 As humans, we are taught to hang on, don’t do this, don’t do that, do it this way, this is right, this is wrong, you shouldn’t feel this or express this, be perfect, don’t cry, getting angry is wrong, you are not good enough and the list goes on and on. We have come to listen to “all “out there” to exist in a box, with constraints and opinions of other humans on “how all should be” according to their perception. We took those perceptions on as our own, to come to realize as we wake up, that absolutely none of these things were our truth and that these were separated, judgmental, limited and learned views. Yet, until we realize this, we do not know any other way.

These are energetic blocks that manifest in the physical reality in a multitude of ways. Some might present as medical problems, others as emotional/physical ailments or pain. All, just an out of tune frequency, that can be released with tuning or energy work, in addition to the work one does by going within and becoming totally conscious again.
An open heart transmits love from the inside out. This is an energy that can be felt radiating out from your entire BEing. The human heart that is blocked or holds lack or fear, pulls energy in, or puts up a wall, that stops all energy flow all-together. This can actually be felt. It is this flow of energy that determines your entire existence here. The Higher Self BEing observes what it truly desires and it takes action and does not wait. From a space of love, it “jumps” into that and through action says “I am not waiting, for this is what truly exists within my heart”. It does not wait for another to come from honor, integrity, respect and love, for these are our own inner BEingness that radiate from the inside out. This higher self being is supported by their Universe, for they are following that which is of their higher heart. Here there is no fear, for that was an illusion to keep all imprisoned. Love, honor, respect, integrity from within and DOING that which unifies Humanity and all as ONE again, is all there is NOW. As WayShowers and Light BEings, we do not wait. Rainbows BEing the sign for this one, every time the magical realm is activated, such magical things happen in every moment. One can activate this if they hold the frequency within and REMEMBER to tune to it, ask for magic, look for magic, notice the magic in absolutely everything. If you pay attention, you can find magic in every moment, ever exchange, for everything is already magic and you are too! These are what the human calls karma, spin or repeat cycles. This is just a repetitive frequency that one has yet to recognize, understand or shift out of fear into love. That is all.
How to break the frequency loop? Get conscious, get present, observe it and make a different choice. Much of the time, it will be the one thing you have previously avoided out of fear. The belief of fear creates the loop, while no longer believing is key. Staying in the frequency loop creates an abundance of parallels, ripples and fractal selves and times. Breaking the loop and shifting to a higher frequency, a higher dimensional version of me, allows for all condensed times to purge, parallels to collapse and unification to begin again within. Do you see how you do not have enough or do you see where you have more than another and plenty in “this moment”? Do you see how this can help only you or do you see where this can help all? Do you feel lack or do you feel abundance? One separates, one unifies. And what you DO with money determines whether you ever have enough.
Separation is in your human DNA; therefore the illusion of money is too. It is another tangible thing that can be used as a crutch for an existence of BEing or as a tool to reach and assist more in Ascension and unification again. When money is no longer about you, but how you can utilize it to bring forth ONENESS, CREATE the NEW, share it to create unity, rather than separate, gain material things and make your own life more comfortable, while others “out there” suffer, then you shall no longer live within the confines that money creates. Until then, your existence will be controlled by money, for you believe it to be this way. As you no longer believe, as you pull out of the matrix, that “out there” will cease to exist. Your belief created it and your belief is what will cause it to “fall”. So when you look “out there” and you fear the system “falling” apart and crumbling, know that is occurring because all who are waking up have pulled out of the matrix and it crumbles outside, because you too were a part of that belief system, and when you pull out, it will also fall for you. In its place will be a new system, created from love, unity and sharing for all to participate in. But first you must come to learn to share and believe again. For this does not conform to the human way. It goes against everything that much of you were taught, while some of you have always known. It doesn’t’ matter when you “got it”, just that you do. The old constructs encoded in our original Etheric blueprints and old human DNA. The “new” overriding that and bringing forth REMEMBERING of the illusion as the Soul’s Light Activations occur within.

It is you, AS SOURCE, REMEMBERED and held inside, in frequency, once again.

SO much occurs in this space of “separation”, where one comes to awaken to their own truth from within. For a star being on Earth, much of the time, the transition is “too much” and so very overwhelming to the Star Beings system. Withdrawing and suppression is the chose path for many until enough time has passed for the human experience energy to purge and their true self can start to emerge. Many beings have no idea this is what “this is”, for they too are very veiled, they just know “things are not right” and go so deep inside in order to cope as best as they can. (This occurs with substance abuse as well. Many resort to this to also try to make it through until they can wake up.) Much of this is beyond human comprehension, yet that too is changing as well.
First, depression is a human term “label” that keeps one even further separated than they already feel inside. While inside is where we all must go to awaken, what this represents is so very opposite than what the small and very limited human mind can comprehend. Perception is everything, for everything is exactly how you perceive it to be, yet nothing is as you perceive it. Your perception will determine how you experience all. It thinks too much and it actually causes the headaches, for the resistance between your heart and your human mind actually create headaches. The more logical, the more resistance, the bigger the headache. Also, light activations going on within you activate such high frequencies (your Soul is pure light), that your human mind must be shut down for integration to occur. Close your eyes throughout the day as much as you can to also assist with easing this.
