There is a "space", if you will, where the energies are high, the veils & air are thin and one has vibrationally activated the LightBody (Crystalline Body, Multi-Dimensional self, etc.) to feel and see into the beyond. These are all but terms that you use there to understand. We refer to this as "the other side", "the invisible" or "the forgotten", yet it exists only in a frequency that you have yet to be able to fully access, or in the physical, achieve. 

You are being integrated, or merged, into these higher frequencies at the "rate" that you can comprehend. For you, as an energetic being already exist here, yet your human self must increase vibrationally for you to to be able to merge dimensionally.

Your physical shall feel more in these densities of the dimensional merges of these higher frequencies. Bugs, rodents, reptiles, spiders & more are used to desensitize your human fears of this. Each time you dream or encounter a "thing" that makes you jump or scream, you further release the energy of fear to that which you see. This is a necessary part of your human process in "shifting up" as you see it, vibrationally.

You are not going anywhere, you are not moving to a new place. You are not leaving where you are physically, you are re-evolving as an energetic space. In this space you are everywhere, all at once and in all times. Here you shall see everything, yet in pieces according to the limits of your own human mind. 

In these times of high frequencies, you can see and feel that which you could not previously see. These visions, or experiences, appear new to you, yet they are memories of that which you have forgotten yourself to be.

You will feel tingly at first, then something crawling on you. You may discount the experience or even question your own sanity. Yet inside, you know it to be real, yet not according to your human reality.

This is necessary and shall increasingly occur, as when you are to "walk into the new" (the invisible or forgotten), you shall already be there before you know it, as it happens subtly. 

Translation note: The one who writes this, called Transcendence, is shown these things to be able to translate what she sees. She has reached a vibrational frequency that allows her these experiences, then given the words in order to share and teach. We needed someone who didn't filter or compromise with human needs. For this she speaks as we speak, for she exists in these vibrations that allows her to speak as WE. All shall come to a place of no separation within and as they do, they too shall also see. It is in this space that WE exist and shall also speak to you directly. WE are the Galactic High Council and it is with love that we now speak. 

Good morning oh blissful and radiant souls of love and radiant beams of light!

Can we say "active" energies in every moment? I will expand on this in a bit, but last night we had a super huge solar "burst" if you will. Electronics went out, sites went down, internet was disrupted, and my own head sounded like a "solar system gone wild".  (and I LOVE every bit of it!)

For me, these energies are "home". So when all of these energies are coming through to "disrupt" the lower & denser frequencies, I am not only energized, but so very much at peace. It is when there is "nothing" present that those with much denseness are comfortable, yet those of us who are "fed" by this have a more uncomfortable time. For, it is those times that allows us to see anything present, so that we too can cut those final cords, release those lingering anchors to the dense physical reality. There are many collective clearings being activated, so for the observers, this is an interesting time to "see". 

So, this morning, energies stream steadily and allow for the higher densities to be present. Air is thinner here and "we" who exist vibrationally can see, hear & "be" in tune via light & sound frequency. 

Much much much is going on with sounds for many. These energies stream much to activate that which has not previously been present to see. This shall be extremely interesting, as veils are continually lifted with these activations & higher frequencies. Truly an exquisite "time" indeed! SO very occurring and way too much yet to write here. 

So happy day loves! I shall write, honor sessions/commitments, respond to that which is already pending and maybe even open up to chat here on my wall in a bit. These energies now bring sleepies for many, as additional mergings & flips are necessary within. Allow this, if you are able, or get out in nature in order to heal. For all that you "feel" to do inside, is exactly what is necessary to assist you for where you "need" to be. I love you! 

I awoke this morning to being shown, if you will, a "contract" between Gaia and the Universe to assist in healing and teaching. It was quite interesting to observe and see from this perspective. So I shall share with those who may resonate.

Gaia holds all frequencies that one needs to heal on every level, vibrationally. This is why so many are being "moved" to connect in this way more. As it is "their time" in this space of re-evolving as an energetic being that their entire being shall be taught and healed from within. For every "body" shall be "tuned up" here, to the perfect vibrational frequency to allow for oneness within. 

The mental body can be observed here. One can actually be at one with their own thoughts without any external frequency interference. There is clarity and "weeding" is easier, while all other is also supported. The physical body physically moves, and physical denseness is allowed to be released here. When one allows their self to just "be" in nature, the emotional body shall also heal, as lower dense vibrations are allowed to surface on every level in order to see and leave. Any feelings suppressed can surface and be released to the universe, the ground or trees. The soul is allowed to be "free" here, and it is here that one can come to a place of unity. For unity exists within us, yet the spaces within appear to the human to have "holes" or "lack if you will". In this place with nature, these spaces are allowed to "fill" energetically to be tuned each time, so that one can maintain this within. For, you see, once you become one inside your entire being, you can maintain this vibration internally. 

Gaia & the external Universe, also teach about energy, for it is that connection with energy that one can truly hear, feel & see. For me, I received clarity, messages and learned to "know" when certain things were present (animals usually) before even stepping out to connect in order to heal me. I came to tune to "that" frequency (snakes, deer, birds & more). I came to see energy with my physical eyes in the air & the water. I came to feel it, hear it, know it, yet not "out there", but internally. I eventually "knew" before I arrived at the lake, what was present for me to experience and see. I allowed myself to wander off into the woods, on paths, to venture into places I would not normally see. I allowed myself to listen to those weird messages that made sense and offered crazy clarity. I learned to dissipate clouds with my my entire being as an energy. I learned to tune to the energy of Gaia and her to me. I also learned to look up and speak to the Universe "out there" and allow it to guide me from within. 

I released my thoughts, my tears, my anger, my own lack there in that space of free. I talked to the elementals, my higher self & the outer realms, not even realizing what was occurring inside me. For I was healing, wholling & learning beyond that which anything else could offer me. I was tuning my own frequency, as the Universe that I would come to know myself to be. 

For once this "cycle" was completed (it took a year), then I held within me all of those frequencies. I no longer "needed" to go to Gaia, for Gaia had become one with me. For you see, I had expanded into my own universe and wherever I came to be in the physical, as an energy body, Gaia & the Universe were now me. I connect from within, in frequency, and now, I can go anywhere I desire to be. For now I need not go to the ocean, for the ocean is inside me. For now, if I desire to connect to a tree, I just tune it allow myself to be. For the universe is no longer out there, it exists within and is accessible if one is tuned to connect in frequency as an energy. 

So when you feel the need to go to nature, then know you are being summoned for healing and tuning your own frequencies; That there is a message for you, that only you can receive vibrationally. 

Good morning most exquisite beings of love!

I am limited on "time" as I prepare for a full day of sessions, but apparently this is important enough to share. So I shall. I do not have the proper words "yet", as I too am being tuned to higher frequencies and must re-learn translation each time this occurs. 

This morning's energies sound like "lasers" of razors. The only visual I have. Yet it is beautiful to hear and I have learned to appreciate them beyond anything else. 

But, they appear to have a purpose. "Quick Activations" and "cutting right through" all of those thoughts that have been stuck inside for a very long time. Now, for those with denseness left that has yet to purge, this can catapult one into an overwhelming space of all kinds of things surfacing that one will not understand. As "timelines" are further collapsed, all of those memories & experiences "there" come to the forefront for release. There is not enough "space" for all that "here", so it must come up and out. The "past" (and future) as one once knew it condenses so that one can further expand "here" in this "now".

I have no other way to explain what I see. For those who have done the inner work, then they are lifted higher dimensionally, into the higher/outer realms, if you will. For all are being tuned to these higher galactic/cosmic frequencies from within. 

For me, it appears I am hearing the frequencies liken to those of the pyramids, cosmically, galactically & more, yet from within. I no longer "hear out there" as others do. For that out there no longer exists for me in my own reality. These are of the beyond. These are frequencies not previously activated or accessible "here".

I share with those who resonate. Not all will. And that is okay. The outside must be shaken up for things to change, for the typical human does not seek to go inside for no reason. Something must occur to cause one to choose this. That which occurs out there is exactly what must happen in order for all to elevate vibrationally in frequency. What one will "see" through their own viewers will be what exists within them, both individually & collectively. (I shall post collective clearings as soon as time permits that have been received for those who desire to transcend their own limiting collective beliefs.)

And the energies continue to increase as I type, which speaks for a very eventful day for many. All that is no longer shall come to fall away. For reality as all knew it shall continue to evolve and change. Honor yourself inside. For those in the denser realities, this shall occur in a "different" space in time. It comes and goes in the higher frequencies, yet it stays longer for those who have thus far "chosen" to remain in much lower realms. All can choose to shift vibrationally by making "this" a priority. I love you. 

Wayyyyy tooooo much bliss today with these most unbelievable awesome energy streams today. SOOOOO, energy session done & I am blissing out and enjoying this. So, ya'll enjoy creating, be'ing, breathing, connecting, expanding, traveling, and seeeeeeeeing and going BEond vibrationally! I love you and back sometime. lol 

Solar, cosmic, galactic & gamma rays (and more) are what you all hear me translate each day, all day. They are what I listen to hear/feel/see from within. They are what I call energies and I speak of how condensed, expanded, strong, weak they are as I hear them.

I can hear the records being "dissolved" (or actually sounds like they are being washed away energetically). I can hear the frequency transmissions from the pyramids and they speak to me. The solar flares are now vibrating at the frequency rate which is immense, and it is dislodging the Earth's memory bank and something profound and deep within us....
It is dislodging the memory banks of the cosmic harmonic frequencies - thus SOUND frequencies, which are out of our hearing range..... but this is the sound of the Milky Way Galaxy, the sound frequency it vibrates on....

Many may notice a lot of "I am done with that"; "I am so over that"; "I am finished" surfacing in the upcoming days (or month). It is the "time" we are about to be in (again). There shall be many endings and moving up and away from that which has been lingering, hanging on or holding you back. Many changes shall come, and this is but one. Those who have hung on will be faced with letting go. If you recognize this for what it is, you can understand it is the purpose. And that cord/anchor that holds you in that space is ready to be cut so that you can elevate in frequency, spread your wings and fly. 

Consciousness gives you awareness and the ability to honor your heart. It also gives you the strength to say "no thank you, with love". 

The moment you ask the questions/say "Who am I? Why am I here?, "There has to be something other than this." "Am I crazy" or "What is wrong with me?" is the moment your own awakening to remembering shall begin. For it is the moment that you start to question your own reality, your own sanity and all that you "see out there". It is the moment that you realize things just aren't right inside, yet you have no idea what to do. This moment is the one that shall change everything. It is also the one that allow's your soul to step in to guide and assist you on the journey you came here for. For before that, everything appeared to happen "to" you. Now, you will begin to find how it all has happened for you, and chosen by you. As a human, that out there has always been your reality. Yet "that" no longer works. As a soul, you shall find your entire reality exists inside. As a human you have avoided this. Yet all learn that this is the only answer and the key to all that you seek.

Happy Moment oh brilliant radiant beams of exquisite light!

How are all faring today after that many days of beautifully intense solar cosmic crystal ray activations? They continue, yet more subtle, beautiful streams even now, now starting to increase again (yay!). 

Can we say FULL BODY LASER TASER (gamma ray) activations! Woah, wow, yay & absolutely brilliant! (When I receive the words on my own experience, you know that I shall share!)

How one shall experience this will be according to their own internal vibrational frequencies. These can activate awesomeness or not so awesomeness, yet all of it is FOR us. The physical took on ALOT already these last several days, and one may physical issues surface from this. Any unresolved triggers for others. Then into the higher realms for others! (Up up we all go!)

So, around a bit to reply here & there, TONS of responses (like hundreds) that came in over night, so as usual, I shall do my best to "catch them all", but if I miss something, I apologize and speak up if it is important to you. Cosmic Rays/Energy streams have "compressed" to "pack more in the streams" coming through now. Much stronger. Actually got quiet there for a bit. 3rd eye region building (releases light codes/info in shut down state (nap/rest/sleep), for some the crown may be activating too. Tingling toes, fingers. Very meditative, sedative starting for those who feel this. Some may notice nothing. Tis all up to one's space that they occupy vibrationally. In my space, it has been very flowy, dreamy, high energy, yet calm. Some heart activations felt. So you see what you see in your reality. A storm comes outside, which too means much. And after, much gets washed away. Be in peace within & honor you. I love you.

We have an increase in energies starting again loves, yet the frequencies have been raising & thinning for a bit now. Quiet interesting. Veils thin. Lower densities don't do well here. Higher realms float and sway with ease. 

Others watch TV, I watch my mind. 
Others listen to radio, I listen to guides, 
Others look outside themselves, I honor within. 
Others wonder why things don't work, I just share and listen.
For we've already been there, we all ready know.
We already suffered, learned to love and let that go.
We no longer need that world, for we have come to see.
That we have created our own world, from an inner to outer reality. 
All shall come to see this, all shall come to know
They too must make a choice, until then we watch the show.
For that no longer works, yet impose is not what we do
We hold a space of consciousness, for those who choose this too. 

The compression energies have been streaming the last few hours. These push up low vibrational things... inside and out.... so stay present, be aware and stay conscious (in your heart). We may be about to be "getting jiggy with it!". I am pulling out my holographic viewer for this! 

Apparently, today loves, realities are "bendable", and are expandable as your mind is. So stretchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh your mind to go as far and wide as you can see. For if your mind is not bendable, then neither is your reality. 

You shall have access to more here, so take that, close your eyes (or open them, depending on which vibration you exist in) to see beyond that which you normally can see. 

Open your hearts to feel and release any limits in place by your need for a human experience here. Allow your heart to expand so far out and wide that you become one with all that there is to be.

Listen beyond that which you can usually hear. For there is much there, in the space that exists when your heart is clear. Connect with a sound deep inside and carry that to your mind, for you shall hear that which was veiled, for it is in the silence that you shall find.

Open your heart, open your mind and open up to receive. For that which has been forgotten, shall come forth in a space where you exist as energy. 

As you believe in the invisible, the more invisible you shall be, for it is in the invisible, that you shall finally see. <3

It is not that this has never been here, it's that you have never been here in human form vibrationally. <3

Strongly streaming energies continue to be received by all! How they shall be received now, shall be based upon your own individual energetic, physical, thought & emotional needs. For shifting is what all are doing, both individually and collectively.

There is no "one size fits all" here anymore. There actually never was. Yet, collectively a "majority" existed in the same space, yet now, those spaces too have so expanded where existence is beautiful &  unique based upon the expansion of one's self as an energy.

These energies bring through rememberings. The human sees these things as "new", yet they have always felt them inside. The energetic being understands that they are not new, rather they are now visible in the vibrational frequency that one now resides. What one shall see, hear, feel shall be based now upon where they exist in "time" vibrationally.

For when I walk, when you walk, when all walk out into this world you call a reality... what you see, what I see, what others see, shall be based upon one's internal frequency of visibility.

For now, your "new" energy eyes, ears and lighter body shall allow you too see in frequency. Your world, my world, their world are all available for all to see. For you see, energetic loves, all realities now exist simultaneously.

In these energies, here now, you shall see what you believe in, I shall see what I believe in, and they shall see what they believe in reality. For you see, all shall see reality energetically. 

Your emotions have been transmuted from the human self to ones of brilliance that you now receive vibrationally through senses from within & inspired by sound, visual & touch. 

Your energetic reality allows you to bend that which was fixed before. And the more you embrace the invisible the more you will be able to shift, bend, see and eventually move through, energetically. 

For the separation of time and space have always only been in your mind. As your mind & your physical body both become lighter and expandable, they shall also continue to become bendable and invisible. For you exist as an energetic being, not limited by the separation of space or time. 

In your human "past there", you have not yet had the ability to touch, hear & see the invisible. Yet you shall, for you see, as that has always been "present", you just did not hold the vibration within to be able to bend & expand as energy.  

So embrace these energies and your own, as one such energy. For you see, dear loves, they are for you. They bring you that which you have forgotten to be. <3

The Energy Body expands expands expands with these streams. I have translated streams today, by the energetic (physical manifestations) being "affected" dominantly visible are:  

Expanding "head", expanding "belly", expanding heart, tingling fingers, toes, 3rd eye pressure... your soul energy, your energy body as a being of light wishes to expand, bring through new rememberings, memories, thoughts, feelings, knowings. In order to do this, it must "push out" all that is in the way. Nurture you and allow yourself to BE in the energies, as an energy form. The tingling shall interfere with vision, thought and in many cases the ability to stay away or function at all. Honor all that you feel. Allow your human mind to quiet and be at peace from within. I love you. 

p.s. ears and throat too.... and so much more! 

All Exist in their own "space" and "time" as an individual transmitter in a collective reality.

Your physical shall exist in the vibrational frequency that you transmit from within. Your sky will be transmitted from within you. Your surroundings shall be a manifestation of your within. Your entire existence is no longer one that was created for you, yet now, it is created from within, BY you.

Yet, where you still exist in a human mind, using human eyes to see, you will see your human reality. Where you exist vibrationally, as an energy being, your energetic reality that you choose to create, shall be made visible for you to see. For multiple realities shall become present for you to choose from. The more you allow yourself to exist here, the more you shall see a "new" REMEMBERED reality.

For your ability to see does not exist in that out there. It exists in a space you access from within. It exists in these higher vibrations, that bring you closer to that which you have forgotten. This you veiled and therefore have been physically unable to see. 

Your energy eyes shall show you what has been invisible. For that has always been here, waiting for you to access the space and vibrational frequency that allows you to see.   

WE are the Galactic High Council, and it is with LOVE that we NOW speak.

EXPANSION OF THE LIGHT BEING / LIGHTBODY / CRYSTALLINE BODY: 

These amazing galactic energies stream rays that assist in further expansion from within. They also raise the Light Being's vessel (Light Body/Crystalline Body) to higher frequencies. Here, denseness (dark, low vibrations, out of tune discord, dis-ease, ill-ness, thoughts, emotions) have no place to "stay". Therefore all that is dense shall be brought to surface and made visible for one to see. 

This will start within and radiate out, as all things do. All "bodies" are affected by this, Mental/physical/emotional as they are but a part of the Energy Body, no longer a "separate thing". For separation existed only in your mind, and that too shall continue to fall away. As it does, you shall further integrate, from within. Separation is being "blasted" with these energies to "eradicate" that which no longer has a place. This was never "out there". It only manifested in your own physical for your human eyes to be able to see. 

The human shall see one thing, the energetic being shall see another. For the view is much more expansive and "lighter" on the "other side". 

The Human shall see a foggy mind, disorientation, relentless sleep, sluggishness. It shall feel physical pain, as all that has been previously suppressed, yet again emerges to leave. It will try the "same old thing" that didn't work all of those other times. It will look outside for an answer, yet out there shall no longer make sense. Out there will only be confusing and answers shall cease to exist. Where one is conscious, it will try something "new" and will honor what it feels inside, when it is ready for change. 

The Energetic Being shall embrace such things and know that all is but further "alignment" and restructuring radiating out from within. It shall be thankful and honored to receive such support and embrace each opportunity to transcend. It will feel the discomfort and know "that" just wishes to leave. It will let go and allow, nurture, love, respect the evolution of that which just has been forgotten. It will go inside and find peace and radiate out their own reality. It understands that creation is but now a choice in presence of BEing and that THAT out there can only exist if it is transmitted outwardly through the viewers to see in their NEW (Remembered) Reality. 

More are unplugging and seeing BEYOND that matrix of the illusion that has been created. As one does, they come to understand that that out there could not have been created if it had not existed within. The desire to exist in the "old way" is no longer present. For what now is visible is far greater than anything "that" had to offer. THAT has lost it's appeal. THAT no longer is real. THIS is where all started. And THIS is where all shall come to again BE.

STREAMING GALACTIC ENERGIES! Diamond Rays, Platinum Rays, Crystal Rays (more)... all in one huge compressed stream, coming in at such a high rate... zillions of teeny tiny particles to fill all here and assist in further re-evolution! These streams have been steady for about a day & 1/2 in "time" here. 

All dense matter shall have a harder time with these energies. EVERYTHING in your physical body/reality/BEing is being affected by this. 

Outward realities also continue to shift. Subtly for some and major for others. It will all depend on what exists within. This is an amazing "time" for all! Realities continue to shift as the dense physical continues to fall away. 

Many are experiencing heavy periods of body aches/upgrades, disorientation & sleep. This is so very important to honor on this entire journey. Nature, nurture, rest rest rest and hydrate. Eating habits shift.

To the LightBody/Crystalline Body, Light Beings, these energies bring such exquisite peace, food, nutrients, knowledge, further expansion (and more) for the energy bodies. Drink and breathe them into your entire essence. Allow for them to flow through you, raising & tuning your own energy body to further expand with greater ease. 

After a super busy week and a BEYOND magnificent gathering/class yesterday in sharing energy, love & awareness & expansion, I too need to nurture today. I shall utilize these energies to stream messages to you all while I exist in a space of quiet and peace. I shall be responding by email to the private session requests that came in the last several days to fit all in based on time zones and distance/in-person availability.

Can we say LOTS of everything occurring by way of SOUL expansion, purging, detoxing, sleeping, confusion, merging, integrating going on everywhere! Why? Because ALL are experiencing this! They just do not realize it yet. 

There are so many things that the human mind "discounts" as "something else", that many will flounder around through this process to look back and go "wow, seriously? THAT'S what all that was?" 

But for those who pay attention, care to expand their minds, THEY get to choose! They get to embrace, even the discomfort of the physical/mental/emotional while it occurs. They get to CHOOSE to participate! 

Now, many, already are experiencing a multitude of the "symptoms" that are referred to as Soul/Spiritual Awakening, Ascension, Remembering, Multi-Dimensional (and so much more!). As the Energy Body expands, it will push all dense out from within. 

The only way for the dense soul energy to purge, is through the physical being, pushing "out" anything that has been out of alignment in frequency within. The physical body will endure some intense purgings, detoxes, energy burn-offs. It will experience every "condition" known to man (yes, seriously). Recurruing ailments, aches, pains, dis-ease, head, hips, stomach, chest, fingers, toes, if it exists, it shall occur! The emotional body must purge dense emotions "out" from within. Same for the mental body, it too shall purge. ALL that is out of alignment and dense is further leaving during these intense energies coming in. My saying, "if's it's low, it's gotta go." and "Be in flow, let it go". It wishes to leave. 

Those with anything dense will experience a wide range of emotions surfacing, physical weirdness occurring, SUPER SLEEPY & DISORIENTATION PERIODS. These are a part of it, FOR you. 

Now, what you get from all this? More than you can imagine. Release from all that has anchored and held you down/back. All that kept you separate from all others and within. Bliss and love and universal knowledge beyond that which you ever knew was possible. And the ability to move dimensionally and beyond. (Way too much to list here, but you get the point!) Freedom! Peace! Love! 

All from the expansion of your own soul, inner work, acceptance, allowing and learning a whole new way of being, that is not new at all, only by way of that you cannot remember this yet. For it exists inside of you and that shall expand to allow you to BE something that many have yet to understand.

For some are having a really rough time right now, especially those who do not yet understand. Many have suppressed & avoided, and that is coming to light. Others have done this for "awhile" (in linear time), all technically have been doing this the entire time. How you perceive it, is your own reality. Yet, you will see something is different, even off. It is this that will allow you to transcend!

Be kind to yourself and allow yourself to BE. Meditate, daydream, nap, nurture, nature, high vibrational foods, lots of hydration, saltz baths..... This IS EXACTLY why you are here!

Good morning blissful and radiant beings of love and light!

What a "time" we are in now! So many levels of everything occurring, so much to write and share. This is my only moment of quiet thus far this week, due to having a much busier schedule "delivered to my front door" (as I allow my universe to bring me my days/schedule) and I flow with whatever occurs. I have been taken away from the computer & internet much, and there is a reason in absolutely everything that is occurring loves! So for all who are here, thank YOU for flowing with me! 

In order to be "okay" with everything, and I do mean absolutely everything that is thrown at us, we have to be so fluid and at peace within, that we can "weather" anything with ease. 

Yesterday, was quiet the "flying obstacle course". For where I go, I fly (inside). It felt as if I was trying to be "knocked" out of flying back having to "walk in the physical again". And THAT is not an option here!  

Literally, it was back-to-back moments happening so quickly and I was just "shifting" my head as all just flew at me (energetically). I acknowledged and responded from my heart, and watched each thing dissipate and float on by. It was hilarious, as I felt like I was playing universal dodge ball! The cool part, was I just watched the energy of each situation, conversation, "thing" transpire, said okay, allowed for my human self to be quiet, released all resistance and went with it. It was "moment by moment" in physical real time. lol By the time I got to my 2pm appt, it was like "wow, really?". lol And then we shifted into a whole new reality to experience "more" different stuff there! Now, I had to laugh out loud, as I was driving. I had just uttered with words that about the "flying obstacle course" when a "float" appeared on the interstate while I was driving from one appt to another. lol LOVE THE UNIVERSE!

In every moment we have choice. One of resistance or ease. When one can see resistance before it occurs and not step into it, then dimensionally one can shift into a space of ease. This requires being so totally present, centered & balanced within. This take total and absolute trust, then it takes honoring that, without need for tangible proof and not needing to control due from a place of human thinking habit or fear. 

One theme that I was able to observe with every thing external "out there" is that more outer realities are starting (continuing) to exacerbate & crumble. More are in a space of their physical world shifting quickly. One will look for answers, while others are totally oblivious and all they can see is that something is "wrong out there". So, for each, their experience shall be different. It shall be dependent on one's internal awareness, presence, consciousness and choice of participation by way of using tools & listening.

The dominant message to every question? GO WITHIN. So, for that, I shall be back to write.... and share..... and I will post about the energy streams that I have been able to see/feel/hear among all that is transpiring everywhere. Yesterday was HUGE activation energies streaming with high frequencies all day long. Like 24 hours of "slamming" to create external shifts based upon what is existent within.
