Tech Support Guidelines Page

Here are some basic "how to's" that may assist if you have questions or can't see the download buttons/figure out how to save, etc.

MASTERY SCHOOL:

Just go/return to the Mastery School at any time, by saving the link below:

Login/Out (Top right hand corner)
Find all digital content/courses under "My Dashboard" (top left corner). Click to start or resume.
Once you have entered the program/course, then click on the icon to go to that specific section/module to begin/resume. If you have marked a section complete, you can resume at anytime by clicking this menu icon.

If you are having trouble seeing the programs that you've registered for, please logout and then back in to see if it resets your access with the purchased/newly added content.

Need to update/change your billing/account info? Go to "you" in the top right hand corner of the Mastery School and click on "My Account" to locate your account options.

Downloading: For digital downloads via a PC, you can click on the download button or right click to "save as". On a Mac, when you click to download it goes to a player screen. Just right click/save as (or "command" "S") to then save to a designated folder. Many use iTunes or DropBox to access files for listening on repeat during sleep. Apple Support/YouTube/"How To" Search can assist with you with the steps for this.

Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the content screens to see the "download" and "next" buttons, that are not always visible on certain devices/screens.

Here are example screen shots for where you enter your special code on the cart/purchase page. Be sure to "apply" and zero/decrease the amount according to the offer you are taking advantage of. Whether pre-paid through a summit or a code received through another offering, be sure the amount reflects appropriately before proceeding to "pay". ♥

For the Website / Webstore or Mastery School: Downloadable Files:

Please note: Not all Courses/Programs are downloadable (only view-able from within the Mastery School, so please read each course fully, to determine if this is what you are looking for prior to purchasing, as we do not offer refunds once you’ve chosen to make a purchase, which work on multi-dimensional levels, instead of linear ones.)

PC:

Click (or Right Click) on the download button to save the file to your computer.
Select “Save link as…” or “Save target as…”
Choose where on your computer you’d like to save the file(s). If you are not given a choice, then your pre-sets may save in “My Downloads” or other pre-determined file. Check those places or run a search using the computer file name to locate.
Once the download is complete (how long is determined by the file size, which is usually just a couple of minutes or so at most).
Once your download is complete, you can open by double-clicking on the file

Mac:

Click (or control-click) on the download button to save the file to your computer.
Select “Save this link as”
Designate the directory where you want the file to be saved in your Mac’s “download” column.
Click the “Save” button and wait for your file to download. (Usually no more than a couple of minutes).
Once your download is complete, you can open your downloaded file by selecting the file in the “downloads” area of your dock or by double-clicking on the downloaded file.

iPhone or iPad

iPhones / iPads users are responsible for utilizing a computer or a device that will allow you to download, save, play or transfer the files to the players of your choice, since those devices intentionally do not allow this.   
You can easily download the mp3 audio files through an actual computer, which will also allow convert / transfer / play of the mp3 files.
You will need iTunes on your PC.

HOW WE ARE NOW HANDLING SUPPORT (AND MANY OTHER) REQUESTS:
I, along with Eve and (and the whole Hong Kong Team), have been working to make more available to all. As we re-work, add, streamline and accomplish, we post/publish/announce. Because so many are experiencing massive expansion and "thinking" is very different than before, it takes longer to sit and figure things out, by going deep inside and waiting/listening/opening our heart and pineal gland. Our Lightbodies process Data differently, so each must go inside/tune to "see/find" their new answers. It takes a lot of patience to step back/away and process Light Intelligence differently than before. Our old brains don't work linearly), the higher we all go. There's no one to "ask" to "do it for us" anymore. We actually have to "Google it" and use "Wikipedia" and other research/reSESOURCEs to figure things out. We don't get to "act" like we can't anymore.
So, with that in mind, we are all working each day to make more available, yet each must "do their part". Pointing all inside, even for technical stuff... as it's become mind-blowing at many still don't hold respect when it comes to valuing each's time/energy. Re-educating can be exhausting and it takes a lot of energy on all of our parts to be fully present, in-tune and ready to "learn" all new ways now, in every moment of every day.

TECH GUIDANCE, INSTEAD OF SUPPORT:
If we allow it, our service work can be beyond inundating, and SO many are now constantly emailing with "do it for me, I don't want to slow down and figure it out" energies, as well as "will you do more for me than you already are"?. The answer is "no, with love", because each one of us is fully capable, and exploring/figuring it out, is a part of Higher Mind Consciousness processes of shifting multi-dimensionally. We all have to "learn" all new ways, open our hearts all of the way up, slow down and learn to respect the space we are in and each's VALUE our own Energy and the Energy of all. "Time" is Energy. We learn to RESPECT ENERGY in all new ways here. We have to minimize, prioritize and let a whole lot of everything go, in order to keep up with these immense acceleration frequencies, while increasingly accomplishing and managing infinite realities too. We handle that which is necessary, serves the much bigger picture, while staying focused and keeping all fully vibrationally aligned. There's absolutely no way to reply/work with each person individually, other than individual opportunities offered, which is why we offer/provide so much. For each to have access to our Vast Living Libraries of Resources, as well as continued acceleration opportunities and contributing/support opportunities too. ♥

Our tech "support" is different. It's Guidance. We provide what's appropriate and Guide/Point each inside to figure the rest out. The devices each choose to use, read the instructions, watch some videos on "how" to accomplish what you want. That's how we do it. ♥

UNDERSTANDING ENERGETIC EXCHANGE and (LIGHT) ENERGY IN FORM

Everything we provide, share, and offer, is a way for each to choose consciously what each values as important and worth, in supporting and accelerating their own heart-opening experiences here, as well as further activating their own LightBody too. Each one of us does this differently, yet to understand that all is important and serves a much bigger picture/purpose, we start to understand that Energetic Exchange is a way to respect, reciprocate, gift and in-turn support the vastness of what we receive ENERGETICALLY and that all of these things are just tools and ways to activate, therefore it's not about a "thing" anymore.

All are here because they receive something, through the Light Encoded sharings and various ways to activate, elevate and expand by way of opening our Universal/Cosmic heart/ higher mind chambers and Gateways, often in seemingly unorthodox ways. By combining various activation tools and utilizing each for the purposes of stimulating and awakening pure beauty, kindness and a deep sacred connection from deep within, all of these "things" are just something that we each consciously choose to use. The value is not the value of a "thing", yet instead the value of what we decide is our reasonable exchange in order to receive heart-opening Soul activations, which is determined by how we utilize these "things". The value is determine by you, how you value and place worth on your your own Awakening Soul journey, and what tools you feel will most benefit and assist you with this. The value is the value you place upon yourself, your energy and what you choose to utilize to accelerate your own awakening journey and current (LightBody) phases you are in.

The tool itself doesn't matter. Your openness, your making a conscious choice and deciding what's important and how you desire to do this for yourself, as what "things" you feel will most benefit you in opening your heart. Your conscious choice is a very important part of the your own Awakening processes here.

Through our own higher states of love-consciousness, we take the focus off of the thing and we shift it to what we feel will most assist us with our current processes and phases. We shift the value off of the "thing" and onto our energy, our vibration, our LightBody, and what we feel will assist us with opening our hearts to/through more beauty, unity, kindness and love.

Our Entire Value System evolves, as we start to value ourselves and our Light/Energy, we start to value the energy, the work, the contributions of others too.

Here, each is supporting ENERGETICALLY the work, the programs, services, those working in Dedicated Service to create, share and provide the vastness of all that is offered to support, inspire, awaken, assist and consciously evolve.

Each is contributing to a much higher purpose, the Evolution of a much Higher Consciousness HUmanity. Your CONSCIOUS EXCHANGE becomes a part of this. ♥

In essence, what you are investing in, is your own SoulBody/LightBody and you are consciously choosing activation tools to work with, in order to further assist you with the acceleration of this. You are exercising a conscious exchange of Love Energy (In form) in order to do this, which will in-turn assist with fulfilling higher purposes and Service to HUmanity roles here.

As a part of Elevating Consciousness, which is a part of shifting all into a much HIGHER DIMENSIONAL VERSION (i.e. NEW EARTH and 5+D OPEN DISCLOSURE), (and the new GDPR Compliance Requirements), we are happily posting how we use your information, even though technically "WE" are a collective energy of LOVE & Unity Consciousness. "I" AM an individual, with a priority to hold (EMBODY) the highest level of LIGHT, which translates through integrity, love, respect, kindness, consideration and through Cosmic Harmonic Alignment, at all times for all of us here and to promote love, peace, unity and a much higher consciousness supportive reality, where the "old" (unconscious) is not a part of our "NEW".
