Crystalline energies have been activating the last few hours. I have truly missed these, so very glad to hear them return. More magic, instant materialization, visibility comes with these. Lower realms, density... I have no idea anymore what occurs in the lower realms with these. I do not see the lower realms any longer. I do know that energy/spin points fill with these, so some tend to have discomfort, even pain, where there is density/duality/resistance. I can sense the 3rd eye filling with Light Activations. The other normal ones are back of neck, shoulders, spine. Crown/entire head could feel these. You will have to see what you see in your reality. "Here", all light activations only bring more awesomeness, bliss, remembering. Open up loves... expand in light. ♥

Energy shift update: We have activated the super super super fine, crystal streams. These further bring forth Christ Consciousness, build the LightBody/Merkaba, allow for "see-through" visibility, dissolve the "old untrue" realities and allow for the "New"/Remembered Realities to actually become visible in the physical to see... Vision and BEing IN it will depend on one's own vibrational frequency MAINTAINED within... "Blips" occur to show one what shall come forth, then "time" is allowed for one to expand their mind to allow that to actually materialize here... One must first believe it for it to actually be able to occur, while simultaneously that which one has released as a belief is allowed to dissipate "out there". 

Tingling all over (from within) starts again... head, fingers, feeties... and more. Enjoy love.

Full body activations (vibrations) starting, yet mild still (here for me). These being the highest "pitched" frequencies I have accessed thus far, the higher realms start to "wave" (sound that can be heard), all simultaneous. The lower brainwave state begins to drop, to bring meditative/sedative state for many. (Zoom zoom inside head can be heard). Gravity starts to leave inside, for these frequencies allow for the Merkaba to go to full activation. Cold temps move in (inside). Out there separates from in here.. and the bubble becomes visible. Whether it goes "full blown" or decreases, has yet to be seen. All "in-the-moment" loves.... Update where presents to do so.

Energy Update: Frequencies... wow... the absolute highest pitches I have ever heard (thus far) are activating BIGTIME. Earlier, "coring" energies to "dig up" anything that needs to surface, then shifted to LightBody/Crystalline, to then just completely open wide up with super super super high high high frequencies BEyond anything I have had access to "prior". Absolutely everything will be affected by these. I was listening to "time" dissolve earlier, changes to the body templates, and more. I keep "wondering what is going on out there", for these will create HUGE shifts, that I usually become aware of later, for I do not entertain and "out there" reality anymore. Dental work/teeth, head, 3rd eye, tingly hands, feet... all can feel this. The crown feels like it is about to just open up wide right now.... Headaches (major) could result for many from this; dizziness, fuzziness, inability to focus as much gets wiped (dissolves) and further forms (light particles)... Sharing for those who use this to see what is up in their own reality, with their LightBody.... The physical would greatly be affected by these, where dense needs to surface and go and where the carbon-based body further re-configures and transforms to crystalline.

Yesterday was huge also, yet I was unable to update as to the entire "celestial event" that was going on about 12 hours ago. It was magnificent. 

I have not been online and will return where I can. Doing course registrations within 24 hours ... Wow at what is occurring. For the Light Realms to continue to open/expanse, dense must intensify, where it exists....

I will be offline the rest of the day, yet I post for those who use the energy updates for "seeing" what is existent in their current realities. I post that which I recognize in frequency, and translate that which I observe. (I do not suffer, as what I experience is only light). 

The energies this morning were peaceful, open hearted and flowing. They have shifted to the ones that bring further visibility about. This will be that which is within one, that which is "out there" and that which is being "built" (as it is perceived to be). These are the super super super fine ones and they stream for many hours at a time now in a days time. They have done this each day lately. All day at times. 

Christ Consciousness, Merkaba, Forgotten Worlds/Lost cities (and more).... all a part of these energies that now stream (from within). These can intensely affect those with anything dense that needs to be seen, anything in the physical that is out of alignment or in discord. These stream to activate visibility. These are what we all have waited for. Yet the old must first come up to be seen, so that it can then be released to dissolve and fall away. 

If you find yourself in a space that is not comfortable, see where you are trying to do anything "the old way". See where "that is no longer you". See where you lack trust (or anything inside). And choose to let it go. For those in peace, expand this. Stay silent if words are not absolutely necessary. And if out there starts to crumble, know that it must for truth and the forgotten to come to light. I love you.

Energy streams shift to the LightBody/Merkaba activating. Feels like a mini-earthquake inside. Sounds are currently high pitched spinning frequencies, the "airplane" on the air-strip barely audible. These can increase to what feels & sounds like a space shuttle taking off. Or completely wind-down to nothing. All depends on the energetic flow. Update if I can. Head bigtime affected lately, for those who are wondering. Many "head clearings/tunings" going on for that which is coming. I have gone through 2 or 3 myself this last week or so (love these)! Higher realm streams very present here. (p.s. I awoke to all new high high high frequencies last Saturday, then again yesterday I believe). See previous posts or the website for Merkaba Activation descriptions. There are many and they are different each time, while a part of the "whole". 

A very busy night last night energetically, while observing "clearings" occur in my sleep ... LOVE it when this happens, as I am conscious enough in that state to actually participate, clear and get an energetic re-boot! Awoke to the magnificent sun, yet the coolest is the clouds. They are flying by at warp speed. I have never seen this. Usually they just drift by... hmmmmmm interesting! Happy Day loves. I shall write where I can, while hauling stuff to donate throughout the day. 

Energies continue, activations continue, higher realm streams continue. Enjoy!!! 

Energies this morning have been peaceful streams of 5th Dimensional/higher realm energies.... they create a sedative meditative state for many, assist in further lowering the brainwave frequency state, so that one can merge and further access universal consciousness from within. They allow for quiet clarity, silent connection and easy flow, where dense has been cleared. There has been much work on the head region since last night. It was focused there for awhile, yet this morning continue to silently dissolve and dissipate the "old". Sounds like simultaneous waves of "stuff" being washed away, while "new" streams in, silently, quietly, peacefully. 3rd eye and crown area can feel these activations. Can hear the computer tuning with these. Thus far, not so high that I cannot work. So off to get stuff done. Today is a continued moving day, scheduled sessions and preparation for upcoming events! Update in between and have a magnificent day loves! 

p.s. there is a bit of "chiseling" starting, crystalline being activated and the inner vibrations now begin, while very very subtle. Seems we have a day of much "flowing"................... Update where I can, when shifts are noticed. 

So the energies thus far today have been interesting. They appear to be "washing out the old" of the last couple of days, while some linear "time" remains present still. There is work being done in the head region to "erase" the memories/frequencies of that which has surfaced to see. Linear time now being dissolved, yet slowly thus far... Higher realms are a bit present... some could feel like they are in a void space while this occurs. It feels as if we shall shift up, as the frequencies build in the 3rd eye region and anything left is resolved and allowed to go. Great morning for observation and "seeing" that which was not previously visible inside. At least for me it was! I love you and post later. Work & replies today.

Energy Update: So the streams of earlier, subsided over the last couple hours... to now shift to the "shrilling" ones that create headaches & nausea. 3rd eye building, as much much much light has been activated today. Lower back, maybe even the spine, back of neck, are "normal" with these. These can create physical discomfort, if they last long enough, so make yourself comfortable and don't resist. Be grateful, as these all assist every one of us. I can't remember what these do.... erase time, wipe the etheric blueprint possibly. I am only popping in for updates today with traveling. May not be online much these next several days. 

Oh, and the teeth... I forgot the "work" on the teeth (metal tasting mouth). ∞

Wow, is the feeling and hearing of the new pathways being opened in the "head" for connection. The waking brainwave state is magnificent. I awoke with the words streaming for a visual to write and share for, so I shall do so in a bit. 

Currently, the head region feels and sounds like the top of one of those tall tall tall radio towers (or a super tall tree), where waves would be received and transmitted all at same time. The "air" passing by, the the occasional quiet "zoom" to activate a new pathway opening (last night was wow with this!), the current transmissions sounding like a super quiet stream flowing so so so smoothly, continually, without any interruption or interference. 

One could sit in silence and just BE totally connected here, to access, with eyes open, with that which was not available before. One could go out in nature and connect and be connected beyond "before"... and one could go out around others and just move about, no words necessary to speak (which is how my reality already is, unless the occasion in love arises). 

Peace and silence are the current streams. One could sleep and connect in further (I plan on doing this as soon as I feel to shut-down). 3rd eye and back of head (hmmmm) is tingly, building with light activations and expanding. Feels like there is more head expansion/tuning to occur. I do think I could physically float soon if this keeps up! OH yes!!!! Enjoy your day in new connections love!!!! 

As the streams increase in "strength" a tiny bit now, I shall return to update and share along the day!

Quietly expansive energy streams present.... wow.... new "sounds" are amazing. Peaceful, meditative, waking and walking fuzzy feeling bliss! Tinglies are magnificent (think that is my "new" word for the day, as everything is!)... The Energetic Communication Light Grid has "changed" much.... hmmmm ... very present, strengthened, yet quiet and we have been so finely tuned, it feels (and sounds)..... back and forth today as I connect in, where I feel to do so too.... so much "overnight", just on the "tip" there to recall.... enjoy your moments in sharing, love, and peace!

Vibrational streams barely barely audible. That which could be heard is "muted" now for the last little bit. Silent waves of energy can be heard just present enough to know they are there. Present moment is easy, no linear seen. I do not know if my translations shall again be adjusted with these changes overnight. No detection of anything specific as far as "feeling".... it's like just "existing" is enough... no thought, other than the ones I create, no feelings, other than the ones I create.... no writing, other than what I create.... oddly cool space to "be".... I guess we shall see. Update if/when I notice a change. See how this goes... lol.... sure it will be amazing too! I love you.  It's almost like sitting in the silence of stillness.... of all time.....

So, higher realm streams going, yet while "silent" almost, the computer can be heard "waving" up and down with them... used to be they were loud when this happened... heartbeat in head moving back in to allow for easy connection. Either I ate too much today (which I did) or I have a huge "air baby" going on (which I do).... 0 to 9 months in the last hour! Yayyyy to birthing the NEW!!!! Integrates in sleep.... yet, I shall be working for quite awhile moving posts for the last several weeks over to the website. Usually when there are crickets outside, they are loud in my head... yet tonight I can only hear them outside, so something is definitely "different"....hmmmm. BE in love!!!

So "time" has definitely been "wiped" from our energetic templates ... not sure what it will be like "later", but I soooo totally got lost in the moment for a bit, moving posts.... could not tell if I had been sitting here for an entire day, doing this, or an hour or a few moments.... all just "stopped"... no concept what-so-ever... event when I tried to look at the calendar/clock on the computer, that "confused" me.... how cool!!!! ♥

Energies were really quiet for a bit, yet now increase to start "building" the LightBody up from within. Once I tune in to see what's up, I shall be back to share. So, many posts for me to catch up on & reply to, and I shall "work" to do that today, while I translate the massive amounts I have already received and work on this ever-lingering Master's Degree in Metaphysics that has been on hold for the last year & 1/2 while I worked on my own LightBody & being "taught" by the higher realm energies.

11:25 AMIt appears that "linear" is available "here". Linear is anytime one steps out of present moment to "pull" another "time" to them. We don't pull time to us, we exist in present moment and create, allowing for that "time" to transpire from our creation. Then we "arrive" in frequency to exist in that "time" that we have already created. We arrive vibrationally. This is how we exist in non-linear. No burned energy, and every moment present and in-flow AS all that is. 

Now for linear, those who have "thought energy" that needs to be observed , for transforming into love... this may be something you see. Peace within is still available for those who have come to know this, so shifting is what is necessary. To shift dimensionally, one must first understand how and then choose in love. Step up in vibration in every moment. I love you. 

Energies are shifting again. Will update soon. Metal in the mouth means crystalline/Light Body activations begin again. These build in the physical and require sleep at some point for integration/release. Seems linear may be moving out. Update soon! Blessings!

Quiet streams of the higher realms energies and meditative/sedative energies are present. If you can BE in a silent place to connect, observe & listen, this is perfect! If you are out & about, then observation and beautiful connections in love and peace. There is an underlying energy "working", yet I can barely hear it. The heartbeat in the head means lower brainwave state is present in the waking state. Whatever you "do", do it in love from within.

Okay, here we go loves... let's see how long it lasts... expansion, head "work", a "shrill" that seems to "drill" through the pineal gland. I have not heard this one before. Yet more frequencies activate too. Tingling is a definite side-affect and we have a bit of "flight"! Ya'll ready to do this? Come on!

We are "back & forth" "up & down" energetically today, yet not really "down" like the "old ways", just being shifted up then lowered, and then do it again. All to keep going "higher" loves! They are quick... in & out of linear time... quite comical to hear/see/feel in frequency... might not be so comical for one to experience, if one is unconscious/not present. Flow with it .. it's a WAVE DAY!!!

Okay, so there was this "weird void" energy that came through for a bit, while "stuff that many have been purging" worked to clear.... Now we have more strange energies starting again.... transmuted frequencies... dunno yet, be back when I figure it out... head can feel these (center of my head inside where pineal gland actually is)... feels & sounds like a LIGHT LASER chiseling OUT from within... that be super cool. Just open it all on up! Guess we shall see! I love you and honor however you feel to BE!

All went silent for awhile, such weird energies today! Been awhile since I heard/felt a solar flare. These bring itchies from within. Linear is about in the "middle", depending on how one "is". Can easily BE either way. Head may feel these too, depending. Update in a bit. Working on the "side".

The last bit (hours in linear) the streams have shifted to a super quiet suppressed stream of info. I awoke to "speaking" new info in my in-between state on "teaching the LightBody", yet "lost it" when I had to fully awake. Knowing it comes forth as soon as the vibrations increase for me to write and share... these streams still continuing. Can hear all the info being delivered. Quiet calm is available "here" for those who may have had a rough day. Sleep to see and integrate. Much love to all!

Higher realm energies just kicking in. Sounds like "stuff is being washes/swooshed away", while taking all into higher frequency realms. LOVE this. The feeling for those who have been doing the inner work, to shift dimensionally, is even more peace, bliss and perfection. The air here is actually is cooler in temp, smells clean and allows for thinner veils to be able to see energetically. The longer these go, the higher we go together!

Dense does not do well in these. Discomfort will present and it will be "harder" to be in these for those who have "clearing to do". Those who have been struggling, may notice "ease".... 

Wherever you are, honor that which you feel. Observe and allow. Let go of any resistance present, for this is a block you created to see and then release from within.

Any linear time that was present (human thoughts of another time) further moves out. Light energy activations cause the 3rd eye to build, some could experience neck and spine pressure as these areas activate/build too. Some could feel disoriented or dizzy in the head (fuzzy head is what I call it), memories have no, or little recall here. Tingling in the 3rd eye, nose, fingers toes, etc... The heart may expand for some here. Frequencies sing beautifully...

Okay, here we go loves... massive amount of higher frequency light being activated. The physical shall feel these in absolutely every way. As the Universal Body/Light Body comes to integrate to these frequencies, so that one's "vibrational spin" (Merkaba) can increase, all dense must go! So embrace and take it all in. If you find discomfort, do what you can to get through it, as for some this can get super intense. Ask for ease if you must, you have the ability to communicate energetically now. 

REMEMBER what you are. You ARE energy. And that is what is being "upgraded" in Light.

So the higher realm frequencies have been activated enough to interfere with electronics (my computer), which is my "sign" to take a break and go connect on a deeper level to tune-in, to see what other awesomeness there is to see. The "closed-eyed, quiet mind" state, currently still offers that which is not yet visible to see in the "open-eye" state. Choosing to do this on a regular basis, allows one to "bring" that forth in our vibrational awareness to then manifest in a physical reality. This is a journey of choice & honor in every moment. 10:20 AM - Good morning dear soul family of ever expanding light!

Ahhh, where to start... so very much, and luckily I love to write! (And thank YOU if it resonates for you to read and interact too!) 

The last day or so (my days are sun up to sun up here), were "surprisingly" interesting. As they always are. The evening before last (a day & 1/2 in human time), energies "dropped" to human'ish... and intentional presence was required to observe, learn & choose a response while seeing what was clearing to leave. 

It is "rare" for me to experience these things anymore, yet when I do, I know it is "important", in order to "let go" & move out remnant, hidden human/physical world energies. Yesterday took more "work" to stay focused from my inside world within. I realized I cannot function without earplugs, as this keeps me "inside" and for some reason, and the magnification of frequencies assists in my own existence. Kinda of like cutting off my "feeding tube" when I take them out to do sessions & forget to put them back in. 

For me, this upcoming month & a half, represents letting go of the rest of my human/physical experience here and stepping even further in absolute trust in every moment. Not that I do not do this already, but I have done this with a "simple & quiet" roof over my head, understanding "why" I needed to be in that physical place, both from a human perspective and also energetically, as an amazing opportunity for me to do "my work/my mission/my own expansion" here. 

Yet, now, I step into the "bigger" unknown, totally just letting go, fitting basic necessities in 1-2 pieces of luggage and honoring the familiar loving words of my own higher (future self) in peaceful and guiding energetic words "Just get there. You are stepping into that which has already been created. All you have to do is arrive, connect, share & trust." 

Meanwhile my human'ish mind visualizes me getting off the airplane, with luggage and just wandering about, no car, no roof and heavy stuff to lug around until I "figure it all out"... lol...forgo the following... 

Now, my human'ish me, still looks for simple places to stay (a roof & quiet place to work/BE), communities to connect with, transportation options (having luggage and no car, lol), purchasing a backpack (& more), where to store my laptop that allows me to do "this work" that encompasses writings/sessions/connecting. It is how I write books, do media (awareness) events, connect with you all, maintain the websites that provide an abundance of information and more. My higher (future) self shows me "blips" to lead me down a trail of things to check out, triggering "memories" of what has already been set forth, rather than listening to a human mind trying to prepare from a place of safety (technically fear). I am able to observe which is which and release that which is "untrue" within. 

Because this is an "opposite reality", the "old way" of doing things don't work. So for me, to venture out into the unknown, without anything "visibly" in place for where I am going, has taken on a whole new meaning of trust & honor from within.  Just packing my bags to go house/cat sit has "triggered" energy of how much I must really minimize the little bit that I do "own", and hidden "human fear" of the unknown. Now while in my heart, I soooo very much get it, and I soooo do trust, in every moment... apparently there is the "human aspect" of "safe" (fear), that purges in my sleep/shut-down state. I have awoken to "seeing it", gratitude for it leaving, to shift my physical body to go ahead and let it go and switch frequencies (this keeps us in it or moves us out of it).

It is cool how the next month was "laid out" to move me from place to place several times, to continue to minimize "stuff" and in a kind way, assist me in moving over enough "time" that I can do it without suffering, releasing any human discomfort from my mind, as I let go physically too. 

There is also the aspect of my own LightBody as a portal. Each time I "move" physically (where I sleep/stay), I must then acclimate energetically to be able to write and share with you all here. The "time" that this takes is much less now, just a few hours or a day, rather than what used to take days or weeks. I can see the purposes in all that is occurring now, what I am being "taught" to remember, to both "do" and BE. I use every moment to observe, and there are sometimes that withdrawing to honor that which is received is more important than sharing. For it is through that which I receive that I then come to share with others. 

Yesterday's energies started out feeling like there was "unsettled" separation present coming forth to purge, then by afternoon, felt "void'ish", while it seemed much collectively was being shifted to allow us all to shift into higher frequencies within. Today, I awoke to "hugely" hearing the crickets outside again in my head, knowing that the energetic connection with Gaia & the Universe had increased a bit. I walked outside and the crickets were sooo loud and I could tell that "that out there" was the same from within. What a beautiful thing to hear & feel inside. Linear "time" barely present, yet huge expansion not really felt. I hear our connection strengthening, and peace AS this energy is beautiful to observe. The "pathways" of the LightBody/Universal mind continue to activate. One can hear the "electricity" zapping & firing off, as the waking brainwave state continues to deepen this last day or so, and continue to do so "now". I have not been tired at all, with the sleep/wake states further merging, becoming more "flipped" & integrated too. Much of the time, when I shut down, I observe the human realities leaving, while in a waking state, what used to be a dream, is now a walking visible state, when one is aware and observing and creating in every moment from within. 

Today I continue to observe and write as I feel. I know there are a ton of messages, and will attempt to respond around honoring the energy of present moment for how I am shown to be. I take today to just BE, just me and this exquisite cosmos that sings in beautiful harmonic frequencies. I will update here & there and maybe open up to impromptu private sessions over the next few days. We shall see what occurs energetically. 

For now, have a most exquisite day in love. Whatever you experience, do it from a space of observation, through your heart. When you do this, details do not matter. Things do not matter. Personal does not exist. And peace is all there is. I love you.

Happy moment dear sweet soul/star family of light!

Okay, we have entered the energies of the NEW Moon and some are already noticing the affects in their physical. I have an entire writing on this coming through now to share, but for now.... much much much going on in light activations. I will return with more, as you all know, when I translate, one post turns into a book. Yet for those it assists, that is most important here. 

The coring energies that I fell asleep to, turned into connection energies through my "night". To awaken with open portals of communication and new rememberings, while feeling the entire body being activated with much much exquisite light!

Currently we have the Light Grid of Communication active to hear & connect to (you should do this at all times, as my posts are only reminders & for those who have yet to intentionally activate this within. I will re-post that when I finish this.

I awoke to see to change my words and to explain. So the writing that comes forth soon, shall be to explain visually how the Human body is merging with the Universal Body to then take us to full Universal Body abilities ... (only word I have right now). 

So, any dense that is being activated is occurring so that you can release that which blocks you within from expanding into your universal you. Your LightBody. Your Merkaba. For these are the same. We just speak to describe. When all words too are merged to become one, then one no longer shall be separated by the human words we describe this to be. Which is why I translate, and much time in visuals, for when you can visualize it, words are not necessary. And this too activates a remembering from inside of you too!

So, I shall return, as I work to receive my own words to translate... I will be replying to messages & posts as I can. We shall continue to accelerate energetically, so unbuckle your seatbelts, give your human mind a break & close your eyes often to see that which you cannot yet in the physical comprehend. For once you connect with it with your eyes closed, then you can bring that forth to create & materialize in your new reality. I love you!

Hiya loves... sorry to disappear, but I had to detour to do a Skype session with a sweet soul sister of light! 

The crystal sounding energies that activate the 3rd eye, spine pain, some nausea have started again. Earlier was higher realms & ease... so we shift shift shift to absolutely everything occurring today. Metal taste in mouth... linear is still a bit available to those who exist here. Many are experiencing a lot of physical pain, as they begin to feel more physically after all of the deep core emotional "stuff" has been released. 

Now, many of us have an area that we "sit" or meditate in where we feel is sacred to us. Here, we have created a "vortex" of high frequency energy and BEing in that space (even that room) is too intense during this. The energy body is too sensitive, and when there is much pain, one may have to go to another room that carries a lower vibrational frequency. Better yet, get outside in nature. Doesn't matter if it is day or night, utilize the tuning frequencies of Gaia/Universe to assist. This "sacred space" is for increasing our vibrational frequency, and should be utilized in every moment that one can do so, except when it is too intense to handle. Ask for ease, as your higher self will assist.

The higher realm streams start to flow.... so much being activated. See what you see.... all is FOR you... and your new Light Body. I am "maneuvering" today, so be back in a bit. On & off... I love you! 

3:33 PMCurrent Energy Streams are energy expanding, heart opening, 3rd eye/finger/feet/toes tingling blissfully peaceful energies of home within. Higher realms are present today, with any linear moving out, this last little bit. Fuzzy head may become present for some as "time" does not exists here. 

This morning's linear for me, allowed for peaceful observation from every realm, then words for books just start to stream out, through my fingers to just type, without even thinking. This is how I always write. BE'ing in this space allows for the Higher Self/Soul aspect to flow free. 

When we open up for expansive observation, we see views from every perspective that cannot otherwise be seen. These observations, for me, become teaching tools to share with others. The walking soul is present in every moment, observes in every moment and exists in a space of silence that needs no words. This for me alone, is bliss. 

8:42 PMI am having a hard time translating the energy streams lately, as the "view" has become so expansive, and I have yet to "remember" enough to explain it in human words. When this happens, I have to go on an "information-gathering, remembering-activation" expedition. Research to "trigger" what I have yet to access from within; for I did not study/retain education on the Cosmos, Human Body or Science. SO, when I figure it out, I shall share. I "understand it", yet have no appropriate words. For now, I shall just speak of the physical things that one may feel and what it can affect, meanwhile I work to integrate to the frequencies that hold this info within.

Seriously thinking I need to partner up with those who understand all of this stuff and become a human specimen. Okay, take my human brain away and beam me up, as I do not like it "here" in the world of the human mind. Going to open a portal and leave here! (Hey, gotta have a bit of fun with it all!) lol

Happy moment o LOVE most awesome and amazing BEings of LIGHT!

I am sending out beams and beams and beams of the most magnificent energy to touch you all! I have been offline while working & shifting into "moving" mode here on my end. It shall continue to be this way until I leave mid-October for Kauai to go connect & create in LOVE there!!! 

Energetically, there has been sooooo much occurring to bring in the new. Awaking to a very active Light Activation going on within us, it appears there is much much much happening inside in our solar/cosmic world to take us further into the NEW! 

I will have "new" words to describe what I have been translating these last many months with the LightBody/Crystalline/Energy Body, as I have seen much more by way of that which I have accessed in my own REMEMBERING here to share with YOU!

I do hope all are spending their moments activating from within in love, embracing light, releasing anything that no longer serves and mostly, coming to that place of utter and complete peace within that is available inside, no matter what is observed to occur "out there". Understanding how realities are created by each of us for our own "individual" experience is pivotal. For this allows us to transcend all, in order to leave that which "no longer exists" for us to further "move" into the new. Remember, one cannot let go and hold on too. Decide in every moment, that which you wish to have in your own reality. If you do not desire it, then come to understand that YOU created that to "no longer need"...

11:22 AMFull LIGHT BODY (Energy Body, Crystalline) Activations going on thus far today. One that is "tuned in" can feel the vibrations inside.... like an "explosion" of light. This is literal, yet I will explain in another writing with "overall" wording, right now.... this LIGHT is sooooo bright that any dark (dormant) cannot stay hidden (during or after) and any light one holds gets brighter! All gets more transparent with these. And WE have a full-blown mini celestial event occurring inside right now! So, whatever you see... observe your reality & expand from within in LOVE!!! Are ya'll ready to LIGHT it up today?? I love you. 

P.S. This can make for great discomfort when there are "untruths" to release. Observe and recognize "that" for that which it is... old/not true/never was you inside.... it was the story, the human aspect that no longer "exists", if you choose to release it inside. Nature, nurture, hydrate, sleep... and know that all shall pass "quicker" when allowed to do so.

The physical body shall be affected much with all of these "different" light code activations that are occurring inside. Right now the frequencies that sound like crystals (they now also look like a million stars activating. It is beautiful!).. oh back to the energy update, lol! 

The head/pineal gland/3rd eye affects that may be noticed: Tingling, fuzzy head, disorientation, pressure, inability to focus, disorientation, inability to remember and more.

The human aspect dissolves, literally, as the soul/spirit/higher self aspect is further awakening/expanding from within. The separation of time further dissipates, and this requires sleeping to merge/integrate. Light carries a super high frequency. When the human body/mind is denser than what wishes to activate/integrate, then one is shut down to sleep. When one holds a lot of light, this activates us further to exist with greater ease.

Earlier expansion energies streamed. There are a TONS of visible energetic flickers, floaties and twinklies. Visibility is further activated to be able to see in the physical. This occurs within you, as your "viewer" is inside of you. This shall be activated in your sleep state too. One will see "lights" in their 3rd eye region, super bursts, sometimes a "movie" will play "in there"... it is different with each "upgrade" activated energetically. 

The actual Light Body/Crystalline Form is further activated. More transparency for all. The Energetic Communication Grid of Lights continues to strengthen for all. 

The NEW MOON Energies bring NEW BIRTH from within, for all. Creating further the NEW out there, as more come to let go and come together to create, in love, together, without separation or thoughts of self. As "here", all thoughts are of all as one. This is how we create the NEW. But in order for this to occur, the old human perspective must be released. 

So honor you, however you feel inside to BE. Get out in nature, sleep as much as you feel to sleep. This is imperative here. Don't try to focus. If you can't, you can't. Struggling to do so will only drain your energy more. Take a nap & then rise to go again. For that which you have forgotten is attempting to emerge from within. ♥

ENERGETIC CORRIDOR OPEN one to connect from within. There was a "small" full-body activation earlier from within (felt like a mini-gamma activation), then the ability to go to a deep connection (receive information and see) opened. These are "portals" that we have opened within us, that shall, at some point, materialize as portals/gateways out there, for us to walk through. All who connect in this state as often as they can, shall expand this "capability" from within them. Deep silence, sleep, communication from within your own mind, through your heart, is what shall give you this access to these portals. Now, you, as an energetic being are only accessing that which you had blocked before by human emotions, thoughts and needs. As you continue to release absolutely everything "human", you shall be able to further see. I shall write more, as I too must go connect in. We all come to connect in these states, at first via the energetic communication streams that all are coming to connect to/as. I am shown to write more on portals/gateways & the vibrational ability to start to be able to move through these as more transcend. It is up to you to utilize your moments to connect in any state that you can. And take your mind into the beyond that makes absolutely no sense (in human). For this is not of your human reality. This is one that you have forgotten. And it takes believing in your own heart and the images created from there that will allow you to connect and see. Many are being prepared to "move". This is because moving about shall change as each expand that which they could not previously see. 

Connection state present for the last couple/few hours. Close your eyes, open your mind and heart. Quiet your thoughts. Just listen. See what you hear and see. I love you. 

p.s. the "worker energies" are present now, so the solar activity within begins. Subtle vibrations all over (or stronger, depending on one's vibration). Sink into these, get lost in these, electronics off and away from you. Drift into a space where nothing else exists. Linear is starting to move out as "time" again starts to disappear. 3rd eye builds, Itchies become a bit present as your internal solar/cosmos/universe completely gets wiped, activated, reprogrammed, tuned.... back in a bit. 3:01pmI awoke to solar sun flares within, the itchies and incoming frequencies being and since has been steady streams of meditative information activating sedative energy, calm energy, sleep energy, while the 3rd eye fills with even more to release in the "shut down" state.

The frequencies that "work" on/from the head region are present (and spine, back of neck) are present. The 3rd eye region feels "crawly". This is part of the template wiping (time). Could cause some fuzzy head for many. I went from wide awake in a session to needing to sleep instantly and my pineal being super activated. (On top of charging/activating it with the direct super beams of the sun for an hour today!)

Sounds like super fine chiseling/crystals and it "waves" up & down with very light streams of home energies. It has been a very peaceful day thus far with all of the shifts. Higher realm energies sound like they are starting to stream to take us all higher, if this is the case. SO, you see what you see, hear, smell, feel. We have a solar flare occurring within to create itchies and "wipe" or continue the magnetic pole shift that is occurring in each one of us as energetic beings here. We ARE the universe, the sun, Gaia.... and so what occurs out there IS inside of us. Your entire insides are re-arranging, merging, flipping... and soon, your realities shall further flip & merge. This occurs as you sleep more, which is why so much sleeping is required by those who have "stumbled" into their ascension/awakening/re-evolving, remembering... It can be suppressed for as long as one "can", then suppression is no longer an option. This is why we work to create awareness and reach others. For when the "time" for suppression is over, then one shall have a choice, if they are aware. To participate consciously, and avoid the "suffering" that comes along with being an unconscious human or to learn tools for navigation so as not to have to lose absolutely everything to come to understand that their entire human reality was created just to have to be "reversed" or taken away. Conscious awareness gives one choice. I love you.

Okay, all the "head work" that occurred earlier, now moves us into non-linear frequencies. Focusing on "past/future" is not available as easily here and the higher we go, the less there is! I exist in non-linear, yet I can tell when it comes and goes, based upon the increase & decrease in realms that are present at any given "time". It is always nice to have linear "move out", as human thoughts are also not as available here. WE existed in these frequencies before, which is why all feel so at home as they come to exist in them again. The "erasing of time" continues, as we have much time to transcend. Heat is still present here with the solar flares inside continuing. Itchies too. Heartbeat in the head present here & there to drop the brain-wave state in these higher realms. The "shrilling" continues (frequency can be felt & heard) to wipe our "time" templates within. Time does not exist out there. It exists within separation of your mind inside. As you shift into the higher realms, time shall cease to exist. I love you.

So we have a shift in energy activations loves. It has been rotating of "erase time/memories" chiseling, then waves of higher realms moving in to shift all up in frequency, then "erase time/template", then waves of higher realms... so we are streaming "higher realm waves" to create a bit of ease, then shift back again... so make yourself comfortable and ride the waves of activations that occur within you. As much rest, understanding & gratitude as you can find if you are trying to adjust. The rest of you enjoy! Twinklies and sparklies have been flying about (with our "new" vision that comes with these higher realms. Enjoy these shift, as amazing (forgotten) follows every single time! This frequency has a different sound, like a million gazillion crystal particles swirling about at LIGHT speed, and super tingly expansion from within!!!! PINEAL ACTIVATIONS further underway! Wow, wow, & more wow. The entire galactic/cosmos/universe/solar system exploded this entire evening & night. I had an event to attend and that was interesting, to say the least! The "loudness" was unbelievable and I could barely hear anything. In a room full of partying people, I sat in the floor with another and chatted on dimensions/timelines/the beyond and could not hear over the celestial party in my head! Towards the end of the night 10-11pm'ish, I was burning-off at the event, to continue on the 45 minute drive home. I could barely have a conversation, while expanding from within. I felt like I was in another universe watching "earthlings", while in any moment expecting the sky to open up and a light ship to just come get me, right then and there. All I wanted to do was get out, yet straight to the bed I came. Passed out after a bit to connect with other realities/worlds/dimensions/beings in the most awesome way. Can we say "this is getting even more awesome by the moment?". So can't wait to expedite in every moment. UP WE GO! Let's do this!!!!!! ♥

Okay, sweet loves... The "burst" last night delivered so very much!

It seems that we are "receiving" activation energies that have not been present since last May/June. This is some of what you may notice: The lower chakra areas being "cleaned out" (tummy talks & more), the abdominal/tummy area "blows up" with "air" like you are about to give birth (as you are, to the NEW), the spine & back of neck being activated to higher frequencies, so presents with a bit of pain/discomfort, so just be aware and make yourself as comfortable as you can. The upper back takes on much, the 3rd eye/pineal gland expands/fills with LightCode activations (information released in your sleep). Take care in eating in these energies, as it can be "spit right back out". The head region is being cleared.

Basically, LOTS LOTS LOTS..... the LIGHT BODY gets ready to raise in frequency, so all of the "bursts" (rampant emotions, flares, explosions, releases have surfaced to prepare for this). Any discordant energy shall be pushed to be released. We get ready to expand from within, REMEMBER more, float more, expand more... awesome comes from this, as unification within is required if unification out there is to occur. So embrace all that you are presented with, nurture and honor you. Sleep, hydrate, get in nature to allow for the frequencies of Gaia/Universe to help you heal & integrate with a bit more ease.

Happy MOMENT most awesome and brilliant beams of radiant light!

I pop on for a few moments before my next appointment to see how all are doing today... After and 8 hour session yesterday (and hang out with a most beautiful soul!!!!) I passed out! Was awoken a couple hours later by the most exquisite celestial event (my head & body act as an entire cosmic portal here), to passing right back out for 12 hours straight again! It appears these next few days (for me) are client sessions & sleep. So, I shall be checking in & posting energy updates where possible, for those who follow/utilize them to come to understand themselves as an ENERGY BODY here. Going to tune-in and read the current streaming frequencies and shall update soon!

P.S. When the solar system "blew up" last night, I could not be near the computer at all. It was total frequency interference. Today I still feel "wiped", as I too am experiencing soooooo very much. Blissful in EVERY moment that we are activating, I do honor sleep first. Nothing "works" anymore if we do not honor our Soul/LightBody.

11:51amEnergies today have been a quiet, steady stream that sound like a "space" where some may be "stuck in a void", some may be feeling compression a bit around their heart. There is a tiny bit of the heartbeat in the head, which some understand as meditative or sedative energies. There is mild tingling in the fingers & toes.... feels like we are entering into a "washing away" of old that has surfaced to clear for many. Last night's celestial event caused for great expansion in many, while others may have released tremendously from within. An "explosion" like that causes a release in absolutely every way that one can imagine in the physical and on a soul level too. Energy has to leave, be released somehow. If one does not honor it when they feel it, then it occurs "for" them when it is not an opportune time. OLD is being wiped out. The entire universe within us cannot collapse, be re-arranged, merge as one, without major "discomfort" in human realities. Those who have cleared most "human", are expanding further as the universe and understanding this. Wherever you exist in this moment, honor that. It is the absolute most important thing you can do. It IS why you are here. I love you.

HOME Energies stream with the mix of all other frequencies opening up the ENERGETIC COMMUNICATION GRID further. Activation energies, reprogramming energies all present subtlely and beautifully. I am still seeing the "split" of worlds/realities, yet do not have enough to share as it feels that it is still being CREATED (which we know is true!). I am "torn" between what I too see, so I also wait for more clarity! 

The LightBody further activated from within. Notice EVERY moment, every small thing. BE in total observance from inside your heart and SEE that which you could not previously see. That SO includes out there FROM within!

Listening to the most magnificent celestial event occur. All day has been super loud erasing & reprogramming of the entire template today, full-body activations, TIME being erased & so much more! A bit ago (like 45 minutes), I was "awoken" to what sounds like the entire Universe/Solar System/Cosmos explosion that opened up to a huge star party! Gonna go connect and see if I can "get" anything. Wow, wow, wow! Feels like we are about to "take off"! enjoy loves!!! Back in a bit!

Okay loves, the "out-of-tune" frequencies are starting to stream again. These affect all, but the head (and spine) are mostly affected. TIME literally is being ERASED from within. I shall write more on this soon, as that is still coming through. Looks like we have another "coring/dismantling" period coming through. Higher realms await. Embrace in love and let go! Honor you. Nature, nurture, sleep & hydration. Eat "light" in case you are affected by the nausea that presents in these streams. Heavy sedative energies still streaming too. Connect from within. I love you!

Okay loves the "irritating" frequencies stream. These really mess with the head region. Much is going on. You are being re-tuned or tuned-up, your "antennae", if you will, for "better" energetic communication to be created in connecting all to the light grid, to "clean out" your head of low-vibrational, physical world thoughts/attachments, to trigger anything that it out of tune to surface. Linear time continues to be "removed" from your perception. Fuzzy head, disorientation, headaches... These also "tune" the LightBody to higher frequencies by activating all that is out of discord. Any emotion attached shall surface. So, adjust as best as you can. I was "told" previously that we cannot expect to ascend, go crystalline, without some discomfort. Sleep and clean water as much as you can. A Saltz bath will tremendously help too. I love you.

Higher realm energies start to stream a bit... they may rotate to "move out" what's being activated, triggered, cleared in frequency. These offer a bit of ease, while I feel "heat", but don't hear a solar flare. hmmmm not sure. Back in a bit.

Energy streams continue to fluctuate between the "template wiping" and the home energies. These affect the skin though. I am actually "swelling" in my fingers and my skin is dry on my hands. There is a certain stream that causes this when the LightBody is being further activated. There is still some "heat", headache or disorientation while the head gets major "work" done.... high high frequencies to hear... so much happening, not one place to start! I love you and signing off soon. Client sessions tomorrow, so not sure when I shall be able to post! 

So we have a solar flare that is starting. The teeth/lips vibrations (the metal taste) started a bit ago. The 3rd eye region filling. Time/linear being shifted. Nausea comes & goes as we shift "in & out" of TIME. Linear & non-linear fluctuations can be a bit disconcerting for the "fast" shifts, so just hang on. The more of the OLD way that one tries to hang onto causes for more discomfort physically/emotionally. The "shrilling" starts to "un-anchor" the ability to hang on at all. Tingly fingers, toes... you name it. 

So, all thoughts of the "old way" are challenged, ripped away. 

Where does anything still exist "outside" of you. Where do you "think" that THAT OUT THERE ever occurred TO you? Where do you see injustice, lack of anything? Healing is now wholing of the separation that exists within. This one must do from within.

Entire body activating starts. Mini eruptions (or major, depending on one's reality) can be noticed & felt in the physical. Chakra points being activated (heart, solar plexus, feets, hands, head) and one can actually feel a heart-beat here.

The harder one attempts to hang on, the more resistance to letting go, the more discomfort one shall come to experience. For entire realities now shift to REMOVE that which one held onto as safe. There are no VICTIMS here. There are CREATORS of realities. Look at your world and see where you are being PROMPTED to step into FAITH and TRUST and HONOR of that which exists within you. Look and see where you are challenged with an OLD BELIEF System that no longer works. For you are being presented with CHOICE. One will be to TRY to exist the old way of "hanging on" and one will be to "let go" and fly. Yet to fly, we must either jump and leap or wait until the "footing" is removed for us. 

Honor and integrity are to self and then radiate out. Lack is an energy of "I can't, I don't have enough". This is of the old physical human mentality. Timelines are being completely wiped and fear, terror and all of the pain, torment of dis-illusionment shall also surface to only observe so that it can leave. Holding on shall cause suffering.
