Important regarding any of Lisa's Quantum Crystalline Plasma LightBody DNA Activations:
These work on a multi-dimensional level with various states of consciousness. It's important to be in a relaxed state and not "do" anything that can be affected during or after, due to how shifts in consciousness can spontaneously occur. Some may feel drowsy, gravity shifts, fall asleep or even "travel" during/after.... so please take great care to be open and honor sacred space for this, as well as various clearing/cleansing/integration processes that may also organically and naturally occur. Increasing LightBody activity, increases bio-electrical system activity, so drinking plenty of water to assist/hydrate with conductivity and resting to support the integration process are ways to easily do this. ♥ I've included a "prep" audio that is beneficial prior to getting started with any of these activations. The transition from 3D levels of Consciousness to 5D levels of Consciousness is a vast one. First activating the consciousness, then learning to live it fully, in/through every aspect of our lives. 3D was fear-based programming that was "invisible" and held deep within each's individual matrix/template of their body.
