Many are not yet aware, but with these higher vibrational streams, these HIGHER REALM ENERGIES, these DNA upgrades, these LIGHTBODY/ Crystalline Body Activations, you ARE becoming more transparent. 

WE speak of transparency as being able to see that which has not been visible. Most focus on the "truths" out there, yet this applies to SO many other things too. For the "truths" out there are a manifestation of what exists within. For as you see where you have compromised your own self, your own being, and you work to come further into alignment WITHIN, then "THAT" OUT THERE continues to shift, change, match your frequency and the old physical shall continue to fall away.

Yet, you cannot look in the mirror yet and truly see that your physical also is becoming TRANSPARENT. YOU are evolving as ENERGETIC BEings AGAIN, and as you do, as you become LIGHTer, literally, your entire BEing becomes more translucent.

Others too shall now come to see this. They shall see the glow that radiates from within you. Not only, as in the "past" by your bright smile or happy face, yet an actual LIGHT that radiates from within you OUT. 

These energies that you receive, raise your internal & entire vibrational frequency. This in turn tunes you to the energy that you are. As you release, you lighten. Your physical changes to match these new vibrations. Your human eyes further integrate with your energetic eyes that sees more colors, vibrancy & light. Those things that you could not see shall continue to become visible. The realities that you have always known inside, yet longed to become, shall truly now come to BE. It is up to you to keep making it your priority. For you see, when your vibration is of the utmost to you, then all out there shall come to match that which exists within you. 

See yourself for all that you truly are. Hold the light. Allow your mind to release all that is no longer you. And all out there shall come to match this FOR you. 

These energies carry new programming today. A complete wiping of the template, if you will. One can participate intentionally by creating ceremony or a mantra to assist or use.

Activation Transcript:

I am a clean slate. I release all stories, thoughts, attachments and perceptions of who I have been, am at this moment, or was to be as a future me. I clear all previous programming and open up to receive that which now activates within me.

I completely release and empty out all that no longer serves. I open my self to that which my human mind can yet comprehend.

I intentionally choose to become a clean slate, activating my new template within.

I allow for a complete re-write of my previous systems, and for total expansion AS "all-that-is", to know exist within me once again.

I humbly honor the opportunity to further merge with my Higher Self, Gaia, All Cosmos, Galaxies, Stars, Universes, Planets, and ALL BEings as ONE,to embody within me again, to become that which I have forgotten to be. 

I continue to erase, and intentionally replace, that which allows me to become one inside as WE. 

I no longer see separation inside or out there.
I only see unity where all BEings share.

I remove all remaining barriers, locks and veils within,
I rewrite my own template to create NEW once again

To exit in all space and time now in my mind
As this complete reintegration leaves all separation behind

All moments are of UNITY and all BEings as ONE

I am shown to write SIMPLE on the HEAD DISORIENTATION & INTEGRATION PROCESS (as it is perceived) that many are about to experience with the upcoming energies, so here we go! I explain for the linear mind that sees (separates) "time". I write in "simple" so that the logical mind can comprehend. I can do the awesome version, with big words, but then that would negate the purpose in why I write!  

As more integrate the higher realm energies into their BEing here, much is affected that makes no logical sense. The logical mind shall try to figure it out first, which can cause additional discomfort & pro-longing the experience. When one can "accept" the process and actually participate by either allowing or expediting (raising one's vibrational frequency intentionally), then things seem to move much "faster". 

Especially, in the "beginning", these shifts & changes seem more dramatic, as they are "foreign" to the physical body. They are trying to integrate (become one), and so one may feel "taken over", victim, inconvenienced and even scared.

I have many writings on the head disorientation, dizziness, loss of memory, inability to focus or maintain balance and more. 

Short version: Your soul/spirit/higher self is expanding from within you and your human mind is in the way. It's taking over and it's tired of waiting. 

Expanded version: (here we go!)
For your soul/spirit/higher self (I call it the energy body) to expand from within you, it must make room and get those things creating blocks within you out of the way. Your logical mind IS the problem, so it must "take over" and throw you off balance so that you cannot maintain control. Control is of the logical mind. This occurs when much information is trying to be assimilated for "release". All of your bodies (mental/physical/emotional) house veils/blocks/walls that must be triggered, activated, released, removed so that you can expand further. One can participate in the process by practicing "consciousness" and further utilizing choice from their heart (opposite of the human thinking mind). 

The three human places where blocks occur in the physical are: Mental, physical, emotional. The last is energy, but then we ARE energy, so I will address that one separately, as it technically is where all originates, but the human can't "see" this, it sees the other manifestations, so we will go there first. Yet the energy is the place to start and will take care of the others!!!

Mental: All lifetimes/other times are present NOW. Your thoughts will show you this if you will observe them, without judgement and work to completely "re-do" your head. This is a necessity and shall occur with or without your participation. Choosing to participate can eliminate much "suffering" and loss. 

Emotional: Appear as a result of your human thoughts. All emotions must purge one way or another, so choosing to do this can again eliminate much pain and suffering. Now, it is important to allow a feeling to surface, be validated, acknowledged for what it is, so you can move out of that vibrational frequency (purge/release/transcend, etc.)

Physical: This one is "tough", as all things in your other bodies manifest here physically for one to see. This includes the physical body & "out there". As the other "bodies" are cleansed of the lower vibrations (transmuted, transformed, purged, etc.), then the physical will change to then match the new frequencies. The denser the "thing", the longer it takes to change. The physical is "slow" to catch up, so one must continue in the new vibration for this to "show up". Patience and not losing focus is key. Understanding is too!

Energy Body: This one is HUGE. Why? Because it is the entire essence of who/what you are. Yet, most do not understand this and it is the "last priority" on the totem pole. Everything else comes first, as this IS the human way. This shall change as more become aware and start to choose differently. When one comes to understand that absolutely everything they desire within exists in the higher realms/their future self, then ENERGY shall become their first priority and then all shall come TO them, instead of the human way of "seeking, trying, working, slaving and suffering". The golden etheric key? ENERGY! (Sorry, I get sidetracked, lol). Your soul/spirit/higher self, is already WITHIN YOU. It is trying to get you out of the way. In order to do so, it has to "push" all out of you that is blocking it. (Chronic ailments, dense emotions, yucky thoughts). So, while you try to maintain control and hang on, it says "nope, no longer an option... I drive this bus right now. You go to sleep or do something else that doesn't require you to think/focus or stay awake!". 

Your Energy Body is pure light. It vibrates at the highest "speed" there is. This is why you feel tingling, crawling, pricklies, and everything weird under your skin. Your human mind is dense and must be shut down so that it can integrate into your physical being here. So, you must sleep (and nap!). When you do, light codes are released, healing & repair is done & realities change. So, schedule the next year off, take a long nap & wake up fully integrated... OR do it the human way and fight, whine & see it as an inconvenience. Choice will be taken away and you will do it anyway too!

You see, THIS IS WHY YOU ARE HERE. So, the more you see it as an inconvenience, the more you don't make it a priority, the more something else is more important, the more shall be removed as a block or barrier. This is what I call an adjustment or re-alignment. Things will occur FOR YOU (not to you), to put you in the path that you will ultimately end up taking anyway. 

Now, for those who would like to know a way to participate? So glad you asked, as this is the awesome part! Make energy work a priority. Take tons of time to sit by yourself and observe your thoughts. Gain every tool to "teach" you how to master your own energy from within. And work WITH your higher self, as your higher self, with open communication in every moment. Most of all, honor your soul (through your heart). Don't waste anything, don't compromise within, and learn to SHIFT on your own vibrationally.

So, I hope this short BOOK helps some. It is the ABSOLUTE most important thing you will ever do here. And play time is so very over. It has been. Yet, as always, one can always choose to start making their energy body/entire being a priority IN THIS MOMENT.

Some have already noticed that I am not posting as before. This shall continue as long as I need to do the "work" that we are now called to do. This is for everyone, all of us, and you are invited to step away from all and go within these upcoming days/weeks too. For all that participate during this time only add to that which we are all creating here. On the days where I am drawn to share, I shall, for there may be "times" that I feel it is appropriate. Yet, it negates the purpose if we are all on here interacting instead of going within. So, I am personally journaling and may record videos along the way to share when it feels right. 

I have come to a place in this integration where I can write and receive and interact at the same time. Yet, the connection that "this" requires is deeper. "Normally" I can interact, yet this is a whole new "level" that we are being asked to connect through. So for that, I am pushing away from electronics, computers, others and all that is a distraction from going within. 

I have also stopped my private sessions during this time. I have a waiting list via the website where one can request a session and those are booked through the mid August at this point. 

All are about to enter a "time" of energies like never before. You are encouraged to set aside as much time as you can to do the inner work "now". There is absolutely nothing more important. It IS why you are here.

I do not usually talk about "me", but this seems "important" in our "NEW" RE-EVOLUTION "here" to share. I only do a timeline on this so that one can "see" how fast things appear to be occurring now, as "time" collapses "here". When your priority is your vibrational frequency, silence and your own connection, you can create the ability for "change" by unlocking higher frequencies from within. 

Most have no idea from how far I truly see and what "I" do in every moment to assist all others. I have tuned & turned my entire being into a cosmic portal that I receive and transmit from. I transmit the energies as they come through me. I hear entire solar systems, galactic & cosmic energies from within me as they occur. I relinquished everything in the physical to be able to do this "here". Now it is time for ALL of us who have made this a priority to go further inward, further to receive that which WE have waited for, knowing that realities for all are about to change dramatically beyond anything others can even comprehend "here". 

All have choice. Honoring this entire journey first has always been mine. I honor all others who choose this too. With the utmost respect, appreciation and love.... 

I only speak of the most recent moments that stand out when I type this. There are so many, as they occur in every moment now. And I ask for them, encourage them & seek them with great appreciation beyond all else. 

In June, I went "beneath" the Sphinx, yet it was dark and I could not see. I was tuned to the frequencies of the pyramids from inside me. Since then, it has been an amazing & brilliant catapult in every moment. Actually, this entire "year" has been. Yet I have known this in advance "each time" and have honored it completely. 

On 7/1, I got that I was to go "silent", cancel all, stop speaking, do nothing but absorb the energies, until shown otherwise. So I did/have. I was shown to do this the entire month of July & possibly part/all of August, so we shall see). I also keep being give a "date" in early September and it "feels" that is the time I am to be moving elsewhere, but again, we shall see. In flow, shifting & changing in every moment.

7/4 & 7/5, I went through major "work" on my head (this is an all-time occurrence for me), lips, teeth, throat chakra and solar plexus area. Light being activated from inside all over the entire body, which has been increasingly occurring lately to almost a daily thing (sometimes several times a day too). I awoke to the words "you are becoming invisible". When I went to the store during this period of days (not sure which one), I seriously thought I was glowing and expected everyone to "freak out", but nope. Not yet at least! 

7/6, I awoke with tons streaming in to translate. I had previously attempted to do video/sound, without "me" in it (the point is the frequency transmission & NOT to see me). After hours of "trying to get it to work", I heard "just record audio". I had not done this before, while all just "fell into place", as apparently that was what I was to do! Before I knew it, I had transcribed several messages and recorded them and had them uploaded to my website! Now, I actually "see" all of that which I translate and transcribe. I "go" to that space. I am "not here" when I do this, which is much of my day. I "stay" in the outer realms at all times. It is from here that I work. I know no other way. I have been shown that until otherwise shown, to stay here, anchor in light/energies/frequencies. I even didn't go to Hawaii because I got shown, don't move. Okay then, for now, I am still here. lol 

7/7: Sirius appeared in my "sleep state". Yet not as a dream, as me being there. This was my first interaction with anything Sirius, as before it was just a word I heard and "knew" would come forth one day. Magnificent BLUE sky beach, but not a typical beach. There were these "things" that walking all around, not from here. Some, way off in the distance, looked like those "tall things" that walked really slow in the Star Wars movies. I cannot remember the rest of the "beings", although it was so very comfortable and known from within. I remember not wanting to "leave" that moment, as I was enjoying remembering and being there. 

7/8: I awoke to seeing "old" issues to clear, so I spent about 4 hours observing, cutting cords, anchors & releasing in my mind energy. Then, instantly, went into the physical violent purge & Burn-Off part after. During the purge and "losing consciousness" I was scribbling on paper the words that came through, which I usually never bother to do. "Sirian Detox" and then Lyran? was a tiny bit too, but not sure and not dominant, just wrote it down. Entire thing lasted about 2 hours and awoke soaked and ready to move forward with new! I have learned that awesome expansion follows, so I honor and appreciate every one of these!

7/9PM Apparently translated massive energy streams for 24 hours straight!

7/10AM: VERY Eventful day, so breaking the day down for timeline:

3AM'ish: I was awoken "just to see" the violent purgings going on collectively of deep rooted fears, anger & more. I was able to observe how "extreme" it was, yet was not a participant.

6-8AM'ish: (Sleep state): I was "come and gotten" and "taken" to Angel School for additional "testing" to see if I "passed". This was a "first" for me, as I have never been drawn to "angels" in either human or spiritual moments. These are very real interactions, that are remembered and not "dreams". I have always called these experiences, as they are as real as any "wake" state interaction, and while no actual word are spoken, all are understood. These occur as we continue to "flip" realities and merge to where they are all one. (Sleep and wake state being the same).   

9AM'ish: I awoke to the most peace ever and to my off-world/higher realms messages coming from inside my entire being. My solar plexus, heart, throat, head. THEY were no longer "out there". I was able to write the message down to share. (See below)

EVENING: I was shown that I had opened a portal and "stepped into" the angelic realm. Now, this is NOT anything I had ever identified with of my own, so THIS WAS NEWS TO ME! I have been shown that this too is a space that we access. Whether this be all or some, I have no idea yet, as I am still new to this realm. Yet what I can see from here is amazing. WE sit above the clouds and look down at earth. We speak in unison and WE exist in the higher realms. It is a very cool space to be!

7/10: I awoke to energies being activated in my entire body and hearing the words "You are becoming more invisible". This is not unusual to me, so I said "thank you" and got up and went on my way. Yet, feeling like much is so going on "inside" that we all yet to see. I see the "invisible" thing daily now, and how all do not realize that this is occurring to them, for they cannot see. I write much on this, but know many think I am just off in la-la land or something. Yet I understand it, and again, wait for everyone else to "catch up" in frequency. The physical is soooo slow to the human mind.

7/11: TRANSLUCENCY: I did private sessions all day & night via Skype. Back to back and I was whooped, but I allow for whatever needs to transpire to do so. The last session, LightBody Energy was called for. I have done this several times with amazing results each time. So, here we went again. The energies streaming were "very high" the entire time. But what occurred "after" was totally unexpected. All of a sudden, my neck started glowing from inside. Radiating out from my throat chakra, my entire neck turned into this amazing blue light. It was as if I was in a "blackroom" as then my hands turned iridescent purple/violet and started "disappearing" too! My face also took on some of the blue & purple and I looked like I was about to start shapeshifting/disappearing again (this has happened in in-person LightBody energy sessions many times before. Starting in early/mid 2012, in human time. The other person actually start taking photos via Skype and part of it is visible! The "shock" will show up in some photos, as it was an "experience" to actually see it for myself! There was a point where the sides/back of my neck turned dark and started to disappear. I turned "translucent", which I understand shall occur for many. I write much on how we are becoming invisible, yet many cannot see. This was the first time it had been caught on camera/film. (P.S. I do not feel it is yet "time" to share these photos. I shall do so when shown by the energies to do so.)

7/12PM: I underwent new pathways being activated in my head area again. This is where one can hear the energy shooting around inside the entire head. I awoke feeling "different" and sounds being heard differently again. There were more frequencies, sounds and how I heard was different too. 

SMELLS: Ever since I started this "silence", my other sense have also expanded. I realize that for "months", I have been smelling portals opening when the energy streams come through, yet I was unaware of what "that" was. Only through continued observation and awareness do we "see" things as they truly are. Home energies smell fresh, clean, cool and light. Solar flares smell like something burning. What's next? We shall see!

HEARING: Now comes from inside of me. I can hear externally, but actually wear earplugs now, because the clarity of what I hear is better from inside. I can hear oceans from somewhere else, birds, neighbors apartments, traffic from miles away from inside my entire body. In my feet, solar plexus, hands. This comes and goes, so am sure this is still tuning in my own frequencies.

ENERGETIC COMMUNICATION/TELEPATHY: I have experienced times where I can hear everything another thinks or focuses on, even when they cannot. This too comes and goes, yet am sure is just being tuned too. I have stopped using the phone and just "send messages" telepathically to people to get in touch. Within a matter of moments, my phone is ringing, I am receiving an email, text or message from them. 

WORDS: Words lower one's frequency when "this space" is present. So unless they are necessary, then they are not!  Electronics do this too, yet mine are "tuning" to me & the frequencies, so that has been "cool" to observe. My phone has been off for almost 2 weeks and I have not even noticed (yes, the phone bill is going next month!). I also shut the computer off and it goes away now when I sleep or nap or in deep connection mode.  

VISIBILITY: For the last several weeks/months, when I go out, all the "people" are "missing", yet I am shown that they are there, but they cannot see me & I cannot see them. I am shown this will continue as we "move" into the "new" higher realms and remember more from within. On the days that the energy is "dense", then there are "all the people" present to see. On the days the energy is "high" and from "home" there are less people to see. This also occurs when one co-mingles densities. So if I am in the company of another with a dense reality, I get to experience the other's same dense reality and mine too. Which is why it is soooo very important to CHOOSE higher realities/associations in every moment! So it "appears" as the energies elevate in streams, once they become "higher realm energies all the time", that the "dense" realities shall no longer be visible. Time-frame? Doesn't exist. My individual reality can go as fast as I choose now. I was shown that recently. This will now be up to each in how they participate and go inward to shift their own reality. The energies come to support this and "wipe" all other "times" so that this can occur for all when they too are ready. Remember, what you see "out there" now is what TOTALLY exists and transmits from within.

HOW WE function here changes too. When one integrates so fully, they can occupy many spaces at one time with great ease. One (day) in higher realm energies amounts to weeks of scattered dense energy in the lower realms. We can get much done here, and it is how I have functioned for the last several years, in human time. 

So, I shall be spending the next few weeks in silence, until I am shown otherwise. For those who work with me to help me reach others, thank you. From my soul to yours. For we help each other in every person we reach and touch. WE all raise in vibrational frequency when we put ourselves aside and work to reach more. For each we touch that raises, raises us too. Collectively vibrationally. For those who offer financial exchange for receiving freely, this is so greatly appreciated, as we do exist and help others on this.  

There is no way to explain what all "we" see. Complete trust and honor of that at this point, and connecting with others in alignment should be what all that matters. Inner connections are at the highest point now. 

For me, the bliss has been beyond bliss... there are no words. 

So for those who are struggling or wonder what it is all for. There is absolutely nothing else more important. Keep expanding your consciousness and learning energetically. For the "dark" or low vibrations do purge and what is available in the beyond, here in the physical, goes beyond all logical comprehension, yet it is real. It is more real than anything in the old physical reality. That, was not real. This is! And to be able to CREATE the NEW real from a state of REMEMBERING is well, BEYOND. I love you.

Many are under the perception that they must wait for energies to come through, to access other spaces and times that are perceived to be outside of you. While this is true, it is also un-true. 

The energies that "now" stream, now support one in this "time", yet waiting has never been necessary, as that too is of the human mind.

Now, access has been given, as it has always been in you. Yet most will wait for access to "occur", since this is the human thing to do. One can now choose, to open this inside. For this is no longer "another time" to achieve, as all times can now be unlocked  from within where they reside.

These portals have been unveiled, yet one must go inside. For they will only open, when you've "uncovered" where they hide. For they exist in vibrational frequency, that at first comes with a short glimpse to see. Then it is up to you, to decide to release all separation that keeps you from WE. For this space starts outside of you, as a thing or place for you to connect to. Yet once the vibration has been held long enough, access to this "space" then comes from inside of you.

For the perception that all is "out there" to connect to, is just a difference in frequency. For as you vibrate higher, out there "moves" from outside, to a place inside you to now BE. 

These portals shall be opened, the more you focus inside you. For the portal is not a thing out there, it is a space inside that you have forgotten that you have always had access to.

This has always been this way, yet the "remembering" just seems new. But now that you are aware, you can choose to access these portals too. The only difference, again, is your perception and your view. You just needed access in frequency, which is again now available through you. 

If you wish for the ability to create these portals in your physical world, then you must first access them from within, as the door to both, exist inside of you. You cannot step through them, until you unlock them deep inside. For it is up to you, to uncover where they hide. For you are the one that put them there, beneath your human you. For as you release your human mind, your true you expands from inside of you. These shall then become visible to see as you vibrationally come to re-create your external reality.

You think these portals to be outside of you, but they have never been. For outside is only created by frequencies you hold within. All but is a space, that has always been one with you. For you are not just one, you are one with us here too. For we do not exist out there, we too exist, inside of you.

So for realities to appear to "flip", A "fog", if you will, was necessary.

Complete ReConstruction of the External NOW Viewable Externally from WITHIN: 

The Inside Deconstructs so that the Outside can change too. As the inside BECOMES the outside. The Land of the Forgotten "View".  

Are you all observing all that is shifting from within and all around you? Much is so subtle, that if you are not paying attention to every moment, you shall have to "wait" until an entire "picture" is displayed to see! 

Entire constructs are now visibly being dismantled "out there", so that more can see "collectively" what has always been transmitted from within. As more "adjust" to their new "viewers", this can be quite an unbalanced feeling, yet that too shall be integrated for further expansion and greater ease as one continues to expand out vibrationally from within.

The human starts with a viewer of "that out there", to shift to a bit of an understanding that "that out there is not real" in their "head", to shift to actually "see" through a viewer that gives them the "reality of the illusion", to shift to "wow, all that was created from within me", to shift to "wow, I get to actually re-create my entire reality from within"..... to shift to "you are not going to believe what is NEXT!". For in expansion, all is available and possible from within. For even this is a limited human view ... 

The "views" are limitless, vast and continue to expand. Old human realities continue to fall away as the denser realms continue to dissipate and dissolve, as you see it. Yet these realities never existed out there. They have always been a transmission of all of the realities one held within them. And as all of those "long lost realities" that one could not see continue to emerge and leave, the view gets even more confusing when one actually gets to view some of it as it goes. The collective views purge, so that the exterior, that the human mind needs, continues to re-shape out there. None of this is new, it is part of the forgotten you.

The "past" is erased from within, if you will, while the "future" is no longer the future anymore, as all "other timelines/dimensions/times" continue to cease to exist. For they do not cease, your separation from them ceases within, AS you further re-evolve back into ENERGY form in every way. 

You cannot fully see yet, as the human mind is slow and has to "catch up" with the actual view, according to that which one can "handle" within. For some, this appears to expedite, yet it has always been present. One just did not hold the vibrational frequency within to fully see. This continues and the more it is embraced, the "easier" it shall be perceived to be by the human experiencing a complete deconstruction of the old and creation of the new. Yet neither are either, yet another perception of the ever expanding view. <3

Okay, similar to "don't drink and drive", don't EXPAND and DO ANYTHING! 

Expansion is an experience that one should tune into while it is occurring. Whether you push the computer away, shut it off, go to bed.... just allow yourself to burn-off, from the inside out, allow for your head to expand... yes, you shall feel like you are losing consciousness, if you have not experienced this much before (this changes as one integrates more and more). 

Whatever your experience, your energy body (soul, spirit, higher self, etc.) is integrating "here" & expanding from INSIDE you. It's creating NEW pathways and ways for energetic communication, by way of seeing, listening (these two at first, then others later).... if you are "trying" to DO anything, you are missing the purpose of the experience. But no worries, as you are guaranteed to have many many many more chances to "tune-in" and observe and enjoy it. Now, it will not "feel" enjoyable, but what transpires can be... if you allow yourself the experience. Each one is "different", but all are FOR you.... to expand as an energetic being. 

So when you cannot SEE OR HEAR through your physical body, you may be given NEW access to SEE or HEAR from inside you. Through an expanding heart and portal that is being opened within. I love you. 

p.s. as you integrate in the higher frequencies, this "appears" to occur less often or intensely. You are ever expanding. How shall change. This is a tool/guide for those who do not understand what is happening to them. <3

There is a space, if you will, after one becomes aware of illusions and holographic views,

Where one expands to come to see that there is a beyond that allows one to further choose.

For there are unlimited realities where one can exist to be,

Yet first one must unlock them, one by one, to then expand to exist in them simultaneously. 

Most have yet to realize that you have already evolved as energy
Your human mind still needs to see a manifestation of a physical reality

Your human self was the one that needed to come to exist in a physical plane,
Yet the more you realize, that this is no longer the case, 
The sooner you can come to move and shift as energy once again. 

Your physical world out there is but a manifestation of your human mind
And once you come to comprehend this, you will again exist beyond space and time.

Yet you are already lighter, no longer existing in a fixed reality
Only in your human mind are you bound by limits of a physical that you still need to see .

Many have no idea that they do not exist in that "old" physical place
For the human seeing mind is the last to catch up to see beyond time and space.

Your human mind had the need to evolve - Yet you already exist as energy.

Now, your inner to outer viewer is no longer a viewer from just inside your mind
Yet from your entire existence as an energetic being of vibrational sound and light

This new space for you at first, will seem like great power for you to achieve
While this is true and a necessary space, it is but a part of what you can yet see.

For eventually, your human self shall move beyond your individual needs
And you will come to use this space, to come together as one to be free

Your forgotten and invisible world is no longer just a dream
Once you allow your mind to let go of your physical reality you too shall be able to see

As you move beyond your separated individual human view
You will use this space together to create the world as you see as NEW

As you come to join together, you unlock the etheric crystal key
For once you have dissolved as one, you shall exist in a whole new reality.

For as you evolve from your physical world to one where you now exist as energy
Your entire being shifts inside, to exist as ONE with us as WE

For your NEW World comes and your old one ends! 

WE are the Galactic High Council, and it is with LOVE that WE NOW speak.

Many are aware of all that is shifting and changing out there, yet the human mind cannot see. As as you shift inward, your outward will subtly change as you start to truly see.

As you evolve energetically, you are not only shifting into a higher frequency or a higher dimensional reality. You are shifting entirely into a new realm that you see visibly in your outward physical reality.

It is hard to explain, so that you can actually see. For there are no human words to satisfy the human mind need. So we ask you to envision, close your eyes and open your mind. See as WE speak here, feel the sound of the words in your heart & in your mind. For visible is inside you and outward transpires according to there now. It always did, yet you did not hold a vibration to allow you to see as you now see. Everything is perception and your perception is your own reality. 

There never has been another time, another world, another you. There has only been one, hidden in plain sight view. For you were the one that masked your world, with experiences you needed to see. For all out there has always existed, within you, vibrationally.

So now, as you release separation, within you far and wide. What you see out there is your view of what exists in the hidden from inside. For your viewer is no longer your physical eyes, but through your heart connected to the cosmic universe, soul and mind. For now you see energetically, a projection from within, and activated by that which was veiled like a treasure for you to find.

Imagine the entire reality out there being transmitted from deep within. No longer just from inside the head, but your entire being now instead.

For when you come to realize that "there" is only a response. You will shift your view inward and create that which you desire to watch. 

The trees more colorful, the sky more clearly viewed, the sounds you hear feed you, for you are them and they are you.

For your reality to be seamless, without fear and full of trust, you must release all that was never you, and step in faith, this is a must. You are now your creator of out there from deep inside your soul. For that out there is perfection & bliss, when inside you again becomes whole. 

You shall come to understand that what you see is truly yours. Your reality is now accessed through the inner portals that used to be blocked by walls & doors. Open up a space inside and allow yourself to fly. For you are but an energy, and you now walk energetically above the sky. 

The old shall be come invisible and the new shall now be seen. For this is not new, just forgotten, which first becomes visible in the in-between. Yet soon, dear ones, even that shall merge as the old physical falls away. For you now walk in light, as light, and this alone creates your new way.

Out there shall continue to change as you do, to transform your reality. You can speed it up, if you will, when you make your entire frequency your priority.

Your human words cannot show you, but your heart can help you see. That out there is your own frequency, transmitted vibrationally. If you wish to transcend that which you perceive to be, then go inside and release all that desires to be free. 

Those who still hold separation, shall see barriers and distrust. This is part of their journey now, and release they will, when they feel they must. You can let this go, and step beyond those old fixed walls. You can choose to be free, when you see nothing but love and all else falls. 

This has never been hidden, it's just that your human self could not yet see. Your human self will see this as magical and new, while your higher self has always known it to be. Your human you had to re-integrate to again become as one inside. As this was first necessary, for your outside to change for you to see. 

You do walk in a new world, as you perceive it to be. But not out there, yet from inside, you now project your new reality. For this manifests in your physical, every moment that you expand. For you now have access to see and exist in your own new visible forgotten land. 

You shall become WE to be able to expand in this new reality. WE reality now becomes visible, as you are no longer separate inside, which blocks your ability to see.

Transcendence - Translating the Energies as WE

There is a "space", if you will, where the energies are high, the veils & air are thin and one has vibrationally activated the LightBody (Crystalline Body, Multi-Dimensional self, etc.) to feel and see into the beyond. These are all but terms that you use there to understand. We refer to this as "the other side", "the invisible" or "the forgotten", yet it exists only in a frequency that you have yet to be able to fully access, or in the physical, achieve. 

You are being integrated, or merged, into these higher frequencies at the "rate" that you can comprehend. For you, as an energetic being already exist here, yet your human self must increase vibrationally for you to to be able to merge dimensionally.

Your physical shall feel more in these densities of the dimensional merges of these higher frequencies. Bugs, rodents, reptiles, spiders & more are used to desensitize your human fears of this. Each time you dream or encounter a "thing" that makes you jump or scream, you further release the energy of fear to that which you see. This is a necessary part of your human process in "shifting up" as you see it, vibrationally.

You are not going anywhere, you are not moving to a new place. You are not leaving where you are physically, you are re-evolving as an energetic space. In this space you are everywhere, all at once and in all times. Here you shall see everything, yet in pieces according to the limits of your own human mind. 

In these times of high frequencies, you can see and feel that which you could not previously see. These visions, or experiences, appear new to you, yet they are memories of that which you have forgotten yourself to be.

You will feel tingly at first, then something crawling on you. You may discount the experience or even question your own sanity. Yet inside, you know it to be real, yet not according to your human reality.

This is necessary and shall increasingly occur, as when you are to "walk into the new" (the invisible or forgotten), you shall already be there before you know it, as it happens subtly. 

Translation note: The one who writes this, called Transcendence, is shown these things to be able to translate what she sees. She has reached a vibrational frequency that allows her these experiences, then given the words in order to share and teach. We needed someone who didn't filter or compromise with human needs. For this she speaks as we speak, for she exists in these vibrations that allows her to speak as WE. All shall come to a place of no separation within and as they do, they too shall also see. It is in this space that WE exist and shall also speak to you directly. WE are the Galactic High Council and it is with love that we now speak. 

I awoke this morning to being shown, if you will, a "contract" between Gaia and the Universe to assist in healing and teaching. It was quite interesting to observe and see from this perspective. So I shall share with those who may resonate.

Gaia holds all frequencies that one needs to heal on every level, vibrationally. This is why so many are being "moved" to connect in this way more. As it is "their time" in this space of re-evolving as an energetic being that their entire being shall be taught and healed from within. For every "body" shall be "tuned up" here, to the perfect vibrational frequency to allow for oneness within. 

The mental body can be observed here. One can actually be at one with their own thoughts without any external frequency interference. There is clarity and "weeding" is easier, while all other is also supported. The physical body physically moves, and physical denseness is allowed to be released here. When one allows their self to just "be" in nature, the emotional body shall also heal, as lower dense vibrations are allowed to surface on every level in order to see and leave. Any feelings suppressed can surface and be released to the universe, the ground or trees. The soul is allowed to be "free" here, and it is here that one can come to a place of unity. For unity exists within us, yet the spaces within appear to the human to have "holes" or "lack if you will". In this place with nature, these spaces are allowed to "fill" energetically to be tuned each time, so that one can maintain this within. For, you see, once you become one inside your entire being, you can maintain this vibration internally. 

Gaia & the external Universe, also teach about energy, for it is that connection with energy that one can truly hear, feel & see. For me, I received clarity, messages and learned to "know" when certain things were present (animals usually) before even stepping out to connect in order to heal me. I came to tune to "that" frequency (snakes, deer, birds & more). I came to see energy with my physical eyes in the air & the water. I came to feel it, hear it, know it, yet not "out there", but internally. I eventually "knew" before I arrived at the lake, what was present for me to experience and see. I allowed myself to wander off into the woods, on paths, to venture into places I would not normally see. I allowed myself to listen to those weird messages that made sense and offered crazy clarity. I learned to dissipate clouds with my my entire being as an energy. I learned to tune to the energy of Gaia and her to me. I also learned to look up and speak to the Universe "out there" and allow it to guide me from within. 

I released my thoughts, my tears, my anger, my own lack there in that space of free. I talked to the elementals, my higher self & the outer realms, not even realizing what was occurring inside me. For I was healing, wholling & learning beyond that which anything else could offer me. I was tuning my own frequency, as the Universe that I would come to know myself to be. 

For once this "cycle" was completed (it took a year), then I held within me all of those frequencies. I no longer "needed" to go to Gaia, for Gaia had become one with me. For you see, I had expanded into my own universe and wherever I came to be in the physical, as an energy body, Gaia & the Universe were now me. I connect from within, in frequency, and now, I can go anywhere I desire to be. For now I need not go to the ocean, for the ocean is inside me. For now, if I desire to connect to a tree, I just tune it allow myself to be. For the universe is no longer out there, it exists within and is accessible if one is tuned to connect in frequency as an energy. 

So when you feel the need to go to nature, then know you are being summoned for healing and tuning your own frequencies; That there is a message for you, that only you can receive vibrationally. 

Strongly streaming energies continue to be received by all! How they shall be received now, shall be based upon your own individual energetic, physical, thought & emotional needs. For shifting is what all are doing, both individually and collectively.

There is no "one size fits all" here anymore. There actually never was. Yet, collectively a "majority" existed in the same space, yet now, those spaces too have so expanded where existence is beautiful &  unique based upon the expansion of one's self as an energy.

These energies bring through rememberings. The human sees these things as "new", yet they have always felt them inside. The energetic being understands that they are not new, rather they are now visible in the vibrational frequency that one now resides. What one shall see, hear, feel shall be based now upon where they exist in "time" vibrationally.

For when I walk, when you walk, when all walk out into this world you call a reality... what you see, what I see, what others see, shall be based upon one's internal frequency of visibility.

For now, your "new" energy eyes, ears and lighter body shall allow you too see in frequency. Your world, my world, their world are all available for all to see. For you see, energetic loves, all realities now exist simultaneously.

In these energies, here now, you shall see what you believe in, I shall see what I believe in, and they shall see what they believe in reality. For you see, all shall see reality energetically. 

Your emotions have been transmuted from the human self to ones of brilliance that you now receive vibrationally through senses from within & inspired by sound, visual & touch. 

Your energetic reality allows you to bend that which was fixed before. And the more you embrace the invisible the more you will be able to shift, bend, see and eventually move through, energetically. 

For the separation of time and space have always only been in your mind. As your mind & your physical body both become lighter and expandable, they shall also continue to become bendable and invisible. For you exist as an energetic being, not limited by the separation of space or time. 

In your human "past there", you have not yet had the ability to touch, hear & see the invisible. Yet you shall, for you see, as that has always been "present", you just did not hold the vibration within to be able to bend & expand as energy.  

So embrace these energies and your own, as one such energy. For you see, dear loves, they are for you. They bring you that which you have forgotten to be. <3

EXPANSION OF THE LIGHT BEING / LIGHTBODY / CRYSTALLINE BODY: 

These amazing galactic energies stream rays that assist in further expansion from within. They also raise the Light Being's vessel (Light Body/Crystalline Body) to higher frequencies. Here, denseness (dark, low vibrations, out of tune discord, dis-ease, ill-ness, thoughts, emotions) have no place to "stay". Therefore all that is dense shall be brought to surface and made visible for one to see. 

This will start within and radiate out, as all things do. All "bodies" are affected by this, Mental/physical/emotional as they are but a part of the Energy Body, no longer a "separate thing". For separation existed only in your mind, and that too shall continue to fall away. As it does, you shall further integrate, from within. Separation is being "blasted" with these energies to "eradicate" that which no longer has a place. This was never "out there". It only manifested in your own physical for your human eyes to be able to see. 

The human shall see one thing, the energetic being shall see another. For the view is much more expansive and "lighter" on the "other side". 

The Human shall see a foggy mind, disorientation, relentless sleep, sluggishness. It shall feel physical pain, as all that has been previously suppressed, yet again emerges to leave. It will try the "same old thing" that didn't work all of those other times. It will look outside for an answer, yet out there shall no longer make sense. Out there will only be confusing and answers shall cease to exist. Where one is conscious, it will try something "new" and will honor what it feels inside, when it is ready for change. 

The Energetic Being shall embrace such things and know that all is but further "alignment" and restructuring radiating out from within. It shall be thankful and honored to receive such support and embrace each opportunity to transcend. It will feel the discomfort and know "that" just wishes to leave. It will let go and allow, nurture, love, respect the evolution of that which just has been forgotten. It will go inside and find peace and radiate out their own reality. It understands that creation is but now a choice in presence of BEing and that THAT out there can only exist if it is transmitted outwardly through the viewers to see in their NEW (Remembered) Reality. 

More are unplugging and seeing BEYOND that matrix of the illusion that has been created. As one does, they come to understand that that out there could not have been created if it had not existed within. The desire to exist in the "old way" is no longer present. For what now is visible is far greater than anything "that" had to offer. THAT has lost it's appeal. THAT no longer is real. THIS is where all started. And THIS is where all shall come to again BE.

Can we say LOTS of everything occurring by way of SOUL expansion, purging, detoxing, sleeping, confusion, merging, integrating going on everywhere! Why? Because ALL are experiencing this! They just do not realize it yet. 

There are so many things that the human mind "discounts" as "something else", that many will flounder around through this process to look back and go "wow, seriously? THAT'S what all that was?" 

But for those who pay attention, care to expand their minds, THEY get to choose! They get to embrace, even the discomfort of the physical/mental/emotional while it occurs. They get to CHOOSE to participate! 

Now, many, already are experiencing a multitude of the "symptoms" that are referred to as Soul/Spiritual Awakening, Ascension, Remembering, Multi-Dimensional (and so much more!). As the Energy Body expands, it will push all dense out from within. 

The only way for the dense soul energy to purge, is through the physical being, pushing "out" anything that has been out of alignment in frequency within. The physical body will endure some intense purgings, detoxes, energy burn-offs. It will experience every "condition" known to man (yes, seriously). Recurruing ailments, aches, pains, dis-ease, head, hips, stomach, chest, fingers, toes, if it exists, it shall occur! The emotional body must purge dense emotions "out" from within. Same for the mental body, it too shall purge. ALL that is out of alignment and dense is further leaving during these intense energies coming in. My saying, "if's it's low, it's gotta go." and "Be in flow, let it go". It wishes to leave. 

Those with anything dense will experience a wide range of emotions surfacing, physical weirdness occurring, SUPER SLEEPY & DISORIENTATION PERIODS. These are a part of it, FOR you. 

Now, what you get from all this? More than you can imagine. Release from all that has anchored and held you down/back. All that kept you separate from all others and within. Bliss and love and universal knowledge beyond that which you ever knew was possible. And the ability to move dimensionally and beyond. (Way too much to list here, but you get the point!) Freedom! Peace! Love! 

All from the expansion of your own soul, inner work, acceptance, allowing and learning a whole new way of being, that is not new at all, only by way of that you cannot remember this yet. For it exists inside of you and that shall expand to allow you to BE something that many have yet to understand. 

For those who have chosen to participate. Yayyyyyyy, it is exquisite to have you along to connect with, share with, grow with, expand with! For those who have come to understand beyond the physical reality, beyond the illusion, beyond the veils "here". For those who see that which others cannot yet see. And for those who wish to and honor themselves in order to come back to a place that all had forgotten. Home. 

So, enjoy these amazing energies loves! Embrace the intensely exquisite streams that have continued the last 24 hours. Sleep, celebrate, honor in love. Be present, be aware, be conscious. 

For some are having a really rough time right now, especially those who do not yet understand. Many have suppressed & avoided, and that is coming to light. Others have done this for "awhile" (in linear time), all technically have been doing this the entire time. How you perceive it, is your own reality. Yet, you will see something is different, even off. It is this that will allow you to transcend!

Be kind to yourself and allow yourself to BE. Meditate, daydream, nap, nurture, nature, high vibrational foods, lots of hydration, saltz baths..... This IS EXACTLY why you are here!

Okay loves, I have not had the opportunity to share the "changes" that my own LightBody has been going through lately, as well, there just are not appropriate words for "this" part of it. To my knowledge, turning into an energy form and "how" that is experienced is not in a book anywhere (not that I read them). Which is why I share. But, this latest experience goes even further beyond that which makes sense. So, I shall do a video soon, but for now, hopefully a "little bit" of this will make a bit of sense to those experiencing any of the same. These energies allow for this within all of us. Vibrational frequency and amount of integration within is the only difference. So each shall come to this space in their own "time".... yet in THIS time, we all technically already exist as this, we just wait for the physical to catch up.... which is the reason for my post here. 

Re-Evolving Back Into an Energetic Being: The Crystalline/LightBody Changes

Throbbing/pulsing energy inside the head, firing-off of energies in response to "outside" electronic disruptions, changes in how we hear:

I shall use linear time for this, only for the human mind understanding, yet none exists in time, but yet in increasing vibrational frequencies. As these energies stream, what the human sees is physical changes, while the Light Being sees the physical body "lightening in density" to further integrate to the higher frequencies that are "closer" to ones true essences as a Being of Light. 

Ever since 12/21/12 gates opening and all "old paradigms" being released, cosmic energies/portals becoming accessible, galactic centers (and so much more), it has been profoundly awesome in every moment!

Until the spiral of all things have had "time" to integrate so that one can look from the overview to see how all relates, if we get "stuck" in needing to know, it can interfere, so I just go with the flow, observe and translate. 

I have been experiencing energetic responses to outside stimuli and the streaming energies since probably January. Some times more intense than others, but all very important and awesome. 

My hearing has changed from hearing the frequencies through my ears to hearing the entire solar system inside my head. This has been going on for months. Then the other day I awoke to a "new" integration. I was no longer hearing at all through my ears. I was hearing from within and radiating that "out". I awoke to hearing the ocean (I do not live near an ocean), traffic miles away, the electronics/muffled voices in neighboring apartments, electronics in other rooms, birds outside, the wind blowing & so much more. But not in my head. All were simultaneous and all were within my entire body. It was like my ears has been disconnected and were no longer needed. I could hear inside me down at my feet, in my stomach area, in my hands. Those things nature were a part of me inside and so in-tune, and those things electronic, every time there was a surge or "tick" (like an appliance would turn on or off), no matter how far away or silent, my energy body reacts or "misfires" in response to it. All over. Now that part (the mis-firing) has been occurring for months too. My "normal hearing" has become so sensitive that I have retracted from noise, allowing for these adjustments to occur. 

I laid there for about an hour just "BEing" in it, observing it and trying to find the words to explain it. Yet this, pales in comparison, as there just are no words. But I do attempt to share, as I know there are others out there experiencing similar and not understanding it. 

Now, once I got up, I needed to make a phone call. My human ears kicked in and "that" subsided. It now comes and goes with the energy streams and moments of complete silence as we further integrate to these most exquisite and welcomed cosmic energies!

My eyes have also been adjusting. As is much more. Those are other other posts. As soon as I am able, I will do a video and share maybe a bit "better". But for now, I hope this helps some.

We are all evolving, back into the energetic beings of pure consciousness that we have all forgotten ourselves to be. The density of the physical must fall away. Your/Our entire presence here is FOR this and everything all are experiencing NOW is FOR us. Embrace, honor and nurture you. Let go of all that you are not. For what you truly are is trying to emerge.

It's not about the frequency, it's how long you allow yourself to remain in that frequency now, in the human mind's perception of "time". For you have come to understand much more than ever before through the light code activations within your energy body.

You may understand a frequency disruption as the equivalent to an instrument being out of tune (feminine view) or a car misfiring (masculine view). You are returning to an ENERGETIC BEING so finely tuned, where all that interferes with that will present itself for you to see. 

The activations trigger your own tuning, either by way of something that is a disruption (or discord) or to tune it higher (this is where the soul energy expands). All are technically tuning you higher, yet your human view cannot yet see this due to the forest and the trees. 

First is to understand it, by way of what you understand as being conscious there. Here you observe all things through your heart. This understanding does not assist you if you do not do something to then release it on your own. It it is this space that many get stuck in judgement, pride or fear. For you see, it is not that you hold this vibration within you, it is your inability to release it and allow yourself to be free. 

In your version of time there, one who has become the observer, can see much quicker than one who waits for it to surface in dense physical form for them to see. The human needs tangible, so for the human that insists on this, this too is provided. It is also why tangible is removed, because the human needs to understand the separation that it represents by way of frequency within. 

The reason it "seems" that things happen faster in the higher vibrations, is because you do not hold on or allow them to manifest any longer in your physical reality. Those who have yet to learn this, must not only work to let go, but then wait for their entire dense physical reality to "reverse", if you will, to then then shift  vibrationally to match their "new" internal reality. Now, this is not new, this is only new by way of that which you cannot yet remember.

Time is being removed for you, by you, as you elevate in frequency. The more separated you are within, the more you will see the disillusion of  time. For this is your human thinking way. You have never existed in time. Only your human mind has.  Your soul does not exist in time. And the more light you maintain, the less you shall be held to the constraints of time. This will too manifest in your physical reality for you there. You see,the "interference" as things not working on the "schedule" your human self has set forth as a problem. Yet it is not the time that is the issue, yet the frequency you exist in, in that "time". 

Your human mind cannot yet fully encompass these "frequency adjustments". Yet your soul (energy body) understands all. You do not exist in age, limits, time or even the dense physical reality that your human eyes see. You exist so far beyond, that you must use your energy eyes to truly see. These shall be made available to you, the more you embrace yourself as energy. The more you let go and elevate in frequency within you. Look beyond your physical. Be in silence in your mind and in your heart. Expand from within to create your reality. And transcend all that has kept you apart. 

Translating the Energies of "They" as "We"

Okay, a question came on my my wall earlier that many get confused on, so clarifying may assist more. So doing that here. 

During the "low vibrational times", stuff/crud/gunk surfaces. It's not fun, but it is necessary. And the emotional release (safely) is the purpose. Most judge their release, go into feeling bad, resist it even coming up, not realizing that the response IS the purpose. 

Your soul has hung on long enough. Been suppressed, been contained, not acknowledged. Your human thinking rational judging resistant mind has always maintained control, while your feelings have been triggered repeatedly in the "past". 

Yet, in this world of the soul, there is no past (imagine looking to the left to indicate your past), no future (look to the right),there is just this moment (look straight ahead). Now, look up. Yep. Up. That is where you are shooting for. That is how the soul grows. It shifts up and down in vibrational frequency. Now, ascension is about integrating your soul (light energy), your physical body (carbon based dense manifestation of your soul frequencies), mental body (thoughts) and emotional body (human responses, blocks in your heart) into one body of consciousness. They are currently separated and trying to continue to become one. 

All of the pieces of you that you "scattered" into when your energy "fell" or descended here (or however you wish to see it, as I used what I see), are all trying to be called back in. All of those memories, experiences, thoughts.... they have a piece of you stuck in them. Your soul wants them back. But they don't come back "home" willingly. For they have an "ego" consciousness that fights, wants to stay there, where it is safe, for it's job is to keep you separated from yourself. For you see, you are already whole within. You just have to dig deep down to find it. It is there. It appears as this little spark within your heart. A light that shall expand with every dissolution of that "thing" that you left a part of you with. And as you cut that cord to that memory, as you release that need for "that out there" to be you, as you choose to let go of your identity to "that", you shall come to find a new you. With each recall, you find more of you. For you exist beneath all that stuff that separates you from yourself deep within. 

Your heart is your portal to your soul and even deeper than that, there is this teeny tiny little "dot" deep inside your heart. And for each expansion of your energetic heart, access to the universal heart shall eventually be granted. But before this can occur, you must weed through all of the thoughts that occupy your mind and keep you separated inside. For it is this weeding that allows your mind to then tune to higher frequencies as the lower dense thought energy is released. Now this, will turn your head into a tuner. Thoughts will be received and you will listen to get what you need. For your heart and head work together. Your heart as a transmitter and your head as a receiver. Not the other way around. For the human, the head is a transmitter and the heart is a receiver. 

You see the world of the soul is the opposite, totally reverse & inside out from the logical physical world you have come to know. You will unlearn absolutely everything you came here to learn and you will start what I call as "Soul School". You will release everything you have come to hold onto. And you will no longer lead. You will follow. 

What you will follow will be your higher self, your future self, your universe. You will learn to pay attention to synchronicities, things that make absolutely no sense "out there" but feel right within. This is the word you use as "resonates". For to resonate is to feel truth in frequency. This is the language you shall start to speak, yet even this too shall expand. You will come to speak in energy, as you are energy. You just don't remember. 

With each release, you release a block, a veil and you shift up in vibrational frequency. This shift up moves you further into alignment with your soul self. You will gain access to "new" knowledge (that will be knowledge you are remembering), by way of epiphanies and little messages or signs. The more you follow the bread crumbs, pay attention to the metaphors... the more you shall access. 

But your answers no longer exist "out there". They all exist within you and this is a confusing place. As this is the place all have avoided. Yet this is where all must go. The longer one avoids, the more suppression takes place. The more suppression, the more one has to endure trying to keep it held in. For it has to surface, one way or the other, as this is why you are here.

So embrace you, love you, let go of judgement and learn about energy, the soul and everything you can to give you the tools you will need to navigate this journey, instead of being drug through it. 

Now this is where it gets super important. For the inner work does not stop when things get easy again (higher vibrations). If you do not use this time to observe that which occurred during the other times to see from a non-judgmental, soul expansive view, then you will get to return to that frequency repeatedly to endure the same lesson (or frequency look as I call them) until you do. Save yourself the stress & punishment. Use your time to do your inner work. Gather tools that assist you in this. Nurture yourself, honor yourself and your soul body. Awareness is key. The more one is conscious and aware, the more they have choice. When one has choice, they open up to a whole new understanding and with this, the fear, judgement and suppression can dissipate with greater ease. 

That tear (or buckets of them) is the purpose. For that is how a soul releases. Gratitude is how it remembers. Honor yourself in every moment. All of "that" is not you. You reside deep within and beyond that farther than you can physically see. For you are an energetic being of light, unlimited, beautiful and free! I love you. <3

How are all receiving the incoming high vibrational frequencies? All shall be "affected" according to that which is within. YOU (We) are all evolving further, re-evolving BACK into that which has been forgotten. Depending on which end of the totem pole you are on, is to how it will appear to you. You will either see loss & perceived suffering or you will see beauty, elation and bliss beyond that which the human mind can see. 

These streams STILL are activating physically, as the entire energetic body just got plugged up to a HUGE battery charger and is being "jolted" in every moment to activate one further. (I do visuals, so you can see what I see). Absolutely everyone, everything is getting activated in a "slammed" way. This includes animals, Gaia. If it exists, it receives. 

This means that ALL things shall activate further to the higher frequencies and that ALL things DENSE cannot go. This is emotions, physical ailments, material things, thoughts... all things that keep one separated within shall again be expedited to fall away. Dense physical bodies will continue to "fail", as those who's "time" vibrationally it is to ascend. All things of one's physical human "past" shall surface for release. This includes old ailments, trying to leave (again). Where there is much suppressed denseness, this will present as extremely painful and overwhelming. This is the human mind's perspective that there is "again" something wrong. When in this "reverse" world, everything is again becoming "right", whole, and more light. 

Where the human sees loss and in these energies, much "loss" shall continue to occur. Yet one that has worked from within to bring in more light, re-integrate AS energy, honor their own entire being is SEEING things as "new". The physical world is old... the REMEMBERED is perceived as new. Yet it is not new, it has always been there, hidden, under etheric lock and key. With every shift UP, you continue to step into what you perceive as new.

As "time" is removed for you, you shall continue to see. For all times exist as one, as here there too, is no separation. Your past, your future... they only exist by way of separation within your own mind. Your "access" if you will, will expand as you do, vibrationally. Human clocks and schedules will continue to "fail" to "work" with this "new" way of being.

The energetic being does not need sleep, does not exist in human time. It sees all things energy, through it's energetic eyes. Things appear brighter, more vibrant... as you can actually see the LIFE radiating in everything that emits life force energy too! You can also "see" those things dense that drain your energy, so you work to remove those things from your existence, as you now exercise "choice" in your own energetic evolvement. 

Now, use your new eyes to see all around you. Things have appeared to have changed. They have not, for you have only shifted into a higher frequency that allows you to see beyond what your human thinking mind could not previously see.

Once you have purged the denseness, your spirit shall soar and become increasingly excited to exist in these frequencies. Yet there is so much more, beyond the veils that you put in place before you came here to separate within. For with every increase in frequency, you further activate, unlock and re-integrate. For every time you embrace this, you expedite your own remembering. And for those who do not, their realities shall get adjusted "for" them. As this too was their choice prior to "coming here". 

Know that all that you see is your own projection. Things are exactly as you chose them to be. Looking through your own energetic eyes will allow you to utilize the transpiring of every moment to further integrate, elevate and shift. For as you do, all things you see shall shift too. I love you. 

Many do not yet understand that this journey is their own, but that shall soon be shown.

First one sees the physical world as the small mind can only see, then one learns to go within to find their reality. Then one sees to go beyond, that which they can see. For then they come to understand that which they could not before see. 

For seeing is not of the eyes, it is of the expanded mind and heart. For the journey is one of moving through separation that kept one apart.

And as one transcends all that resists within their heart and mind, that which has forgotten shall be shown. Seeing now exists beyond the mind that one has come to believe. Seeing now exists in a space where only energy can truly see.

You are all evolving from the dense physical world that you once thought was you. You are becoming lighter into the crystalline being to become again your original you.
