Hi LIsa Thank you for these amazing reports. For the past 4 months I have been having joint pain on my right side mostly but lately it has shifted to both my forearms. Really painful in mornings. Could this be part of the energy shifts you are writing about? I am not a medicine taker and do not trust Doctors at all for treating my ascension related body troubles.
