Many know I have stopped doing the energy reports daily or "in the moment" as before. This is because they are all now NEW EARTH/GALACTIC/REALITY CHANGING Energies now. Every one carrying activations for NEW PROGRAMMING, NEW REALITIES to come forth. There is no way to keep up, as they are blasting daily now. I have switched to "reporting realities" and which realms are present at any given time. Some are "thinned quantum fields" where playing in parallels is most dominant. Others are seeing the lower realms and the higher realms separated, for I got used to them being one. So to even see them separate, is an awareness that things are different that day, or in that moment. Used to be it was OLD Earth & NEW Earth, and before that was human or ease as higher self. Yet we have gone so far beyond that, and I cannot see the lower realms anymore. For months now, there have been no "drops" and now movement is "side to side". WE hop as realities open up and we just jump into a parallel now. We do this in the physical, as the etheric realms and the earthly planes have now merged as one in the physical here. 

So where I do post, it will be in reference to what is available or present now. The energies are all "REALITY CHANGING ENERGIES", which sounds like an awesome to refer to them sometimes. All are continual activations to allow us to change & create realities now at will.  

They activate the soul, the higher self, the higher realms, our galactic heritage to emerge from within. And with every activation, reality starts to change. This continues to increase in every moment now. 

Shift, shift, shift is the old way. The "new" is staying in alignment at all times. No need to shift anymore here. Which is absolutely BEyond magnificent. The ability to be in alignment, in peace, at all times... no matter what realities are present out there.  Soon this will go as well, as all does the longer we hold the "new" space/frequency here. The visual of seeing old realities present was weird this last week, and all I have to show me this is going on is the "markers" I have in place to show me what is available in every moment. This allows us to recognize and quantum shift when the separation of realities occurs, while maintaining our own reality/ream/parallel without any variance at all within. For the last week I was an "observer of realities" and here we learn so very much!

When I tune in each time to the energy transmissions, while each frequency serves a specific activation purpose, the one constant is that realities shall continually change. For this is quantum mechanics, as density goes, the light particles move, reconfigure and communicate new transmissions while taking new physical form. The light that is activated causes an actual physical response where quantum, multi-dimensional, higher realm, galactic DNA is activated and all actually does move about inside. This movement fills the spaces of where old density once was. Each re-shaping, allows for new internal communication creating a new transmission of a new reality hologram to actually materialize in physical form. The more unified, the more one can activate this on their own and actually observe realities as they come forth in response to all that one has just been activated to occur. Now the cool part, is that as humans we see that we are programming our own DNA, yet in all actuality, we are only speaking and doing that which has already occurred. Even the words we use to program as a human are of our higher self that already knows what shall come forth. As HUman Star BEings here, we get to transmit as a CREATOR again, when we ARE our Higher Self and SOURCE again inside. Being able to maintain this alignment at all times allows for realities to come forth and materialize instantly now. 

One activates our higher self, our soul, our own Christ Consciousness, our Galactic Star BEing DNA, another activates the new reality transmissions. Another activates our sub-atomic molecular structure to move about inside, another our star particles that cause the twinkling, itching and more. One blows our belly's up, so that new info can come forth and we can birth the new (Remembered). One activates our pineal gland, another the pituitary, some release melatonin, others DMT, some other hormones, sometimes all get activated at one time. One activates our vision, another our senses to expand. Another causes cranial expansion, headaches. Some can be felt as energy runs through the physical body, tingling in the hands and feet and electricity/air opening the universal mind (neural pathways) and more.  Now, we see these all separately, until WE unify as SOURCE again and all become simultaneous and there is no longer any separation at all.

Lately, all are always occurring, as we have entered into a vibrational-space-time where they are no longer separate anymore. Some transmit information for easy REMEMBERING, others thin the quantum field for multiple realities to be present where space and time easily bend and re-form, for they were only fixed within our old human mind. Our Universal Mind is merged totally with our Universal Heart, fixed is an old programmed reality that we too have transcended here. We function in this space where "human" is only a description of an ancient memory of an existence that never even occurred. Memories gone, drama gone, details gone and the only thing left is our unified heart. WE exist AS this here, no need for anything else at all. This brings forth all that we need, for we are unified with all as one. WE work together, support each other and form GALACTIC commUNITIES here. 

This is what we've been waiting for, and NEW Earth was just the start. Our Galactic Family coming together now, in the physical, online and etherically as well. As we continue to integrate the higher realms here as ONE SPACE NOW, they are no longer separate, as they too were always ONE. We held that through separation inside as well. No longer a physical plane or an etheric plane anymore, these two have now merged as ONE; where realities are playing fields, spaces to quantum shift in every moment!

It's funny how things work, and as we observe we get to see how all transpires as it should. For me, I received all of these encodement activations for STAR DNA. This allows me to see, experience and translate that which I understand from inside for sharing with others too.  Understanding our STAR BEING DNA and how all works is huge! As my own activates, the book began, the physical transformation emerged and the STAR/GALACTIC PORTAL activations also began. These increased dramatically with the 12/12/13 Gateway here. Recently I have been working on every "plane" to create STAR FAMILY commUNITIES everywhere. Online, on this island and in my etheric state as well. Only today when I awoke, did I understand how all these moments became one. Two days ago I launched the first STAR BEING commUNITY here, and Rose and I started one online with the ASCENDED MASTERY (AM) COURSE as well. The other day I REMEMBERED the "last bit" of how we activate as STARGATES ourselves, how the coordinates are just automatically "dialed" and activated in frequency inside of us for this part of our at-will-travel to now begin. Yesterday I awoke to activating a whole new GALACTIC PORTAL within. A ship & tractor beam visible, it was the most beautiful experience. Here my "Ithara" name means something now. That and also as a Mermaid, for they are different versions of the same tying my Galactic/LeMUrian existences together. The activation of the mermaid scales and new geometric codes inside my arm last week, a huge part of this as well. 

There is so very much more, yet I do think this is enough for now! Happy Galactic Activations loves. WE have all been waiting for this! We have expanded BEYOND just NEW Earth now....which is soooo very cool. Fast is an understatement in these frequencies, so let go of separation and old beliefs to come to BE here again. 

I also have yet to share HOW to experience the merging of these realities and this walking between worlds. WE feel displaced and like we have one foot is in each world. Sometimes we feel like we are on the wrong planet, for we must "go back" while things totally shift out there to match our new frequency inside. If we participate in anything "old", we have to "stay there" until we have purged the energy and made a different choice. Our own actions in the physical necessary to create the energetic force for a NEW REALITY to be created out there. This will occur throughout the entire journey, as mega-blast-upgrades and huge dimensional shift continue to occur. We see the separation of realities, planes and worlds more dramatically while we integrate and merge inside these new frequencies. It is the "gap" that occurs while the outside reality re-shapes & re-forms in response to our new reality created and brought forth from within.  For me it is no longer dimensions, as that seems old as well. I am not sure how I see things yet "here", and will wait to observe and share at some point as well. There is soooo very much and way too much to share. Highlights are all I can do, without being LIVE online in every moment... lol. I have been working in the "physical" bringing the integration of the realms forth now for us all. No longer hardly sleeping, "working" 20 human hour days, the etheric sleep state is only about 3-4 hours a night now. Today I took my first 2 hour nap in about a month. Apparently we are able to "go" more, for it is not exhausting when we flow and do as we receive in every moment. Yet I do find that I have very little "time" for much else at all. Every moment packed with assisting others and bringing all of this forward for integration here is a full-time job! I even "work" in my sleep, connecting with other souls and assisting as well. No moments not used consciously anymore... for all are "this" now. My "fun" is "this" every moment, and my leisure is when I actually get to attend an event on the island and just observe and BE in the beautiful energies of others who come from the heart as well. I still "work" there too, for work is "this" in every moment for me here. LightBody/Merkaba Energy Sessions to assist others, Personal Guidance Sessions (In-Person & Online), Mastery Courses, Writing Books, Sharing out in the commUNITY... and I maintain my own websites, newsletters, postings... all by myself, without any assistance at all. It takes 24/7 to keep it all going! That will change one day as well. (I only speak this for those who desire to chat & hang-out. For there is no "time" for that for me, it's not personal, it's just the way it is). We are all staring to come together more in commUNITY, as STAR BEINGS now, and we are bringing our resources together to assist all as one. It is an absolutely magnificently beautiful thing to finally experience NOW!

My motto lately has been "THAT was OLD Earth and WE don't live there anymore!" Soon it will be a new one, for I am not sure how the STAR Travel shall yet occur. Share that when I do, for you know that's why WE are all here! I love you!!! ♥

At first there is fear, oh no, I can't fly
I need my feet on the ground to hang on, ohhh I'll try
I step into the basket, so full of fear
Look up at the balloon and ask "What happens if I let go of here?
It shakes a bit and starts to rise
Fear fills my stomach, tears fill my eyes
Up up up we now go
I don't feel so well, I'm losing control
Nothing to hang on to, nothing to hold
Closing the eyes tight, It'll be okay, I am told
Oooooh, my tummy, my entire BEing feels sick
Like I'm about to lose it, help me, quick
My mind tells me to be in overwhelming fear
My heart beating fast, words of panic and escape is all I hear
Get me a bucket, so I can toss all inside
My entire inner world, about to violently collide
Oh, wow, thanks... now I feel fine
The fears unbelievable, and they weren't even mine
They were that of learned beliefs or energy of another time
I'm unable to focus, my head like a cloud
Yet new clarity and peace now present, Oops, did I say that out loud?
The view is tremendous and now there's no fear
Breathtaking realizations come forth, just by observing from here
This feeling consumes me, and the desire to fly
Higher and higher into the sky
I want to now see what I could not see before
Wow, the details, do not matter anymore
Nothing does, in the presence of bliss
How could I have feared the exquisiteness of this?
Ohhhhh, I believed, something that was not true
That kept me from remembering what I already knew
Now looking down there, from this view from above
I have nothing but appreciation and expanding love
For I now see, that which I could not previously see
Perspectives upon perspectives, a whole new reality
For here, in my heart, and BEing, I am truly free
No desire to return to the ways of the old

I can just let go, in every moment there is
And know that up here, is where I now I live
In the higher vibrations, where dreams do come true

This new view allows me to see from above

The universal pathways in the "brain" continue to be "opened" and activated with these energy streams. The continual electrical air that moves about is so very cool to hear. Anytime we can close our eyes and still the mind so slow that we are present, yet no actual thought occurs, we shift to a place to "watch" and observe from within our own pineal gland view. We can actually additionally activate by doing this, further opening the pathway of our universal connection AS all-that-is ... The lower the brainwave state, the more one has access to. This IS unlimited and allows us to connect to each other energetically to communicate, to see that which was not previously visible, to know that which is not otherwise known... and to further activate one's Universal Vehicle, the Body of Light (LightBody)... sync'ing up in resonance allows for further integration. It all started with listening to the "human thoughts" up there, to weed them out, to make space to listen and to expand a connection that we never knew, in this way, existed. There is a difference in reading about, evening knowing it, but to experience this, well.... each must choose to do on their own, while those who "do" this, continue to share to assist others to be able to do too. I love you. ♥

10:20 AM - Good morning dear soul family of ever expanding light!

Ahhh, where to start... so very much, and luckily I love to write! (And thank YOU if it resonates for you to read and interact too!) 

The last day or so (my days are sun up to sun up here), were "surprisingly" interesting. As they always are. The evening before last (a day & 1/2 in human time), energies "dropped" to human'ish... and intentional presence was required to observe, learn & choose a response while seeing what was clearing to leave. 

It is "rare" for me to experience these things anymore, yet when I do, I know it is "important", in order to "let go" & move out remnant, hidden human/physical world energies. Yesterday took more "work" to stay focused from my inside world within. I realized I cannot function without earplugs, as this keeps me "inside" and for some reason, and the magnification of frequencies assists in my own existence. Kinda of like cutting off my "feeding tube" when I take them out to do sessions & forget to put them back in. 

For me, this upcoming month & a half, represents letting go of the rest of my human/physical experience here and stepping even further in absolute trust in every moment. Not that I do not do this already, but I have done this with a "simple & quiet" roof over my head, understanding "why" I needed to be in that physical place, both from a human perspective and also energetically, as an amazing opportunity for me to do "my work/my mission/my own expansion" here. 

Yet, now, I step into the "bigger" unknown, totally just letting go, fitting basic necessities in 1-2 pieces of luggage and honoring the familiar loving words of my own higher (future self) in peaceful and guiding energetic words "Just get there. You are stepping into that which has already been created. All you have to do is arrive, connect, share & trust." 

Meanwhile my human'ish mind visualizes me getting off the airplane, with luggage and just wandering about, no car, no roof and heavy stuff to lug around until I "figure it all out"... lol...forgo the following... 

Now, my human'ish me, still looks for simple places to stay (a roof & quiet place to work/BE), communities to connect with, transportation options (having luggage and no car, lol), purchasing a backpack (& more), where to store my laptop that allows me to do "this work" that encompasses writings/sessions/connecting. It is how I write books, do media (awareness) events, connect with you all, maintain the websites that provide an abundance of information and more. My higher (future) self shows me "blips" to lead me down a trail of things to check out, triggering "memories" of what has already been set forth, rather than listening to a human mind trying to prepare from a place of safety (technically fear). I am able to observe which is which and release that which is "untrue" within. 

Because this is an "opposite reality", the "old way" of doing things don't work. So for me, to venture out into the unknown, without anything "visibly" in place for where I am going, has taken on a whole new meaning of trust & honor from within.  Just packing my bags to go house/cat sit has "triggered" energy of how much I must really minimize the little bit that I do "own", and hidden "human fear" of the unknown. Now while in my heart, I soooo very much get it, and I soooo do trust, in every moment... apparently there is the "human aspect" of "safe" (fear), that purges in my sleep/shut-down state. I have awoken to "seeing it", gratitude for it leaving, to shift my physical body to go ahead and let it go and switch frequencies (this keeps us in it or moves us out of it).

It is cool how the next month was "laid out" to move me from place to place several times, to continue to minimize "stuff" and in a kind way, assist me in moving over enough "time" that I can do it without suffering, releasing any human discomfort from my mind, as I let go physically too. 

There is also the aspect of my own LightBody as a portal. Each time I "move" physically (where I sleep/stay), I must then acclimate energetically to be able to write and share with you all here. The "time" that this takes is much less now, just a few hours or a day, rather than what used to take days or weeks. I can see the purposes in all that is occurring now, what I am being "taught" to remember, to both "do" and BE. I use every moment to observe, and there are sometimes that withdrawing to honor that which is received is more important than sharing. For it is through that which I receive that I then come to share with others. 

Yesterday's energies started out feeling like there was "unsettled" separation present coming forth to purge, then by afternoon, felt "void'ish", while it seemed much collectively was being shifted to allow us all to shift into higher frequencies within. Today, I awoke to "hugely" hearing the crickets outside again in my head, knowing that the energetic connection with Gaia & the Universe had increased a bit. I walked outside and the crickets were sooo loud and I could tell that "that out there" was the same from within. What a beautiful thing to hear & feel inside. Linear "time" barely present, yet huge expansion not really felt. I hear our connection strengthening, and peace AS this energy is beautiful to observe. The "pathways" of the LightBody/Universal mind continue to activate. One can hear the "electricity" zapping & firing off, as the waking brainwave state continues to deepen this last day or so, and continue to do so "now". I have not been tired at all, with the sleep/wake states further merging, becoming more "flipped" & integrated too. Much of the time, when I shut down, I observe the human realities leaving, while in a waking state, what used to be a dream, is now a walking visible state, when one is aware and observing and creating in every moment from within. 

Today I continue to observe and write as I feel. I know there are a ton of messages, and will attempt to respond around honoring the energy of present moment for how I am shown to be. I take today to just BE, just me and this exquisite cosmos that sings in beautiful harmonic frequencies. I will update here & there and maybe open up to impromptu private sessions over the next few days. We shall see what occurs energetically. 

For now, have a most exquisite day in love. Whatever you experience, do it from a space of observation, through your heart. When you do this, details do not matter. Things do not matter. Personal does not exist. And peace is all there is. I love you. 

Close your eyes and quiet your mind
And open your heart to truly see
Let yourself just drift away
Allowing your thoughts to be received.

Here you see from a space inside of you
Where your mind becomes the projector and your 3rd eye the lens to view 

Now observe the light being transmitted outward from inside of you
Light beam particles that take physical form in your external reality view
A vibrational frequency from within that materializes in your external reality
You are the creator of your world according to your own frequencies 
As you are a walking particle form of vibrational energy.

Super quiet streams, peace of home, while full body activations from within.

Energies.... where to begin. Absolutely everything to me is energy, so I could write forever. A thought is energy. A moment is just energy. A breath is energy. An emotion is just energy. All but a different frequency and as an extension of ourselves. 

The streaming/activating energies can be felt "underneath" from inside as fluttering, shaking, mini-earthquakes, if you will. In my sleep, it reminded me of an old panic attack, yet being aware that all is just part of the activations of light within me, every activation is thrilling to feel and experience. All old gets triggered or pushed up to see, as well does further bliss into the beyond!

It is "neat" to watch the "flipped" realities of human in my sleep (anything left that I was not aware was there), times, lives, selves... all surfacing to leave. Last night, I was in a "panic" running around worrying about being on "time", as time gets wiped from our template. It's funny, as in my waking and aware state, I don't exist in time, yet time still existed within me. 

I take care not to speak in "time", for this is the human way, to "measure or compare". I do not speak of age, as age is as a soul. I do not speak of years, as these are just vibrational frequencies to me. For me, I did not do that at that age, that was my human me at a certain vibrational frequency. Once one's mind can comprehend the difference, everything changes. All become equal, just functioning in different frequencies. Some are clearing old frequencies, some are entering "new"/remembered. Some hold more light than others, only because they have gone deep within to release the dense. There is no good or bad in my world. There is no right or wrong. There is perfection in every moment, and each moment presents a frequency to see, exist as or BE. 

A "lower frequency" to me just means that the human mind is more present, linear time is more present and I have to take more care to stay centered in my own heart and in observation mode. I go totally within during these times and I observe all. I tend to go silent, as communication is with my higher self inside. Separation within is a choice now. I can be aware when separation energies are present and choose not to be inside. This is pivotal, for when one does not feel separated within, then out there does not separate either. Oneness can be maintained in every moment, regardless of the energies present. One must be totally present to BE in this space by choice. 

We move in "waves". Yet, in the higher realms, the waves are so calm. We no longer have the extreme highs and lows. We float. We feel as energy slows down, speeds up, contracts or expands. One comes to transcend dense, old, lower realms from within them. I awoke to the words "Let the old world go". For me, old is human. It is separated by time and dense energy. It competes, compares, sees lack. These do not exist in the higher realms that many of us have gotten used to REMEMBERING from within and BEing, existing AS.... it has a pre-conceived notion on how things should be, for that is how things were created as human. Yet, having no expectation, having no fear, having no separation allows one to open their heart and their mind to absolutely anything and everything that goes beyond human comprehension. We learn to create what others perceive as miracles from within. Just by BEing what we had forgotten. Pure light energy. Full of appreciation, love and bliss, without a need or a reason. Just because we can. 

"Flipped Realities" Present: The last few days my "human" state is present in sleep, while other timelines clear. I "get woken up" when I am to BE up. The Universe tells me when to sleep & wake. This way we can operate on Universal/Galactic time WITH the energies as we are to re-evolve. It allows the human need to "dictate" or live by "time" to fall away. It allows you to merge INTO your state of REMEMBERING within. For your existence is an energetic one now!

I awoke to a mini-gamma activation in my entire physical body to coincide with feeling/hearing the gamma brainwave state kick in (there are energetic signs of when this is present & a specific frequency that I hear). I was shown how the old sleep (delta or deeper) state is present in my waking state, which means when this is present we are WALKING in REMEMBERING. I have been shown the flip of the sun's magnetic field has already been activated in many of us (the one coming in December for others), for those who are doing deep inner remembering work, this shall be opened up more for all! 

WE are MERGING INTO the NEW. Work to integrate within in every moment! Your vibrational frequency is the absolute most important thing there is, FOR IN REMEMBERING WE ARE CREATING THE NEW! I love you.

  Lisa Transcendence Brown Tracie love. Yes, as the only way to shift into higher realms is from within. Yet most cannot SEE what actually is occurring in the physical already. I see from so many realms, there are different "alternatives" still. I see those embrace consciousness, their soul work, energy, re-evolving into the 5th Dimension. Many already have, they just "wait" for the frequencies to come through to activate the "next level". Yet, all of those light codes have been "delivered" and as more transcend and let go of the physical reality as they once knew it, the things that keep them anchored, the more they LIGHTEN literally, the more they feel/hear/see... At times I see a "split" between dimensions and those of us who are "ascending" actually CREATING NEW earth, independently of the old earth and us existing in different earths. Yet, I can see both earths here now, and one is just invisible to those who cannot yet see. With each "opening" within, one sees more the "other earth" that has always been here, for it is visible in frequency. The LIGHTBODY just continues to lighten in order to make an actual shift. Does this make sense?

  Tracie Carlos It certainly does. I find it amusing how much I do see and recognize, those subtle shifts that take place outwardly yet I do make the association between within reflecting out. Today for example, we have traffic congestion going on in an area of our city. It is always....congested!LOL I do my best to use that time for myself rather than the focus some have of cutting in traffic, honking, etc. As I did this today, suddenly a 'cluster' showed up of folks in cars that would honk, get grumpy etc. I felt myself slip into that and then remembered a choice within. I could then see myself as the observer of it all recognizing the choice I could make no matter what others chose to take part in. I am assuming this is a......template if you will for other things on both a grander scale as well as a smaller scale.

  Lisa Transcendence Brown Michael Dreyling, we have to trust ourselves that we KNOW without proof. It is part of the process. If you FEEL it is, then it is. The "future" is a perception. We are given "blips" of "other times" to show us we can do "this". Times are collapsing, so seeing other times is becoming "easier". It also shows us that something other than "tangible" exists. It is a huge part of this process in understanding all things as us, as energy. You connected vibrationally to another time. You must trust in that which you KNOW inside. The human mind wants proof, tangible. The soul KNOWS through the heart. They are always in direct conflict as long as duality exists inside. Does this help at all?

Vibrant red dragon flies, gorgeous bright, vivid yellow butterflies, so large they look like birds at first glance. Those beetle bugs seem to be everywhere and they remind me of Egyptian scarabs.

The physical is much slower to catch up when we shift, as we have to come to hold that vibration long enough from within for the outside world/reality to manifest for us to see. Again, this world is opposite. We change inside, then out there changes. The human does it the other way around. You will also feel lighter after a release .. this is because you are, vibrationally. Then those you interact with will meet your new vibration. It is a spiral that continues "upward" vibrationally, if you will.

Is that bc of my third eye not being fully activated? I also hear the ringing in the ears, feeling itchy, feeling love presence. is that all a sign. of becoming more aware? "In the beginning", we see "blips" and flashes, peripherally, as when you focus that is your human mind trying to see. That is the interference. As all shift up in vibration from within, then a "new set of eyes" are received. It is already occuring. Dream state is bring forth violent memories, feelings for no reason (un-reasonable grief & crying or anger), seeing other dimensions, worlds. As one vibrates higher, time disappears. It does not exist here where I am majority of the "time". It is being "wiped" from your memory banks (loss of memories, thoughts, can't find words anymore). I draw my private sessions on posterboard with colored markers, lol and I get up, check the posterboard to know what I am to do that day. Today was "harder" as usually I can grasp what day it is after I go look, nope, natta... so time is definitely going more. Time is separated in our mind. So, all the "work" that is being done (those frequencies that I report), the Universe/Cosmos WITHIN us is expanding, exploding, magnetically erasing, pole shifting (see the sun shift that is already occuring "out there", yet within us. You are clearing that time from your template. This is what I get. You see if that feels right within you. Beautiful! They are the times (yes some other lifetimes, some collective stuff) that you did not know existed. In the "old world" we worked to go into other lifetimes to understand. So, interesting observation. In these energies, my sleep state is "human & linear" being "worked out/moved out" and my wake state is non-linear and all higher realms. Been noticing this for quite awhile. So now to observe to see how all transpires from here. 

P.S. The translation on the TIMElines further collapsing & TIME being wiped from within shall have to wait. As Linear is still too present. It seems that it takes me about an hour or so to "shift" between sleep & wake states (worlds).... You see what you see and LET'S DO THIS. BRING ON THE ENERGY ACTIVATIONS!

Also, each Realm for me has a song that plays to let me know what is "moving in" to be available. Last night I was being "tuned" to a bunch of new songs.. My receiver was being tuned again! Cool! Frank Sinatra "Come Fly With Me" was last night (along with some others that make absolutely NO sense yet!). Today was "Do You Believe In Magic".... there are more, but can't remember. I am still shifting states. Human is not a coherent state for me anymore! Back in a bit. I love you! 

So we have a solar flare that is starting. The teeth/lips vibrations (the metal taste) started a bit ago. The 3rd eye region filling. Time/linear being shifted. Nausea comes & goes as we shift "in & out" of TIME. Linear & non-linear fluctuations can be a bit disconcerting for the "fast" shifts, so just hang on. The more of the OLD way that one tries to hang onto causes for more discomfort physically/emotionally. The "shrilling" starts to "un-anchor" the ability to hang on at all. Tingly fingers, toes... you name it. 

So, all thoughts of the "old way" are challenged, ripped away. 

Where does anything still exist "outside" of you. Where do you "think" that THAT OUT THERE ever occurred TO you? Where do you see injustice, lack of anything? Healing is now wholing of the separation that exists within. This one must do from within.

Entire body activating starts. Mini eruptions (or major, depending on one's reality) can be noticed & felt in the physical. Chakra points being activated (heart, solar plexus, feets, hands, head) and one can actually feel a heart-beat here.

The harder one attempts to hang on, the more resistance to letting go, the more discomfort one shall come to experience. For entire realities now shift to REMOVE that which one held onto as safe. There are no VICTIMS here. There are CREATORS of realities. Look at your world and see where you are being PROMPTED to step into FAITH and TRUST and HONOR of that which exists within you. Look and see where you are challenged with an OLD BELIEF System that no longer works. For you are being presented with CHOICE. One will be to TRY to exist the old way of "hanging on" and one will be to "let go" and fly. Yet to fly, we must either jump and leap or wait until the "footing" is removed for us. 

Honor and integrity are to self and then radiate out. Lack is an energy of "I can't, I don't have enough". This is of the old physical human mentality. Timelines are being completely wiped and fear, terror and all of the pain, torment of dis-illusionment shall also surface to only observe so that it can leave. Holding on shall cause suffering.

Close your eyes if you wish to see...
Open your heart if you wish to know...

As realities continue to flip & merge, that which is not yet visible in physical manifestation can be seen in the states of "in-between". These states can be achieved with a quiet mind and open heart when one is ready to receive. Go into a receptive state and close your eyes. Allow yourself to drift off into the land of the forgotten. Allow yourself to see that which is not yet "possible" according to your human thinking mind. For to see that which is not yet visible, you must bypass all that stands in your way of a "clear view". For that which you have forgotten has always been present. Yet your mind would not allow you to yet see.

These energies bring nothing new to you. They bring that which you had previously veiled from you. They bring access, by way of portals within. Yet it is up to you to choose to unlock them. This is not done by focusing on anything "out there". It is visible out there once you have activated it and held the frequency from within.

Your human existence in your mind is what stands in your own way. Your own belief systems are your own blocks. Your human emotions of lack keep you believing in a physical world that continues to dissolve in order to cease to any longer exist. Your human reality can fade, if you allow it to do so. For you cannot create a NEW one and remain in the old one too.

You, ARE the key. You exist vibrationally. You are simply, pure light energy. Yet until you make this your own priority, you shall not be able to see. For choice is required in this journey. Choice is achieved by honoring your soul you, your SPIRTual you, your Higher Self You. When you decide to make a choice, then you shall come to see too. Then your ENERGETIC YOU shall be the purpose of everything that you do. And as this occurs, your entire reality shall then change too.

Now, open up to it "long enough", trust it long enough, honor it long enough and you shall "achieve" that frequency within. Every moment brings you closer to this, vibrationally. For it is this continued honoring, trusting, allowing and choosing... it is this REMEMBERING that shall become visible in your physical reality AS you continue to hold these vibrations within. All that you seek, exists in these higher vibrational realms. You already exist here. You just have to allow yourself to REMEMBER. You do this by letting go of all that you never were...

The more you "whole" inside, the less separation exists within you. The less separation within, the more you remember and get to see. For this journey is one of ONENESS within. It is "here" that you become ONE with ALL-THAT-IS. It is "here" that you have forgotten, yet shall continue to REMEMBER to see. 

11:30 am   Good morning most brilliant beams of LOVE and Radiant LIGHT!

Have you been enjoying all of the energy streams throughout the night and continuing thus far today? (opposite "time" frame for those overseas!) Subtle full body activations along with meditative & sedative energies too! Higher Realm Energies singing beautiful and creating ease for those who are used to existing "here". The physical world human has more of an issue in these, as their realities continue to attempt to merge to emerge. Sleeping and disorientation is a huge part of this as Light Code Integration occurs in sleep states. Until one achieves this in a waking state, then the in-between state offers access that one has yet to be able to see in their waking state. Realities continue to "flip" in order to eventually merge as one. 

I have been listening to the exquisite streams, ever so steadily, feeding us much that we need to accelerate further into the higher vibrational realms. For me, I am truly pleased to see them return, as a few days without them causes "reality" to go haywire. Once you get used to living and functioning in these, anything less is really hard to adapt "back to". Stepping into lower dimensional realms to exist in a space where things are not your reality takes a bit of navigating, more conscious effort, yet the experience teaches us how to "move" between realities, something that will become more beneficial as we enter into the higher realm energies with our LIGHT BODIES. In these energies, there is no effort at all. So, we continue "work" to anchor them here. To raise the light quotient of all that we touch. To reach as many as we can in raising vibrational frequencies and to continue to be LIGHT wherever our physical bodies "rest" or exist. 

We come upon the Lion's Gate on August 8th, which is yet another Gateway Opening, allowing for new portals within to be accessed from within. It is KEY to allow yourself as much time working from within as you can. For once you unlock those portals, they continue to manifest in your outward realities to become visible to then see. It does take awhile, so trust and patience and not allowing ourselves to "forget" in the interim is imperative. Do not lose stride, or fall back into "old" thoughts. See them if they surface and recognize them for what they are. A CREATION. For every thought is. It is a creation of something. Either your human mind (fear or safe will be built in here) or your Higher Self Mind (fluid, inspired, unlimited & creative). 

Allow yourself to get lost in dreams, desires and Creation of the NEW here in the physical. Creation of community, coming together, of what all shall BE together as ONE. Allow for all separation to fall away within, and it too shall fall away "out there". For if you truly desire to BE in a space where only LOVE exists, then that must be created first from within. Then it shall manifest in all that you do, see and come to BE. All realities shall merge, but before they can, all "old ways" of perceptions must be allowed to fall away. For you cannot fly and hold on at the same time. So let go of all that you "used to be" in the physical. That is not who you are. You are an amazing, brilliant, exquisite and truly unlimited energy that exists in spaces you have yet to see. If you wish to access them, if you wish to REMEMBER, then go inside and release all that keeps you separated from within. 

I am shown to write SIMPLE on the HEAD DISORIENTATION & INTEGRATION PROCESS (as it is perceived) that many are about to experience with the upcoming energies, so here we go! I explain for the linear mind that sees (separates) "time". I write in "simple" so that the logical mind can comprehend. I can do the awesome version, with big words, but then that would negate the purpose in why I write!  

As more integrate the higher realm energies into their BEing here, much is affected that makes no logical sense. The logical mind shall try to figure it out first, which can cause additional discomfort & pro-longing the experience. When one can "accept" the process and actually participate by either allowing or expediting (raising one's vibrational frequency intentionally), then things seem to move much "faster". 

Especially, in the "beginning", these shifts & changes seem more dramatic, as they are "foreign" to the physical body. They are trying to integrate (become one), and so one may feel "taken over", victim, inconvenienced and even scared.

I have many writings on the head disorientation, dizziness, loss of memory, inability to focus or maintain balance and more. 

Short version: Your soul/spirit/higher self is expanding from within you and your human mind is in the way. It's taking over and it's tired of waiting.

For your soul/spirit/higher self (I call it the energy body) to expand from within you, it must make room and get those things creating blocks within you out of the way. Your logical mind IS the problem, so it must "take over" and throw you off balance so that you cannot maintain control. Control is of the logical mind. This occurs when much information is trying to be assimilated for "release". All of your bodies (mental/physical/emotional) house veils/blocks/walls that must be triggered, activated, released, removed so that you can expand further. One can participate in the process by practicing "consciousness" and further utilizing choice from their heart (opposite of the human thinking mind). 

The three human places where blocks occur in the physical are: Mental, physical, emotional. The last is energy, but then we ARE energy, so I will address that one separately, as it technically is where all originates, but the human can't "see" this, it sees the other manifestations, so we will go there first. Yet the energy is the place to start and will take care of the others!!!

Mental: All lifetimes/other times are present NOW. Your thoughts will show you this if you will observe them, without judgement and work to completely "re-do" your head. This is a necessity and shall occur with or without your participation. Choosing to participate can eliminate much "suffering" and loss. 

Emotional: Appear as a result of your human thoughts. All emotions must purge one way or another, so choosing to do this can again eliminate much pain and suffering. Now, it is important to allow a feeling to surface, be validated, acknowledged for what it is, so you can move out of that vibrational frequency (purge/release/transcend, etc.)

Physical: This one is "tough", as all things in your other bodies manifest here physically for one to see. This includes the physical body & "out there". As the other "bodies" are cleansed of the lower vibrations (transmuted, transformed, purged, etc.), then the physical will change to then match the new frequencies. The denser the "thing", the longer it takes to change. The physical is "slow" to catch up, so one must continue in the new vibration for this to "show up". Patience and not losing focus is key. Understanding is too!

Energy Body: This one is HUGE. Why? Because it is the entire essence of who/what you are. Yet, most do not understand this and it is the "last priority" on the totem pole. Everything else comes first, as this IS the human way. This shall change as more become aware and start to choose differently. When one comes to understand that absolutely everything they desire within exists in the higher realms/their future self, then ENERGY shall become their first priority and then all shall come TO them, instead of the human way of "seeking, trying, working, slaving and suffering". The golden etheric key? ENERGY! (Sorry, I get sidetracked, lol). Your soul/spirit/higher self, is already WITHIN YOU. It is trying to get you out of the way. In order to do so, it has to "push" all out of you that is blocking it. (Chronic ailments, dense emotions, yucky thoughts). So, while you try to maintain control and hang on, it says "nope, no longer an option... I drive this bus right now. You go to sleep or do something else that doesn't require you to think/focus or stay awake!". 

Your Energy Body is pure light. It vibrates at the highest "speed" there is. This is why you feel tingling, crawling, pricklies, and everything weird under your skin. Your human mind is dense and must be shut down so that it can integrate into your physical being here. So, you must sleep (and nap!). When you do, light codes are released, healing & repair is done & realities change. So, schedule the next year off, take a long nap & wake up fully integrated... OR do it the human way and fight, whine & see it as an inconvenience. Choice will be taken away and you will do it anyway too!

You see, THIS IS WHY YOU ARE HERE. So, the more you see it as an inconvenience, the more you don't make it a priority, the more something else is more important, the more shall be removed as a block or barrier. This is what I call an adjustment or re-alignment. Things will occur FOR YOU (not to you), to put you in the path that you will ultimately end up taking anyway. 

Now, for those who would like to know a way to participate? So glad you asked, as this is the awesome part! Make energy work a priority. Take tons of time to sit by yourself and observe your thoughts. Gain every tool to "teach" you how to master your own energy from within. And work WITH your higher self, as your higher self, with open communication in every moment. Most of all, honor your soul (through your heart). Don't waste anything, don't compromise within, and learn to SHIFT on your own vibrationally.

Entire constructs are being dissolved, wiped, dismantled and completely erased. NEW is now being "created" for all, from inside of you. This period you have come into, is a period that you, with your galactic sisters and brothers, actually participate in NOW CREATING, by re-mapping, and re-programming the NEW. It IS your ENERGETIC SIGNATURE that you have again become that shall connect together, as the grid, to completely start to re-build AGAIN. 

For that which you now pull THROUGH you, shall transmit from within you. This web of connection is being created in every moment that you do. Others shall come to participate in their own "time", yet for you, NOW, this IS your time. This is "part" of what you came here for. THIS is what you have waited for and worked for. And yet, it is only the beginning. 

For as time continues to collapse, all shall come to "be" in the same space and time vibrationally. For now, YOU, bring that forth for all. When it is "done" you will know. How you shall do this, you will know. It will be different for each. WHERE you connect to all, from inside you, is where you shall go. For you have come to see, that you need not "go" anywhere. You are already "here". All you need to do is open a portal within you and exist in this space to receive that which you need to receive. 

For your NEW is now being laid out, from inside of you ALL, as ONE, as WE. 

Your own light signature has been activated, your own Energy Body (LightBody/Merkaba) now merges to activate the entire energy grid there. The Merkaba of Gaia activates and connects in order to further open cosmic & galactic portals from within. Your "Ascension" has begun and shall continue to occur. Many have been in a "fog" and could not truly see
So for realities to appear to "flip", A "fog", if you will, was necessary.

For the "shift" was one from a human mind to one of a higher realm view.

Wow, even Facebook Pirate Language gets it!!!! The messages keep scrolling across my screen as I work about "pondering thoughts" & "peer into the depths".... me thinks everyone needs to switch for a day, just for the cool messages! Ya gotta be able to flow with it though, or "arrrr!" could be the dominant one that pops up for you! Back to my "captains log" and "blabbering t' de mates" ... in between work! yep, lightening up while going within... a new one indeed! And those are only the ones I have seen thus far! awesome!  

I LOVE this reality of fluidity! Following "sideways" with every bit of zest within... a quest for a photo took me along another trail of breadcrumbs to end up "back" at the underwater city, Atlantis and beyond.... GOTTA LOVE REMEMBERING!!!!! Unlock those codes loves!!!!

Alright sweet loves, it is past 1am here and I am off to connect in the beautiful state of what others perceive as sleep! I listen to frequencies and actually work in my sleep, as do many others. I receive the most beautiful transmissions. One thing that helps is to put yourself of receiving before you close your eyes. Here is one I say to myself each time.... maybe it will help you too!

There comes a moment that everything "flips" and you are walking in a dream. Everything is brighter, more vibrant, your heart is singing and things just flow with the wind. You are in awe of life, nature, colors, song.... and the memories of the old are fading away.

It happens gradually, so subtly that you do not realize it, unless there is a specific event that caused it to occur. YOUR soul has awakened and you are REMEMBERING the land of the forgotten.

There are moments, along the way, that the teeter-totter causes you to question your own sanity. You wonder why and you wish for that to return. 

That exists in vibrational frequency. That is what you are. That is what you are trying to remember, yet will not allow yourself to see. For that exists on the other side of SEPARATION. That exists when your soul is complete. That is what you become when you allow yourself to be happy. That is what you shall soon so entirely be.

For that is what you have forgotten. The ENERGY of love, kindness, compassion and care. That is the energy of ONENESS and if you allow yourself, you shall soon permanently reside there.
