculine DOing Phase into a more balanced BEing/DOing one, where there's more/easier harmonic balance and support through the sharing of reSOURCES by all who now Unite as Love.  You become the re-educator through being the Provider, Disciplinarian, Supporter and Leader/WayShower, yet from a place of "Equal and Unity", instead of over/under/Hierarchy as the ego does. You hold all responsible and accountable and you become a Surrogate Universe for all in your own reality world for awhile. All Galactic Karma and full Akash is cleared in this phase, as well as Abundance Karma, Twin Karma and part of Relationship & Business Karma in part too. Plasma energy is primary during this phase, making anything linear challenging, yet we learn to maintain balance in all in every way. Super Consciousness is how we function in a Super Quantum State where the physical is fully (and constantly) re-aligned by us/our own State of Expanded Consciousness. Galactic Body + StarGate System is Activated through the re-building of all new programs and systems with your body & field that constantly synchronize for inner-interstellar travel to occur through your Photonic Body of Light that you manage by way of the Distribution of Light through your own existence, physical body and physical reality too. The 3-fold Flame is integrated in this phase. The Original Template is restored and Purity Consciousness is activated on a whole new level for an initiatory passageway to be completed for Avatar Consciousness/OverSoul Embodiment to begin. Every aspect of your life is aligned through your own Purity Consciousness. This phase takes all energy to constantly balance, stabilize, integrate and function linearly from a purely Quantum non-linear state. This phase has a zero tolerance for Unconsciousness, yet always comes from Unity-Love-Consciousness for ALL in every action and does not separate off, which did occur sometimes in Crystalline LightBody phase because the POWER of Purity God Source Consciousness had not been embodied fully yet. Itchies subside as Star Particles become more prominent. Freezing temps in bones are more noticeable as the physical matter in the body goes through deeper density purification/changes in this phase. This goes deeper into the bones/teeth, where the deepest rooted programs where housed/held. Completion of this phase clears Galactic Karmas, where the next phase is all building the new through Purity Love Consciousness, without old karmic timelines, because all are fully conscious, or there is no reality at all. It is that simple. Beginning of plasma phase is surreal/not real and lucid dreamy and takes years for our DNA-Body to re-code/evolve. The completion/anchoring of Plasma Earth Realities is very real and walking in a waking DREAM all of the time, so you forget you are in a dream, because every experience is amazing, beautiful, magnificent and magical, so when distorted ones do present, they are not allowed to play out in your own physical realty world. 
• Plasma Crystalline LightBody: A full merging of all three on a Highest Consciousness DNA level and how we live our every-moment-lives lives.) It's challenging to do any linear work, so our bodies have to constantly adapt. As Gatekeepers, Guardians, Gridkeepers, our primary is to open the Gateways, complete the passageways and initiatory processed and phases, holding them open and sharing with others/all for also access/travel/complete their own initiatory passageways. Completely Quantum Consciousness, including the body too. Non-linear, all vibrational. We constantly anchor the highest everything by HOLDING it and how we contribute energetically and physically, in every way, through the/our absolute highest consciousness existence, every moment of every day. The rest of our Karmic Timelines are cleared in this complete merging phase to open the Gateway/Passageways to Avatar Consciousness, once we activate our own encoded DNA. You've aligned all as Love, both inside of you and "out there" and stopped calling forth (transmitting) anything less than full Unity-Love-Consciousness from within you for a physical reality experience. Short interactions with unconsciousness allow you to bring all into a higher state of consciousness. • *** Each LightBody Phase has a different/new nervous system, immune system, platform/foundation for where each's Consciousness/Body functions from, breathing/communication system (lungs/spine) and whole body systems processing that evolves (is built/forms) over the separation of human time, however long it takes for each to HOLD that highest state of consciousness fully for the body to re-write itself (DNA/RNA/Genetics) to match the new frequency of of the Light Codes as they are embedded within the physical body structures and systems to complete each process daily to elevate the consciousness of the body (density/light ratios) to the vibrational physical plane of existence where that consciousness fully resides. Each phase is also different linear vs. Quantum, depending on cellular body constructs and how dominant each body is, how each body functions cohesively, as all move from a completely linear reality to a fully Quantum one. Fully Quantum means learning how to live and observe linearity and applying new "Equational Rules" to your entire existence here. Each phase has a % (percentage) of evolution to it. The activation of each consciousness, the activation of the body, then the entire process from point of activation to full expansion/integration/embodiment, by way of every-moment life. Completion of a phase means an entire transition and merging process has occurred and the actual ENTIRE physical reality Experience has come to "match" that. Each one will constantly be activating and switching to create balance and the ability to function with each body, whichever one is present and dominant at that time. Establishing this flow, balance and ability to sustain/maintain the physical body/reality in accordance with Highest Light Consciousness takes every bit of our dedicated, focused and intentional energy fully from within the present moment here. Mastering all means clearing all distortions as they present/become visible and returning all, restoring all, re-aligning all through the APPLICATION of Purity, Unity, Love in how we live our lives.

• Embodiment: Is the process from the point of activating a consciousness to fully embodying/holding that state of consciousness long enough for one's DNA/molecular structure and genetics to completely re-write itself for the BODY (all bodies and systems) to merge and BEcome that Consciousness in form. It's the passageway of clearing one's own distortions, from the point of "inception"/birthing, through the gestation period, in order to "learn" how to BE that highest aspect in every aspect of "life". It's the application of that highest consciousness intelligence to every facet of our lives. It's LIVING as Highest Consciousness through our every breath and no longer compromising, tolerating, condoning, supporting or contributing to unconscious programming in any way. It's the ability to transform your whole life, as an Alchemist, through your own Divine Essence as Love, through gratitude, appreciation, understanding, sharing and uplifting all through your own Light. It's maintaining that expanded state of consciousness in every exchange, it's touching every reality through your highest state of Purity Consciousness, every time. This is where you start to lay the foundation for your whole new reality and dedicate yourself to service, yet first to you/your body/your energy/your Soul aligned projects and start proving yourself (in every way) through your own purity, transparency, honor, integrity, respect, love and contributory and actions through everything that you are and do. Separation becomes visible and is dissolved through stepping into the discomfort and opening portals to other/alternate realities through this act. One foot in different realities/dimensions/worlds is a part of this process as each transitions into Crystalline Consciousness to cross over the Rainbow Bridge fully to NEW Earth. Heating up is a prominent part of SOULar Expansion during this phase. Crystals activating for detoxing the organs/bones/blood/urine/skin/glands can be quite intense during this phase. This stimulates your entire body to accelerated awakening, higher self guidance and embodying your "first/initial" higher self/selves. Your body becomes a vessel that carries you to higher dimensional realms. Gatekeeper Service is activated, yet the next phases are more dedicated to this. This phase you open portals through your opening higher heart (grid). You become "of the future" in this embodiment phase here. How "time" correlates changes as all slows down and starts to reverse.
• Crystalline LightBody = Evolving Christed/Crystal Body = Ascending State = Unity Consciousness Body = "BE"ing Body (no physical doing) = Shifting out of Ego Separation Mode and Expanding into New Unity Consciousness State = Further Activation of Divine Aspects for clearing lower ego aspects (distortions) = All Divine Feminine Soft Energies = Abundance Frequencies are activated, yet anchored into (Locked in) the Physical through Divine Masculine/God Consciousness/Divine Creation/Alchemy Application/Implementation/Accomplishing Phases = Higher Consciousness Learning & Realizations through Observing = "Growing Up and Learning to Live as Purity Love Passageway" = NEW Earth more visible in Physical Reality = Realities more Lucid Dreamy Surreal, while Old Earth realities not real anymore. Expansion of Consciousness into to "other dimensional realms" through sleep/relax/connected state starts to outrank the physical needs, desires and what's truly important. Total detachment from the physical long enough for all lower-consciousness-cords of ego-fear-need-attachment to be cut/dissolve. These were the physical and etheric anchors to the "lower realms of unconscious old earth". Diamond Light Codes/Rainbow Frequencies are primary, with SOULar/Gamma oscillating to move body into Plasma Body Phase. The separation between Divine Feminine and Masculine is merged for Holy/Sacred Trinity/Divine Soul Union to occur fully from within. Bigger Picture is visible, with access limited by any ego-separation programs still having to be dissolved. This phase dissolves the separation between different existences (LeMUrian/Atlantean, Royal, Religious Separations, etc. for clearing Akashic Records/Karma to occur). Learning how to affect physical matter with Pure Source Consciousness is prominent in this phase here, as Higher Mind Consciousness starts to come online. More access through both the internal & external the Plasma Field as the Plasma Body is activated during this initiatory passageway. Christed Body + Christed Gateways activate through the/your Crystalline Structure and Systems building processes to synchronize your body and field with the Christed/Crystalline Grids of Gaia/Galactic/Heavens fully from within. This is you BEing your Ascended Self, Your Christed Light Self, Your Highest Self, your Pure Crystalline Self in how you live your life. The 3-fold Flame is activated in this phase. Purification/Purity Consciousness is taken to the next level. This phase is where each dissolves remnant ego/separation programs that were not visible before. Heating Up and Cooling Down is more balanced. Itchies are more prominent with Crystals under the skin. More cold temps start to be felt as one transitions in and out of plasma phases. Determination of what is acceptable and not, what is highest aligned and not, what you will allow and not occur through this state here. You Re-educate all as Love and a new soft, subtle POWER, where actions, presence and exchanges are shifted differently than before. This phase you invest your energy in each other as love and start to support each other more through Unity, Sharing, Reciprocation, Physical world support too. You step into "supportive" roles, that support the whole, in all new ways too! This phase opens an initiatory gateway of learning how to function in, and fully Master, the physical reality with our whole BEing, while anchoring the highest consciousness timelines/realities into the physical for all. Physical Body Ascension occurs during this phase, yet learning how to function, live and Master the entire physical everything through Full Mastery (next passageway) now is to be achieved. This phase you become the portal and your body is in full surrender as a conduit and Gridkeeper/Gatekeeper duties enter a new phase too. You open portals for all and leave them open, learning how to hold that higher state of consciousness for you and all that you unite with beautifully too. You merge with your Ancient aspects of Gaia/Galactic Consciousness and "time" functions from "Zero Point", where all starts to come to you/through your Electromagnetic Field. This opens the initiatory passageway of learning to move/master energy and create the intentional morphogenic field that livingly responds through the Breath of Creation, activated more with each phase, yet stepping it up in the Plasma Crystalline LightBody phase. 
• Plasma LightBody = (Mother/Father) God/Pure Source Creator/Galactic Body = Activating Guardianship Roles, Fully "Responsible & Dedicated to Service with every aspect of "life" Passageway, Activation of Avatar Consciousness to open the Initiatory Gateway through Physical Life Experience = Every moment is a Lucid Dream and Very Physically Real. Heaven on Earth becomes the new norm. Prosperity through sharing abundance/reciprocation, alchemy, Unity Love Consciousness is achieved. Very little Gamma (which makes it hard to do linear anything), as body primary in Plasma Frequencies, Diamond Christed Light, Rainbow Frequencies, Abundance Frequencies to transition back out of a prominent Divine Masculine DOing Phase into a more balanced BEing/DOing one, where there's more/easier harmonic balance and support through the sharing of reSOURCES by all who now Unite as Love.  You become the re-educator through being the Provider, Disciplinarian, Supporter and Leader/WayShower, yet from a place of "Equal and Unity", instead of over/under/Hierarchy as the ego does. You hold all responsible and accountable and you become a Surrogate Universe for all in your own reality world for awhile. All Galactic Karma and full Akash is cleared in this phase, as well as Abundance Karma, Twin Karma and part of Relationship & Business Karma in part too. Plasma energy is primary during this phase, making anything linear challenging, yet we learn to maintain balance in all in every way. Super Consciousness is how we function in a Super Quantum State where the physical is fully (and constantly) re-aligned by us/our own State of Expanded Consciousness. Galactic Body + StarGate System is Activated through the re-building of all new programs and systems with your body & field that constantly synchronize for inner-interstellar travel to occur through your Photonic Body of Light that you manage by way of the Distribution of Light through your own existence, physical body and physical reality too. The 3-fold Flame is integrated in this phase. The Original Template is restored and Purity Consciousness is activated on a whole new level for an initiatory passageway to be completed for Avatar Consciousness/OverSoul Embodiment to begin. Every aspect of your life is aligned through your own Purity Consciousness. This phase takes all energy to constantly balance, stabilize, integrate and function linearly from a purely Quantum non-linear state. This phase has a zero tolerance for Unconsciousness, yet always comes from Unity-Love-Consciousness for ALL in every action and does not separate off, which did occur sometimes in Crystalline LightBody phase because the POWER of Purity God Source Consciousness had not been embodied fully yet. Itchies subside as Star Particles become more prominent. Freezing temps in bones are more noticeable as the physical matter in the body goes through deeper density purification/changes in this phase. This goes deeper into the bones/teeth, where the deepest rooted programs where housed/held. Completion of this phase clears all Karmas, where the next phase is all building the new through Purity Love Consciousness, without old karmic timelines, because all are fully conscious, or there is no reality. It is that simple. Beginning of plasma phase is surreal/not real and lucid dreamy. The completion/anchoring of Plasma Earth Realities is very real and walking in a waking DREAM all of the time, so you forget you are in a dream, because every experience is amazing, beautiful, magnificent and magical, so when distorted ones do present, they are not allowed to play out in your own physical realty world. You've aligned all as Love, both inside of you and "out there" and stopped calling forth (transmitting) anything less than full Unity-Love-Consciousness from within you for a physical reality experience. Short interactions with unconsciousness allow you to bring all into a higher state of consciousness. Long unconscious inner-actions don't occur anymore, because your Highest States of Consciousness dictate the physical reality now. This phase everyone contributes energetically in various ways, yet you are fully responsible for all realities your self. You also observe the distortions of self-first, greed, inconsideration and lack in human programs and conditions in a whole new way to truly understand how every reality is created and "cause & affect" dimensional realities as well. You function from highest-mind consciousness with your whole body/every aspect of you, and are no longer creating "karmic cycles/timelines" to experience in your own physical reality anymore. Fully anchored in plasma realities, these are very real and rarely lucid dreamy, yet awareness that all is a waking walking magical dream is always present here. Fully invested in ALL NEW EARTH with everything you ARE, HAVE and DO. (This includes each other too). You learn what BEing the NEW Earth HUman is. You are Quantum Jumping through StarGate Travel at a ridiculous rate (with great ease, learning how to master the "landings"), opening portals upon portals, CREATING the passageways, holding the Gateways open through holding that highest state of consciousness all of the time. The Super Conscious Quantum Field is where you live. You merge all of your higher self Galactic Aspects/Councils within you to become the Galactic Councils of NEW Earth here.
• Plasma Crystalline LightBody: A full merging of all three on a Highest Consciousness DNA level and how we live our every-moment-lives lives.) It's challenging to do any linear work, so our bodies have to constantly adapt. As Gatekeepers, Guardians, Gridkeepers, our primary is to open the Gateways, complete the passageways and initiatory processed and phases, holding them open and sharing with others/all for also access/travel/complete their own initiatory passageways. Not linear. All vibrational. This is purely energetic on a cellular level and doesn't play out in the physical realities, yet the body is completing it's processes mostly all in sleep state, while waking state is dedicated to HUmanitarian Highest Consciousness Service work in magical, beautiful, simple, easy and pure atmospheres that do not hold any of the old programs anymore. The temp changes diminish, the physical body affects diminish, the physical reality alignment is completely fluid, natural and "done" by just BEing and Existing naturally in our highest state all of the time. The entire physical is REAL in a whole new way. BEing a NEW Earth HUman means you get to start learning how to have a life again! :) Completion of the entire Ascension process occurs with the completion of this phase as well, as you LIVE as the NEW Earth HUman simply, naturally, gracefully, humbly, powerfully, fully in-service to HUmanity, Gatekeeper Duties and your magnificent, peaceful, magical, prosperous and fully-aligned new life! 
• *** Each LightBody Phase has a different/new nervous system, immune system, platform/foundation for where each's Consciousness/Body functions from, breathing/communication system (lungs/spine) and whole body systems processing that evolves (is built/forms) over the separation of human time, however long it takes for each to HOLD that highest state of consciousness fully for the body to re-write itself (DNA/RNA/Genetics) to match the new frequency of of the Light Codes as they are embedded within the physical body structures and systems to complete each process daily to elevate the consciousness of the body (density/light ratios) to the vibrational physical plane of existence where that consciousness fully resides. Each phase is also different linear vs. Quantum, depending on cellular body constructs and how dominant each body is, how each body functions cohesively, as all move from a completely linear reality to a fully Quantum one. Fully Quantum means learning how to live and observe linearity and applying new "Equational Rules" to your entire existence here. Each phase has a % (percentage) of evolution to it. The activation of each consciousness, the activation of the body, then the entire process from point of activation to full expansion/integration/embodiment, by way of every-moment life. Completion of a phase means an entire transition and merging process has occurred and the actual ENTIRE physical reality Experience has come to "match" that. Each one will constantly be activating and switching to create balance and the ability to function with each body, whichever one is present and dominant at that time. Establishing this flow, balance and ability to sustain/maintain the physical body/reality in accordance with Highest Light Consciousness takes every bit of our dedicated, focused and intentional energy fully from within the present moment here. Mastering all means clearing all distortions as they present/become visible and returning all, restoring all, re-aligning all through the APPLICATION of Purity, Unity, Love in how we live our lives.

The human aspect will say "I can't afford or I don't have time". Your Higher Self Soul Universal Aspect will say "You can't afford not to". Consciously or unconsciously, your vibrational "heal"th will become a priority, your Universal Body/LightBody your highest priority, so it/you can accomplish Physical Body Ascension to begin your Multi-Dimensional experiences and come fully online with NEW Earth now.

Here are Some of Mine through the Years & Some Currently too...

Our human aspect will override the body and not listen, not honor, not give it what it needs to return to/maintain optimum efficiency and natural, organic, pristine health. Your Higher-Mind-LightBody can override physical world limits and your human mind's control of should/shouldn't/can't"need to be doing" and other programming with body-limiting-belief things. You will adopt/create new "energy use" processes, as your consciousness expands beyond your body, you will not "feel" the body like before. Take great care in being totally present, as breaking toes, falling down and more are normal as you "get your new footing" with walking/functioning/replenishing your new body, which is very different than before. It will carry you through all you are meant to accomplish do, then shut down when you are meant to sleep/regenerate/integrate, as you are operating on your own self-generated light as the SOLar Universe, which begins the advanced forming crystals (Crystalline LightBody) in your body too. Each phase functions differently. You can override your human mindsets of what your body can/can't do, while what is important dramatically changes too. You stop "wasting" your energy, or you won't have any, which will play into your physical abundance/abilities too. This is an important thing, as you start to respect your own Energy/Conscious Body/Earthly Galactic Soul Body and listen to what it tells you, creating a whole new communicative relationship with your body through pure love, appreciation and respect. Talking to your body, working "hand in hand" together to accomplish, for as you honor/love/respect it, it will carry you through, supporting you to accomplish and "house" infinite dimensions from within it. It's your Sacred Earthly Vessel, waking up to return to higher dimensional existence too!. ♥ 

Nature is a necessity & #1 (along with sleep). It doesn't matter "what nature". Any nature, all nature will do. Start small. Go sit under a tree, make "time" for nature, BEing, talking with your Universe, connecting with the Skies & Earth. Put your body on the ground for "balancing of magnetics", take walks, talk to your Universe and LISTEN for that subtle response that can't otherwise be heard in the beginning, because there are too many interruptions, distraction, too much "noise", too many thoughts in the way... weed through these in nature. It's imperative and key to your vibrational "health" & to REMEMBERING again too!

Sleep, sleep and then sleep some more. This is #1 too. There are many #1's. You'll see me say this, because it's important to realize how important all of these things are for you/us all here. Sleep gives you access to the other dimensions at first, dissolves the veils of amnesia, clears immense timelines so that your phsycial reality can be easier for you, activates higher consciousness awareness and is you in alternate realities that your human "thinks" are just a dream. We anchor our highest dreams and clear unconscious "hell/purgatory" ones. Our sleep & waking states flip & merge and our realities become Lucid Dreamy/miraculous/magical for awhile, then we are always on NEW Earth, as we fully integrate every aspect and enter Avatar/OverSoul Consciousness. As we anchor NEW Earth in our physical bodies, it also becomes our physical reality "out there". Sleep is a HUGE TOOL and GIFT and we create a vortex/portal/light ship/pod in our beds too, which give us the ability to TUNE and synchronize with our StarGate system easier & faster too! Clear your space/your room & fill it with life, plants and everything high vibrational. Do this for your entire home too. It's a necessity. ♥

Clean, pure water. pH alkaline your body. In the beginning, I switched to Fiji and distilled, alternating them, detoxing my body huge (for a year & 1/2) to "repair" my body and restore it to optimum "heal-th". This was about 6 months after my Kundalini awakening, where I was clearing heavy distortions within myself. I started realizing how much my body was holding and my human "fought" detoxing, until my body shut down (again) and I didn't have any other options left. That was a huge turning point, my LightBody activated huge and everything turned around as I delved deep into "vibrational healing", honoring, respecting, supporting and feeding my body what it needed to restore itself, which was when my Crystalline LightBody also came online, starting a whole new phase of physical body DNA re-coding/re-calibrations. Fiji is the only water for years now. 

I've used this detoxing program for years. I had so much "damage" (out of tune/out of alignment/suppressed) within me, it took me a year & 1/2 of continual detoxing to get my body to a place of "clean", so that I could move into my own 5th Dimensional LightBody phase. I had every "condition", my whole body/organs/systems had shut down (zero point/reset), so that my body/system could come online with NEW Earth Gridwork and Crystalline Structures. I had to clear the distortions inside myself and fully align/embody my higher selves to do this. Detoxing was necessary and still is all along the way. I stop when I see I don't need this, I start back when I feel that I do. I am in continual detox now (since 2010), supporting my body in every way, for the immense work it's doing continually. Here's the one I prefer. You find a detox system that works for you.

For chronic issues, this means that the body has been ignored for a very long time. Emotions and memories and experiences have been suppressed, deeply anchored in the muscles, body, organs, bones and other body systems that have to be purified and cleansed of these toxins stored in cellular body. This is a huge process, one that basically means we are willing and ready to embark on an immense journey to reclaim our "heal"th, to take our power back by not giving power away to others, diagnosis, treatments and other "fixes" that are not honoring the ENERGY BODY and physical body evolution through higher consciousness. It can be a treaturous and ardurous journey, yet our inner will-power is strong. That light inside, while diminished, it's there and for many of us, this becomes the "fight of our/for our life", literally. To restore our bodies to optimum health, the body must be supported to reverse the damage done. Everything we've taken, put on our body, in our body, ingested, breathed, every emotion not cleared for all human experiences (human karma), then every deeper one representing all of our "other existences" too. The depth that this journey goes, is beyond anything the human mind can comprehend. When the body is "allowed" to start releasing (our hearts opening accelerate this process), everything is coming up and out (or down and out), however it can get out of our body. Full body detoxes, massages, any energetic support for the body that resonates will assist. Supplements for each "condition", dropping the labels and focusing on what the body is speaking, is necessary, and this will change all along the way, depending on one's Light Quotient and how the body needs to be supported to integrate Photonic Light Encodements fully within it. 

Human aspects identify with diagnosis and conditions, which makes them a victim to something. We look at the body system, what the body is SAYING and we listen to this instead. I address some of these below, through my own trial and error process of learning what works for different phases along the way. I always super-dosed (still do), because the human body needs "more" than "just enough to get by". 

None of this is medical advise. It's ENERGETIC Support for our bodies to reclaim and sustain LIFE. Higher Consciousness Light pushes the body hard. For a body that's not been loved, respected and received what it needs, the "struggle" and "fight" for life is even more intense. 

I had to hit "death's door" throughout the years, staying there many times, just getting by, until the next time, taking medication to "fix me", until all of that stopped working, I'd run my body in the ground, no light (not visible at all) and no breath of Life to sustain. Heavy-duty excruciating inner pain played out as heavy duty physical pain until I faced it all, embraced it with a vengeance and dedicated myself to me. I had all of the signs, all of the hints, all of the "screams" from my body to listen, yet I couldn't "hear", didn't know how to, until my heart had opened enough for me to realize and truly be ready to face CHANGE. Pulling all up by the bootstraps, I set out to DO what I'd never really done before. Love and respect me. Put me first and in doing so, this meant my "heal"th. It wasn't until I couldn't function anymore, my blood had gone toxic, my organs and body shutting down, Tophy Gout (body trying to go Crystalline, yet I was so out of alignment, my body acidic, it couldn't, resulting in a "condition" that humans don't understand and try to treat. Medications no longer working, I lost my insurance for "treating" all of the debilitating "conditions" (best thing that could have ever happened, forcing me to take charge and go all natural/holistic and start researching vibrational health). I made the personal decision to find natural supplements to replace my medications, knowing the risks, yet knowing the greater risk was to stay on them, I chose. I went to Whole Foods and in desperation asked the guy working in the supplements section to help me get started. My long list of "issues" blew him away, so he guided me to start with the basics to just get my body to a point I could manage and then tackle each individual thing. My organs all overloaded, my nervous system overloaded, my muscles, glands all shot. My whole body was ready to quick, yet I, as my newly awakening Higher Self was not. :)

You do the research, you check-in with your own inner/higher guidance and see what speaks to/feels right for you. Is it going to be tough for those with deeply embedded Matrix Programming and lots, yep... beyond. Yet we can do this, I did it, which means everyone else can do it too. It takes dedication and the realization that no matter what we are going through, we are clearing the heavy duty stuff and "after" is going to be awesome. And it is. Beyond. 

If you want to see my photos from before I "got it", my old website has a few and a bit more "story" there. I left this site up to help others starting out/just awakening, as it's my early parts of my processes and realizations shared. It's no longer maintained or updated, so apologies if links/info are missing. Feel free to utilize/share any of the info that assist you or others as well. 

Now I've been primarily chemical free, vegetarian (some periods vegan) and completely natural since I started this process in 2010. It took me 1.5 years of solid clean eating, all fresh, cutting out gluten, dairy and other things that create "disruptions" in our energy body. After that year & 1/2, my LightBody fully activated and I was able to bring coffee, breads, sweets and other things (pizza) back in to support my rapid accelerated DNA upgrades, which use food differently than the human body did. I've been in detox for 8 years, drinking pure clean water (non-negotiable ever), and prominently live/raw/fresh as the basis, with the other things as my body screams for them. 

Exercise eventually had to go, as my body was anchoring so heavily, dropping density, yet getting bigger (more space/plasma energy inside), yet physical matter/mass ratio is different for the Plasma Crystalline LightBody than the carbon-based body is. Once I hit Avatar Consciousness/OverSoul Embodiment, then I was able to bring exercise back in. In the beginning, to activate our LightBody, exercise, loving our bodies, feeling good about ourselves and getting our body's vibration up by way of "HAPPY" is necessary. Then the body starts switching to other phases, depending on the amount of separation each holds. The muscles, also being the gridwork for the Earth we walk/exist on, must completely relax, breakdown and rebuild, when in the Crystalline Phase and working/tightening the muscles inner-fears with this. 

Your body must be detoxed completely and continually of all toxins on an emotional, mental and physical level for your vibration to raise high enough for your LightBody to activate fully for all four bodies (Spirit/Soul/Light Energy being #4), to become One Unified Body of Light and for Physical Body Ascension to occur. First our consciousness, then our body. This takes years to occur. 

I'm sharing mine through the years that worked for me, to restore my body to optimal "heal"th: "Conditions" BE-Gone for good! ♥

p.s. The Quantum Body is more "extreme" than the human body is, so in order to tune our body, we do "different" than what everyone else says/believes. What worked/works for me, may not work for you or others, and vice-versa. There is no "one size fits all" here. Our bodies tell us what they need. In addition, taking anything and not getting enough sleep/relaxation/BE time, only overloads the system more. Sleep/rest and support, in that order, not once you've run your body in the ground and it can't go anymore (this too is a cellular breakdown process, necessary for different cellular re-building processes along the way). 

Chronic System Heavy Duty Cleansing & Restoration/Re-Booting/Boosting:

• Detox: CleanseSmart 30 day program (I would do 30 days, stop for a week to see how I felt, when I didn't feel as energetic, I'd start the next 30 day round, stop for a week, then do it again. I did this for a year and 1/2, then dropped to a couple of times a year. For the last 2 years, I take it everyday now to keep my body clean enough to process light encodements easier)
• Vitamin C, MSM and Turmeric Extract was my "cocktail": Every 2 hours to flush my body, with tons of Clean Pure high pH water

Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue: (in my early phase, before my LightBody fully activated, I was "misfiring bad").

Exercise

Exercise is a "tricky" aspect of multi-dimensionality, as each phase and dimensional body is different in how it correlates to what the body needs to do to integrate light, drop density, expand through the muscles (gridwork for the Earth you walk on, literally) and your individual vibration (how you feel about yourself to get your body's vibration as high as possible), as well as how you connect with your body, love and respect your body, treat your body and more. The human ego views the body through human eyes, which try to fit the body into "how it looks" or "is supposed to work" boxes, that all have to be shed/dissolved, in order to transcend ego-separation-consciousness through the physical body form. Exercise, natural, like walking in nature, is a way to connect/re-connect, communicate and give the body the movement it needs to also integrate light with greater ease. Exercise can be a linear form of meditation (masculine energy) that's important to burn old energy off, observe thoughts, come to new realizations and "pump" energy through you, especially when working with "breath".

When the LightBody is first activating, there is a phase where we start to care for our body more, feel "better" about ourselves, not for others, but our own Self. This is an important phase, which many will exercise as a part of this. Once the LightBody goes through 5th Dimensional activations, we move more to natural exercise, not to push the body, but to support the body and connect through a new state of consciousness. The Crystalline and Plasma phases, exercise is counter-productive and actually works against the body, while also being energetically IMPOSSIBLE, because muscular/cellular breakdown and re-building is so immense. Once we prepare to complete the Plasma Phase and fully move into Avatar Consicousness/OverSoul Embodiment, we can start to incorporate (easy) exercise back into our regime, to increase along the way, honoring the times that we are unable to exercise, due to immense Light Code Integration/Gatekeeper Duties that come first. We have to take care in not building the body back to soon/fast, as the foundation and structure for our new realities are dependent on how relaxed our bodies stay, while building endurance with our bodies to fully anchor Heaven on Earth fully in our bodies (lower half especially, from root/sacral chakra down to our feet).

Waking up stiff or tight muscles, this thing does the job! A must have for all of us, yet it expands your cells, so it's not about "weight", but moving our cells so they can reconfigure easier through particle alignment processes and more. ♥
