 Happy and okay is not anything “out there”. It exists within and RADIATES OUT. WE create our happy and peace from within.
All that represents happy “out there” that is not in alignment with your Divine Essence and BEing, usually get "adjusted" to show where something is "backwards" or "off". If things are not working, there is a reason and falling victim to it is the "old" way. Observing it, going within, finding it, owning it & CHANGING IT are all aspects of the Higher Self. All things are "reversed" in this process. All have spent their entire "lifetime" acquiring things, controlling, achieving; for all of that to fall away. Identities have been created around others & things. One has no idea who they truly are. When it is time for one to come to REMEMBER their own true self, as an energetic BEing, all things “out there” will fall away until this has occurred. One can choose to participate or allow it to occur for them. The latter is a whole lot less "fun". Excerpt from: “Navigating Dimensions: Awakening & Ascension Guide Book” by Lisa Transcendence Brown  The human’s first response to anything that is out of balance with any of the “bodies” (physical, emotional, mental), is to “think sick”, when it fact it is quite the opposite. The LightBody has activated and your physical is trying to tune to higher frequencies. Anything dense is of the old programming and is trying so very hard to leave, but the human tries so very hard to hold on, take the easy way, take medicine, go to the doctor, fix it, when nothing is broken other than the programmed human belief system mind.
Now, this is not to tell you that you should not go to a doctor, take your medicine, or whatever you deem necessary in your world. This is to tell you that there is an alternative option that is the opposite of what you have come to believe. This is to stretch your limited and conditioned human mind beyond that which you have learned and been told. This is to assist you with awareness and choice, something all have in the evolution of the higher self/soul. Yet if you look beneath the anger, it will be because we are looking “out there” and holding onto something from the human perspective. We have not allowed our self to utilize soul contracts to let go and once we were of a mindset to make a choice, we compromised ourselves in some way. Much of the time, we got “stuck in a situation, because of a hunch, sixth sense or gut feeling we did not listen to. We just “knew” not to, and we did anyways. Now, where we repeatedly did this (not listening), we build up a lot of anger over “time”. This energy has to go somewhere, for it just doesn’t disappear (yet).

Coming to shift focus inward and learn to understand the Light Activations that ignite within you as your soul activates, your Crystalline LightBody and Merkaba activate, this will assist you more than know. That sky, those stars, that sun, that earth, they are you and you are them. When you unify inside AS all again, you will see this too. Until then, I share my own reality with you.
These light frequencies are you, as your higher self, as your soul evolving in crystalline form and your old human body (DNA) is obsolete. Things in your human world that worked before, will not work anymore. Actually, they never did, if they suppressed your awakening as a soul. A perception was created so that you (we) would believe this, as this was part of our NAVIGATING DIMENSIONS journey before, yet the “time” has come that this shall cease to be. With your soul, your Higher Self, and the entire Universe waking up inside of you, things will start to go “haywire” and your new understanding and awareness, will assist you in navigating and discovering new ways that allow your soul to emerge in Light, rather than continuing to suffer to suppression, which was the “old” way we all did this. (Everyone did, in some form or another, what differs is chosen journey and how one did.) You can use the external (macrocosm) to see what is going on inside of you (microcosm), yet “flipping” your view will help you shift to a different space of understanding. It will be the opposite or reverse of what we believed as humans. The sun outside does not have a solar flare and THEN affect you in a way that causes you to have a “flare” inside of some kind. Mercury doesn’t go retrograde “out there” and then all starts to fall apart. The full moon does not cause you to be overwhelmed and crazy energy to be all about. All happens within you to SHOW YOU what you could not see before. “out there” is what assists you as a guide, that is all. And once you have activated so much light, the old “responses” change as well. They will be the opposite of what they were in the human realms. Light activations occur within you. They are occurring in every moment in one way or another, yet most are not aware of this to the magnitude that all occurs. Most are unaware at all, yet this too shall change. Your soul is pure light, so the “Light Activations” are your own soul, your higher self, YOU trying to emerge. Your own soul/higher self holds all Universal information that you desire to know. Your knowledge AND REMEMBERING of ancient times is by way of the amount of light activated within you and HELD INSIDE in frequency. You ARE the frequency of LIGHT.
