When your Pure Heart Leads your energy precedes you and changes the codes of the entire Unified Field as you breathe.... I just read through your site as I was searching for abdominal expansion ascension symptoms and came upon your site. I have been going through this for 5 years and am relieved to see I am not alone. Intuitively angels guide me to what I need but my mind often takes me back to the question if I'm ok. Sound healing, massage, crystals, greens and rest help me a great deal however I feel like the energy coming in is hard to synthesize. I clear myself twice a day and try to spend time on the earth. Any other advice you have for me if greatly appreciated...I was just saying today that I feel like my abdomen has been inflated with air and I am floating around...uncomfortable process and although the symptoms move around from place to place and I find it hard to carry this weight around I am walking 6-7,000 steps a day to move things around. This is a rough process and I am looking forward to feeling good in this life. :) Love, Light., Blessings.
