Happy moment sweet family of light!

Sending out radiant beams to all while these light code activations continue with strength for many. So much "work" is occurring within, whole the old is further erased, activated, integrated... while one's LightBody continues to expand, the Merkaba building with each activation to become a simultaneous moment where all becomes one for each who is actively participating in their own journey of expanding as conscious energy and assisting with each expansion by way of contributing to the light quotient held here as a whole. 

Whereas I used to be indoors all day, in my sacred space, taking on energies and sharing... I am finding that I too am being shifted "out of that" and have a "need within" to get out of this "box" in order to fully expand. It seems now, that in order for me to expand, I "must" leave that which used to be sacred... for now, IT seems so very limited and so extremely "small". 

Yesterday I went out and drove around the city, and the city seemed "too small".... so as my own realities flip, merge & expand inside, therefore do my outter realities in the physical too. This "body" seems limiting at times and like it no longer fits.... and I cannot quite see where that is going... it's like my LightBody has expanded beyond my physical body so much... that now I must move about for new integration to occur. 

Seems I am blabbing, yet this is what came out, so I shall share. There is much to write, yet to sit and writing lately seems limiting. I desire to do more videos, so that is in the works now too. 

Verbal speaking: Seems that the "communication" chakra (just one part of ALL that is being immensely upgraded) and that many of us are "saying many spoken words" to finalize "situations" so that we can move forward and continue to shift up and out of the old realms. When we do this, we expel "too much energy" and we lose our voice/sore throat, etc. Yet, the spoken word energy must go, so that we no longer need to speak... for as we further move into energetic communication, words are no longer necessary. I usually spend majority of my days in silence, even when around others, but lately, seems like more spoken words are being exchanged in order to further dissolve this too, as we all continue to shift up. 

Just an observation and sharing. I shall return later, but for now I too desire to get "out" of here and just BE in a state that is not physically/energetically limiting. 

IMMENSE amount of light activations occurring within.... while the old realms further go and the "new" becomes more visible and palpable, as for what we perceive it to be. For as we shift, we integrate to the frequency within that allows us to further see. So much love, nurture, peace and bliss to all! 

I awoke to seeing from within an "slowly" activating Merkaba field, which is quite the amazing experience within itself. There are no words, yet I found myself trying to write, to make sense of it, to share. It is like all this "info" floating all around me... I can see it... I get it... but then I have to pull it all together to write in descriptive words that create a visual, a picture, so that one can connect from the heart space... which exists so far beyond the human thinking mind. (I will fix this later, as I write as I sit in an activated Merkaba bubble where all time, space, weightlessness has gone and I do not worry about the proper-ness of the words I try to write and share). 

Now, time starts to come to a halt again, for "in the field", the separation of time & space, do not exist. All continues to "move out there", while no time exists "in here". It is a huge huge huge energetic "bubble" of "nothingness" that is BEyond exquisite.

Each experience is different, dependent on how fast it activates (sometimes it builds over "time"). The "points" of the field dissipates as the spin increases to all being non-existent and just this huge energetic bubble is all that is present here. The slower the spin, the more active I can be, moving my body, working and doing other things. While still yet, for the frequency I have activated within me, when it "peaks" out and feels fully activated, absolutely everything goes.... my inner magnetic poles no longer separated?, now become a field, like the sun, radiating out from within. There is this view of a "magnetic field" from the inside looking out. One can see the light frequencies transmitting out and "things" being pulled "to it". (View a huge bubble, like 30-40 feet all around and standing in the middle of somewhere.)

Even now, as I type, all "out there" is silent and still. All that exists is inside this huge energetic bubble. Out there still "moves" as if I don't even exist. So very cool. 

I will type the words I have right now and had upon awaking "in this" then. I write to visually describe "my view" from inside. I will update later as more comes to me. 

Your Merkaba activates each time you lay (or sit) in connection to/with/as source. It is the transmission of light from within, which continues to expand as all is released/let go. Denseness being released allows for more light to be present and this light "binds together" to create a spin. The dense is a disruption in this unified spin. 

Your Merkaba is your bubble. Everything you hold on to, or keep, impacts your bubble's speed. The Light'er you are, the faster it spins. This is created from the inside out. Your thoughts must be from the inside to radiate out. For each time you step outside your bubble to "think" of that out there, you create a disconnect from inside your own bubble.

Your Merkaba is your vibrational vehicle that allows you "physical" access fully to the 5th Dimensional Realm (and higher). It is where the 5th Dimensional Realm is activated from within you and radiates out so far that as you "step" you step AS/IN the 5th Dimensional Realm in your physical. As more activate their bubbles, the joining of these bubbles actually "creates" your 5th Dimensional Realm to come to exist in the physical, for these do not reach far and wide by the eyes of the human mind... they reach far and wide vibrationally, which connects all. When all Merkaba's are activated simultaneously, your 5th Dimensional Reality, as you perceive it, shall vibrationally materialize to form. 

You do not "go anywhere", for your Merkaba creates as you go. All materializes out there as a result of your own LIGHT BUBBLE spin.

This is your vehicle to move freely realm to realm. With each activation of Light, your ability to move will further expand. The only "thing" standing in you way of free flowing movement is your need to hold separation within you, your need to think any certain way and your belief that things "are" any way at all. For in an activated bubble, no thoughts, no beliefs, no attachments, no identities, no anything exists. The longer you can hold a space of "nothingness" inside, the more activated your Merkaba/Energy Field shall become. 

You shall feel the vibrations all over, inside of you. You can hear them, in frequency, inside your head. The visual is a "space shuttle" ready for lift-off. When the Merkaba is activating, one feels like they are about to "take off" in flight. This will continue to build, over your "separation of time" as you build your light quotient within. As the spin increases, so shall the magnitude of the vibrations, the intensity of the frequencies you hear... and then vibrates and spins so fast that all slows down to a complete halt. This would be the equivalent of you floating in space, without the "suit". Yet your "suit" is your human body. This is why your breathing gets shallow, for the "air" is non-existent here, yet you can breathe. You breathe from the inside out, instead of from the "old human way" of from the outside in. You have been being adapted "over time" to this. When the Merkaba is fully activated, you "float" in a suspended animation state.... visualize your astronauts in space... it is the same. You can imagine it in a closed-eyed state, yet you now experience it in a waking state, when your brain-wave state lowers to "stop". When your magnetic poles inside "merge".... no longer separated inside. Gravity is at zero point inside. Time comes to a halt and absolutely nothing exists here. The longer you hold this within you, the more you shall come to "move about" in/as your fully activated bubble.... This will take you some time to integrate to. So honor each experience as it comes and allow yourself to BE "IN" it, of it, as it. 

And as I type, all comes to a halt. My ears have closed off energetically and sound out there does not exist. Time slows to a halt and weightlessness now returns. I am shown to move my hands away from the computer. So I shall return later, if "time" permits. Somehow I am to do a media/awareness event later. This shall be an experience! I love you. 

SUSPENDED ANIMATION: (These are the words I receive/d)... 12:22am

I sit here completely weightless, in a spinning Merkaba Field and receive the words "In a space of no identities". I am shown that all the releasing of all along the way, all of our attachments, all of our beliefs, all of our human "safe", all of our everything is of the "old" way. And in this moment, I sit in a "suspended state". It is so very awesomely odd, for I "see" me floating in a state of suspension, nothing holding me, no cords, no attachments, no identities to anything at all. In THIS MOMENT I am absolutely nothing, which "feels" like complete surrender, complete freedom, complete abyss, yet I also know that what comes next is even more magnificent, phenomenal and beyond, and that is hard to imagine at all. "Here" is a space of nothingness and everything all at one time. 

I shall update later, for that is all I have... for one of my "abilities" at times, is to be able to write and translate in the moment as I experience it. Here, there is no time, there is absolutely nothing. No thought, no memory, no past, no future, not even this moment seems to exist. 

Truly beyond words.....

This was a state of utter and complete BEing inside. Not from a place of observing with my mind. My entire BEING floated in a suspended state, zero gravity, zero anything. All dissolved and when I laid down to close my eyes to go "see", this is what I received, observed and saw:

First, about an hour prior to this, my body temp on the inside started to drop. The outside temp remained "normal", it seemed. My "suit" held a different temp for awhile, and continues to do so today. Inside I was freezing and I saw my temp go to "zero" too. This took lots of blankets and all night to balance out, with an entirely "new" experience today. Today I went outside. I could tell it was "cold out there", yet inside I was warm & my physical was cold. I was not cold. I was balanced. This has been occurring much lately, yet I did not know what it was. My body is regulating from the inside out, to no matter what temp I am in. It is "as if" out there no longer dictates my temperature. Will update this as I observe and receive more along the way.

Eyes were "glitching" after, as if the "matrix" had glitches in it. I could see "blips" of it "going"... as if I was in the movie the Matrix and I was kinda sorta in a space like that green hallway where all was just energy and one could "see" beyond the physical reality "here".

When I closed my eyes, all went dark. I "knew" there were stars out there, yet could not "see" them. It was as if I was in a sphere, a cylinder, and overhead was a "Dome of Darkness" that was not really dark. It was like being in an observatory and looking up & out from within.

I weighed nothing inside. I was floating in suspended animation. I saw my Merkaba all around me, huge, primarily gold... no longer spinning left to right & right to left, as in the "old" triangles that spun to create this, yet "now" an entire huge "globe" of gold light that I was encased in, and the reason for "zero gravity" was my Merkaba had completed to be also over my head & under my feet.... I was "encased" in this huge gold Merkaba spinning & elevating me to not touch anything in any direction anymore. 

Later I laid down, as I usually do when I connect, hands one on top of the other, placed over my "thymus" region (for this is how I lay when I connect in). I observed myself connected and laying in an Egyptian Tomb-like Sarcophagus, which I have seen before when I do LightBody Energy Sessions on others, yet not usually on myself. 

Now, I am shown that this experience was the magnetic poles within me going to "zero point", that which many/all/some (don't know who yet), shall experience with the "pole shift" that is human calendar this December (I awoke in June being shown I had gone through a pole shift "overnight"). Yet those of us who embrace this and hold/embody this within, do not "wait" as others do. We activate within when WE are ready. All have this ability, yet one must choose and release all that is "human" that stands in the way. All shall integrate within, to bring one to EMBODY this here. I do not (yet) seek to go anywhere, for we need not do so any longer. ALL is available "here" from within. 

There are other things recently activated within me, that occurred previously, the night before. One, a portal within me burst open from the inside out, flowing with the most magnificent crystal clear blue waters of Lemurian/Atlantean Energy being activated within me. I start to remember the language I spoke with the Dolphins, yet I was also a Mermaid... so will have to see where this goes from here. LOVE the new portal access, along with this most magnificent state, that while, all are connected, is totally separate too. I did not understand the "vision/experience" I observed and a connection with a siStar of Light gave me the "missing" piece to come to understand this. When I went to look it up, all made sense and activated further! LOVE it!

The Universal Merkaba is activated. One can feel, hear & see this as it activates, from within. I do not know how long it will last. I have been observing this for awhile, as all must come together to be simultaneously, for one to "know" this. The body "shaking" from the inside out, feeling like it is about to "take off" or launch. All of the sounds that were separate frequencies, all merge to become one sound, that when tuned into, one can hear the spin, and one feels & it sounds like they are in a "flying saucer". The "crickets" no longer separate, the Energetic Light Grid of Communication, no longer separate, the higher realm streams, no longer separate, the lower (gamma) brainwave states, no longer separate, yet all a "part" this "creation" that we now exist in and expand out to be so huge an energy. It has been going now for an hour, in linear time, yet time does not exist here. 

I awoke to me "teaching" thousands again and the words I was speaking were "all must LIGHTen up". Each time this has occurred previously, tons came forth in the waking state to new realizations of remembering in their waking state too. 

It sounds like being in a "tunnel" of spinning lights (a capsule is the word I am given). All "tingles", vibrates.... 

I am shown how since my first activation to feeling this, over a year ago, and every activation since then, that all came to "work together" now to create this. How every attachment I released, allowed me to further activate and spin. And how, this shall only continue to increase, as more focus their intention on allowing this to occur, from within. Enjoy activation loves, as we vibrate higher into the "new".

Since my awareness of this, my own activation to these higher frequencies from within, further activating my own Universal Merkaba, I am updating to share "more" of that which I now see. I hope this helps.

I can look "back" over much time "years" and see each moment where this activated within me, yet I did not know what "it" was. Each activation was something different, bases upon the frequencies I was activating within. For with each release of the old inside (especially huge ones), we activate further inside. One's LightBody/Merkaba, "builds" in frequency each "time". Each event/episode/activation seems separate, for a "time span" is indicative of how much separation we hold within us. 

Now with each activation, we vibrate higher, we further unify inside. This unification removes a bit more "separation" of our inner selves, therefore removing the "distance of time" that we hold within. The higher we vibrate, the less we exist bound by time. The human travels through the separation of time. The Light Being travels through vibrational frequency. All is a polar opposite in those realities, yet even that merges and disintegrates within too.

First, it's just vibrations felt inside, then it is the loss of "time", loss of physical denseness/weight, etc. As these things UNIFY within, so do these things. 

The vibrations become "spins", the old frequencies one used to hear becomes all Universal Sounds (stars, solar flares, crickets, gamma rays & more). Then when one's UNIVERSAL MERKABA activates, all sounds merge into one, all experiences merge (timelessness, weightlessness & more).

For me, I keep receiving the words "Grand Merkaba", yet have never heard these together before. Last week, I experienced the "next" unification of my own Merkaba, while out & walking around "doing" public things. Now, when my Merkaba activates, I can hear it build over "time". It takes many hours, kind of like a "notification" to "get ready". The spin is slow and I can actually listen to it build/increase/speed up. I hear & feel like I am about ready to "lift off". It becomes so energetically powerful (and loud), that it dominates all. This last week, I came to a space where all time stood still, all weightlessness went, all thoughts, memories, everything "gone" and I was in a walking/open-eyed/participating state. I even typed "that" up to share, while in the middle of it.

My Merkaba activates daily now, sometimes several times a day. Each experience building as my own unified frequency increases. Some periods last for majority of the day, others just an hour or so. I see that this shall also integrate as I do, to be "all the time" as time is all one.

I am awoken each day to hearing/feeling this and "new" spaces of occupying here. I can "see" that which is to come, which I will share soon, as this will assist all too.

For what started a separate "episodes" of vibrations or memory loss or time disappearing, are ALL PART OF A WHOLE experience that shall occur for all. One can participate by allowing, tuning IN to it, going WITHIN and releasing all that surfaces to go. This includes everyone & everything (I will also explain this later, for it is not the "purpose" that we believe at the "time"). 

There will be "portals" opening up out there for all to "walk through". These activate as one holds the frequencies to do so. First we do it in our "sleep state", yet eventually we do this in a waking state. Yet, if one has not activated within, this shall not be visible or accessible. This is where the inner work is necessary. And I am shown that this is why the LightBody Energy will be so important. For this gives one instant access to this, and where I shall physically be located, holds active portals for one to actually pass through, in the physical here. Eventually, we WILL all BE a portal. Yet until this time, we utilize that which we have access to here. 

Brainwave state: The overall frequencies of all on "Earth" have been dropped in brainwave state. When you hear/feel the heartbeat in your head/body, this is time to connect in. First in a closed-eyed state. The gamma brainwave state that is activated "over time", comes to BE in a waking open-eyed state. It gives one the ability to function "this way" in their "New/Remembered" reality. This too is only accessible vibrationally. All of these things are this way. 

The ENERGETIC COMMUNICATION LIGHT GRID is more actively "heard" during these times, yet is always present if one chooses to shut down & connect. This is just you, as an energy form, connecting to all as energy, communicating AS we all are, together, utilizing your own energy field to do so.

Now, I have individual posts for all of these things, for they occurred separately, over time, as I too experienced them. Yet, in a fully activated Merkaba, all of these posts are one. Every post I have ever written on the LightBody, every post on energetic communication, every post on the affects of the energy streams & the physical body, every post is a part of the whole. And every post is on my websites, for I have been writing and sharing for years. 

If you feel it, hear it, see it, know it, it is a part of "this". The "next" of which is to come, shall also be a part of "this". 

I received the words "last year", :you are not of this time, you are from the future". Then I was shown the old TV Series "Quantum Leap" (along with a few other things). I awoke yesterday to seeing us all already fully in the 5th Dimension and how the only way we are not, is if we forget that we are. The veils that are in place still for many, do not allow them to yet see this, yet this is one's own doing prior to even coming here. Each has the ability to lift their own veils by doing the inner work.

Part of my "MANY functions here" is to bring through this REMEMBERING to share and assist others who make their journey their priority and to expose those not yet aware to that which they have yet to REMEMBER here (writing/videos/tools/connecting, etc.), and also DO/TEACH the LightBody Energy to assist one in the overall vibrational frequency "jump" instantly to shift them higher dimensionally. This is not "for me". This is for us all. Access to the portals are within you. THEN they appear out there, when it is "time". For time is a human creation. The Light Being exists in vibration. And "here", there is no separation or limits of time. All exists in one "space" and as we come to exist in this same space, we exist as all.

Embrace, Activate, Integrate and Expand BEYOND that which you have yet to comprehend. I love you.

Energy Update: So the streams of earlier, subsided over the last couple hours... to now shift to the "shrilling" ones that create headaches & nausea. 3rd eye building, as much much much light has been activated today. Lower back, maybe even the spine, back of neck, are "normal" with these. These can create physical discomfort, if they last long enough, so make yourself comfortable and don't resist. Be grateful, as these all assist every one of us. I can't remember what these do.... erase time, wipe the etheric blueprint possibly. I am only popping in for updates today with traveling. May not be online much these next several days. 

Oh, and the teeth... I forgot the "work" on the teeth (metal tasting mouth). ∞

Higher realm energies just kicking in. Sounds like "stuff is being washes/swooshed away", while taking all into higher frequency realms. LOVE this. The feeling for those who have been doing the inner work, to shift dimensionally, is even more peace, bliss and perfection. The air here is actually is cooler in temp, smells clean and allows for thinner veils to be able to see energetically. The longer these go, the higher we go together!

Dense does not do well in these. Discomfort will present and it will be "harder" to be in these for those who have "clearing to do". Those who have been struggling, may notice "ease".... 

Wherever you are, honor that which you feel. Observe and allow. Let go of any resistance present, for this is a block you created to see and then release from within.

Any linear time that was present (human thoughts of another time) further moves out. Light energy activations cause the 3rd eye to build, some could experience neck and spine pressure as these areas activate/build too. Some could feel disoriented or dizzy in the head (fuzzy head is what I call it), memories have no, or little recall here. Tingling in the 3rd eye, nose, fingers toes, etc... The heart may expand for some here. Frequencies sing beautifully...

Okay, here we go loves... massive amount of higher frequency light being activated. The physical shall feel these in absolutely every way. As the Universal Body/Light Body comes to integrate to these frequencies, so that one's "vibrational spin" (Merkaba) can increase, all dense must go! So embrace and take it all in. If you find discomfort, do what you can to get through it, as for some this can get super intense. Ask for ease if you must, you have the ability to communicate energetically now. 

REMEMBER what you are. You ARE energy. And that is what is being "upgraded" in Light.

So the higher realm frequencies have been activated enough to interfere with electronics (my computer), which is my "sign" to take a break and go connect on a deeper level to tune-in, to see what other awesomeness there is to see. The "closed-eyed, quiet mind" state, currently still offers that which is not yet visible to see in the "open-eye" state. Choosing to do this on a regular basis, allows one to "bring" that forth in our vibrational awareness to then manifest in a physical reality. This is a journey of choice & honor in every moment. Back in a bit.

We have increase in higher realm streams... posts from today pretty much cover it for what is coming through now. Enjoy and take advantage of the lower brainwave connection state. Computer barely works, so back later. Light Body takes on much again. Up Up WE go in frequency! 

The universal pathways in the "brain" continue to be "opened" and activated with these energy streams. The continual electrical air that moves about is so very cool to hear. Anytime we can close our eyes and still the mind so slow that we are present, yet no actual thought occurs, we shift to a place to "watch" and observe from within our own pineal gland view. We can actually additionally activate by doing this, further opening the pathway of our universal connection AS all-that-is ... The lower the brainwave state, the more one has access to. This IS unlimited and allows us to connect to each other energetically to communicate, to see that which was not previously visible, to know that which is not otherwise known... and to further activate one's Universal Vehicle, the Body of Light (LightBody)... sync'ing up in resonance allows for further integration. It all started with listening to the "human thoughts" up there, to weed them out, to make space to listen and to expand a connection that we never knew, in this way, existed. There is a difference in reading about, evening knowing it, but to experience this, well.... each must choose to do on their own, while those who "do" this, continue to share to assist others to be able to do too. I love you. ♥

Happy moment dear sweet soul/star family of light!

Okay, we have entered the energies of the NEW Moon and some are already noticing the affects in their physical. I have an entire writing on this coming through now to share, but for now.... much much much going on in light activations. I will return with more, as you all know, when I translate, one post turns into a book. Yet for those it assists, that is most important here. 

The coring energies that I fell asleep to, turned into connection energies through my "night". To awaken with open portals of communication and new rememberings, while feeling the entire body being activated with much much exquisite light!

Currently we have the Light Grid of Communication active to hear & connect to (you should do this at all times, as my posts are only reminders & for those who have yet to intentionally activate this within. I will re-post that when I finish this.

I awoke to see to change my words and to explain. So the writing that comes forth soon, shall be to explain visually how the Human body is merging with the Universal Body to then take us to full Universal Body abilities ... (only word I have right now). 

So, any dense that is being activated is occurring so that you can release that which blocks you within from expanding into your universal you. Your LightBody. Your Merkaba. For these are the same. We just speak to describe. When all words too are merged to become one, then one no longer shall be separated by the human words we describe this to be. Which is why I translate, and much time in visuals, for when you can visualize it, words are not necessary. And this too activates a remembering from inside of you too!

So, I shall return, as I work to receive my own words to translate... I will be replying to messages & posts as I can. We shall continue to accelerate energetically, so unbuckle your seatbelts, give your human mind a break & close your eyes often to see that which you cannot yet in the physical comprehend. For once you connect with it with your eyes closed, then you can bring that forth to create & materialize in your new reality. I love you!

Hiya loves... sorry to disappear, but I had to detour to do a Skype session with a sweet soul sister of light! 

The crystal sounding energies that activate the 3rd eye, spine pain, some nausea have started again. Earlier was higher realms & ease... so we shift shift shift to absolutely everything occurring today. Metal taste in mouth... linear is still a bit available to those who exist here. Many are experiencing a lot of physical pain, as they begin to feel more physically after all of the deep core emotional "stuff" has been released. 

Now, many of us have an area that we "sit" or meditate in where we feel is sacred to us. Here, we have created a "vortex" of high frequency energy and BEing in that space (even that room) is too intense during this. The energy body is too sensitive, and when there is much pain, one may have to go to another room that carries a lower vibrational frequency. Better yet, get outside in nature. Doesn't matter if it is day or night, utilize the tuning frequencies of Gaia/Universe to assist. This "sacred space" is for increasing our vibrational frequency, and should be utilized in every moment that one can do so, except when it is too intense to handle. Ask for ease, as your higher self will assist.

The higher realm streams start to flow.... so much being activated. See what you see.... all is FOR you... and your new Light Body. I am "maneuvering" today, so be back in a bit. On & off... I love you! 

As 5th Dimensional frequencies are activated from within all, those who have been doing inner work & connecting shall notice increased energetic experiences occurring in their physical, as one's LightBody actually evolves as an energy form, lightens, becomes more translucent, transparent and, for many, starts to glow (and more). You become holographic transmitters. Visibility is matched in frequency.

From within, and at "different times" (according to how separated in time the human mind still is), mini-gamma bursts, electromagnetic radiation (and sooo much more) have dramatically increased to almost an every-day thing, whereas this was months apart, that is no longer. 

You are a walking crystal energy transmitter of the hologram that you see out there. As the light quotient builds within, so does it "out there". The lighter one becomes, the "quicker" and more connected as energy one also becomes. That hologram out there "used" to be one that played a human transmission. As human is left behind, then that hologram also dissipates. Then, there is a "reversal", if you will. The hologram is one that you create. Once the concept is truly comprehended, then you work to create the NEW, as it is perceived, from inside of you. As you do this, you continue to lighten. 

As one sees it here, in the physical, this is new. It is something to "work" to create. Yet, it is actually the opposite. WE do not work to create anything. It has already been created. It exists within us as a frequency that can only be seen within first & to then manifest out there, once one achieves the frequency from within. What you are seeing "out there" is what always has been. Yet you did not hold the frequency prior to see or BE in it. So, that which all seek to now CREATE, is only that which has always been.

Your lightening gives you access. Your desire, your mission, your work to create is your transmission, energetically that in your physical creates a new physical reality too. 

Now, you are a walking light enery transmitter. That which you now think & feel are created just by your BEing that energy. If you desire for that out there to change, you must go within. Remove, release & let go of all that is not in alignment within you. 

The Energetic Communication Grid of Lights IS you. It is ALL of you finally reaching a frequency that allows you all to connect as one. It is this connection, that together creates the NEW hologram that you shall see there in your physical reality. If you are to create the NEW together, you will have to connect AS the frequency of LIGHT that you now become. As this grid strengthens, so does your ability to see/transmit this NEW reality. THIS is how your NEW is created. It exists inside of you. And together as you all connect, new is now visible for all to see too. ♥

ETHERIC BLUEPRINT/LIGHT BODY TEMPLATES
DISSOLUTION OF SEPARATION OF IDENTITIES, SELVES & TIME IN ALL 

There is an etheric blueprint for each one of us, and for Gaia too. These are templates that hold information that continues to be activated within each one of us, as a walking energy form here.

The HUMAN template held separation within it. All were separated in identities, selves, time (and more). This has been & continues to be erased/dissolved. 

The entire human template is being wiped. This appears to be happening faster, yet it is just more "visible" as one integrates light within and vibrates at a higher frequency. In order to integrate LIGHT, where there is dense to be released, one must sleep. The human mind/body cannot "take" all of the light that gets activated in super high energy times. 

The human mind is like the processor of a computer for this template. It holds the clock & time within in. Until one actively participates in releasing "time" within, one gets shut down for this to occur "for" them. 

The Soul Self does not have this separation within it. As more integrate to EMBODY AS their own Soul/Light within, the less this will matter. This BEing "moves" and exists in flow with the entire Universe from within. One is awoken when they are meant to wake. One is shut down when it is time to sleep. "Work" is not done with thought. It too is a "received thought" of what to do, and this Being does it, without thought. For all that is "needed" is present in any given moment. The words that are meant to be spoken, come forth. The ability to "do" an action comes forth, even if it didn't exist in one's human brain capacity, one has access to BEYOND that here. 

Sleep for the Soul/Light Self is a "plug-in, re-charge, re-boot, connection time". There is very little actual sleep, unless one is in "light integration" mode. There is not exhaustion from anything that gets done, so the physical/mental/emotional/soul self all exist in the same space, in flow, as ONE being together. There is no conflict or question. There is very little thought here, unless it is of creation of "new" or to assist another. Those are our only purposes here now.

Light is being activate within you. Separation within is made visible to see. If not first of the self, then by what occurs out there to create an emotional response within. 

One can participate in releasing "time" & separation from their body template. Releasing the need to look at a clock, make appointments (this is why I work primarily in-the-moment with all things and schedule very little now). Sleeping when they "feel" to do so. Not stepping out of present moment to focus on another. No thought or spoken comparisons (age, achievements, accomplishments, amount of time spent doing anything), no speaking or thinking in terms of yesterday, last week, or years. Switch the words from "I have done this for years" to "That was another version of me in a different vibrational frequency". When I look back at a memory, I see the frequency that was present, not how old that human me was or how long I did something. I do not see that I have done "this" for a certain amount of time, yet another has done "this" for a certain amount of time. For that is a human comparison, an aspect of the human self.

Memories also go. For these too existed in separation of time. For as one releases the attachment, the story, the identity... then it is no longer needed.

Much is being "wiped" from the memory banks, for it only existed for the human experience. When one no longer "needs" that lesson, that experience, it is allowed to "leave" our energy field... which actually is one just vibrating at a different frequency that no longer holds that frequency.

NEW Earth, 5th Dimension, is a Realm. A vibration. A space that all occupy that must be first visible from within. Then it comes to be visible out there. For WE all are creating NEW Earth/5th Dimension in every moment that separation within is released and one further EMBODIES love, light and peace within. This is the true embodiment of the higher self, the soul, the body of light (LightBody) and it is occurring "now" for all. How it occurs shall depend on how much one activates the light on their own, by participating, or resists it as an inconvenience to the human aspect of their existence here. This one receives an "adjustment" to assist in one's alignment. These are where human pain and suffering come in. ♥

SUN ACTIVATION OF YOUR ENERGY/ETHERIC/CRYSTAL/LIGHT BODY:

EVERY day, where there is Sun, it is imperative "right now" (always) to get somewhere where the crown & 3rd eye are exposed "the most" for direct sunlight. Even when there is not, you can do this, yet the actual sun allows for one to FEEL expansion "in-the-moment". 

Place your head in the direct sunlight (under a window is fine) and sit (or I lay positioned for maximum head activation) and close your eyes. Breathe in the sunshine, through your 3rd eye, slow long belly-expanding breathes and on the exhale, slow slow slow release to tune your body & your breath together at the same time. If, on the exhale, you feel to emit a "tone" in your breath, this is what I call "toning"... and you can actually tune, in frequency, as you release breath in tone. The slower & longer the in/out breath, the more you are able to tune within.

5-10 minutes is enough to activate. You will feel tingling in your 3rd eye & crown (pineal) area. Allow your mind to visualize peace and love inside. Feel yourself connected to all there is, through your breath, through your entire BEing. 

p.s. place your hands, palms up and focus on the center of your hands. There is an energy activation point (chakra/crystal, whatever word you want to use) and you will feel expansion here too. 

Now, imagine breathing LIGHT into your entire LIGHT BODY. Fill it up inside. Imagine the sun activating your physical eyes (take care not to stare directly, unless you know how to do this safely)... YOUR entire body IS an ENERGY CENTER, a CRYSTAL... you can activate it, by choice, if you so desire to.

Okay loves. I am getting a lot of questions on the "split" of the dimensional realms, and though I write on this often, yes there are things that I have not shared, as all comes through in pieces sometimes still. We never have the "entire" picture. We see from the "view" (realm) that we have achieved from within. There are times, when the energies are high, that I can see from the view of the Universe, other times from the clouds (Angelic Realm). I went through a period of seeing the realms "split" and then like as fast as I could comprehend that, I shifted to a higher realm and received "new" information (Rememberings). 

First, absolutely everything we have access to, exists WITHIN US. When I "speak" from the higher realms, I see from there, I exist there and that comes from within me. I do not get it (any longer) from "up there". Have not for awhile. This too, is yet a vibrational frequency we achieve within us. It is what we have forgotten, that was locked deep within. 

Now, while many of us speak of separation between realms, this is true, yet it is not. The only reason it appears they separate, is because we have achieved a frequency within us that gives us a "higher view". When we "see", we see from the higher realms. Each realm is visible as separate realms. When the energies are "lower", we do not have this expanded view. We do not see from these realms during those times. We do still see from a higher realm, just not as high as we are used to. (or that is my own experience). 

While many see these realms in chaos, in separation, in the physical, yes, this does occur. Yet from the higher realms, this does not exist. It is no longer present in the reality we see from. We see it for what it is. 

Each shall experience the realm that they currently exist in vibrationally. If one holds denseness within, then that denseness shall be experienced. Where one does not, it shall not. For many of us, the 3rd Dimensional realm is already gone. We still interact with those in the 4th Dimensional realm, for we are here to assist those who have awakened and are seeking to transcend those limits into the 5th Dimensional Realm. Even for me, the 5th Dimensional realm is but a "pit stop". Yet it must BE first, before we can shift fully into the higher dimensional realms. 

WE can see "down" to the other realms, yet we do not exist there. Will 3rd Dimensional Realm eventually just "fall away". Very possible. I see so many "scenarios", I am not ready to go in any specific direction with that yet. I wait or clarity of my own visions before I share. This is the responsible thing for me to do. 

Currently I see that those who exist in the 3rd Dimensional Realm will not be able to see us in the 5th Dimensional Realm, yet we can see it. 4th Dimensional Realm can still see both. The realms did not change. We just got access to move into the higher realms. The LightBody continues to "Lighten" so that walking from realm to realm (and more) actually becomes a "norm". (More on this later, as there is SO MUCH here!) There are many of us that have been "playing" in the higher realms for awhile. How that opens up, shall depend on how long one allows their human mind to continue to separate time within them. For as that goes, access to more is activated within. I do not see in time. I see in frequency. And I can achieve any frequency I believe in and choose to go within to unlock with my own active participation and release of human mind limits. 

"Out there" is absolutely created by us, from within us. So, if it can be seen, it does exist within you. Transcending that should be each's focus, rather than looking at "that out there" waiting for something to change. Yet that too is some's journey and all happens exactly as it should, when it is time. 

There shall be many "new" awakeners coming through. And those who "do what we do" shall assist in the way that they are here to do so. All shall be drawn in frequency to that which resonates and those souls will find those who are meant to assist them. We wait for them to make a choice, as this is an imperative part of ascension. One must choose their soul self over their physical world self. Until they do, there is a "lesson" that has yet to be learned. ALL came here to create a physical world, physical reality, acquire physical stuff, tie identities to absolutely everything outside of them, to turn around to have to let go of every identity to & belief of "that out there". It is the human experience that all agreed too & chose prior to coming here. It is the act alone of loss that creates the desire for something different. 

Many of us here work to create awareness, so that less have to suffer. Yet, choice is always up to the human self not to let go of pride, fear, lack. We have learned to honor that. We do not fight to save another, as we understand that is not our role here. Our role is to wait until one is ready and makes the choice. Then we can assist with tools to point them within, to transcend previous limits and to come to a place of utter & complete peace, love & honor within.

Many of us work to assist the masses, and stop to help the individual soul that has truly made a choice to do the inner work. There shall be many "hurrying" in panic. WE must stand in light, teach and share. Where we are called to do otherwise, we honor that too. For WE must continue to integrate to higher frequencies also. This shall continue to be the priority for all here if we are to do what we came here to do.

P.S. The time for "suffering" for those who have access to the higher realms is no longer. Access for how to transcend that has been activated within. This too exists in frequency, so if you are one who chose to suffer to "get here", focus every moment on your inner work, as lack too goes. That was also a frequency we all held within. Many "think" they are creating, and while this is true, it also is not. For it has already been created, by you. Yet it is by way of creating that you come to vibrate with that which has already been created. With every vibrational increase that occurs within you, you BECOME it, so again BE, FEEL, SEE, SMELL, HEAR, TOUCH that which you did not previously have access to. The higher YOU vibrate, the more you have access to. This does not exist out there UNTIL you possess it and fully integrate TO it/AS it, from within.

We come up on another very important ENERGETIC GATEWAY in this process we call Ascension. Yet, while to the human mind, this is NEW, It is not new. It is the forgotten reality/world that you hold within you. 

The world you move into is one of choosing your new priorities, honoring you, no longer compromising and creating PEACE within you. When you do this, then peace out there becomes your "new" reality. These energies further activate the Universal/Individual Merkaba. These energies already exist within you. They are only activated by the light that lays dormant within. If you embrace your journey and make it the absolute most important thing there is, then you can tune AS energy and activate on your own, anytime you choose. 

This world/reality one enters into does not exist within the human mind. It is not tangible first. It is tangible once you believe in it with every fiber of your being and anything less is no longer true. For then, it shall come to manifest FOR you. For it IS you... always has been. The only difference is your own vibrational frequency. This gives you access to everything you have always known, yet could not remember. 

I see many waiting for something to come & occur to change that out there. That was the "old" way. WE are the ones WE have been waiting for. Always have been. Many shall be surprised by what they come to see. For it does not conform to the old physical reality. Silence, observation & listening is required in order to truly see. Only the human waits for something to occur in "time", for it is the separation of time that creates this internal belief. When one no longer sees in time, then waiting shall no longer be. 

Everything you seek, is already present. It is invisible until you exist AS it vibrationally. The "higher realms" already exist within you. They are but a frequency. You are energy. For as you again become, then you shall come to see. 

All energies that I speak of exist with us all. Many have been under the perception that these come to us from "out there". It is the opposite as all previously perceived. 

The human sees all "out there". Downloads coming from "up there", being activated from "out there". The higher self, up there. And while, from one perspective, this could be viewed as true, this is not my perspective (any more). It has not been for a long time. I write to you all to help you see FROM WITHIN. For the entire World, Universe, Cosmos, Star System that all see, is only a projector view of what exists within you.

All energies are activated from within us. The DNA activations, the dormant parts of your mind that were never utilized, all hold the "forgotten" that activates all that you now come to be/feel/see, from within you. Your energy body, fully activated, has a capability beyond human. It exists AS ALL, without separation from anything at all. 

The journey was to come here to create a human body, a human existence, a human physical reality to experience, to gather material things, people, identities, separate into other times (lifetimes, dimensions, realities), to then come to "awaken" to the "truth" that none of that was ever you. That entire existence is what all must come to let go of, release and transcend. For what we all come to now move into, does not exist in 'human'. It exists in the beyond, that which human cannot believe or see. This is only available through an open heart and mind. And all shall come to realize this, in their own "time" within.

When I write of energy activations or streams, every one of these are within you. When you tune to them, you are tuning to frequencies you hold within, yet have forgotten. Memories of the forgotten/other side/invisible, exist within you, deep beneath your human ones. As the human ones are allowed to leave, new memories are allowed to surface. Out there only changes as you do within.

You created those people, those experiences, those memories for your own experience here, Both individually and collectively (as that is perceived to be). Yet the "time" is coming where the human reality ends. And a new phase begins. For this, many are being led to leave absolutely everything behind. To let completely go of their entire human existence here. This is necessary, for the human mind hangs on, and it is the human existence that shall end, for many of us. Holding on is creating great discomfort for many. Letting go is necessary, as it is the reason you are here. 

The story, the play, is being re-written. This is occurring within all. This part of the journey is one that comes from within us all. Out there shall be a transmission. One will tune to it vibrationally. 

Your pineal gland must be activated with sunshine, expanded and if you have not done so, decalcified. I have been shown that this is how I now hear, smell, see absolutely everything. This is your internal viewer that transmits your reality out there for you to see, again from within. Our human senses diminish and our energetic senses expand. 

All are evolving as energetic beings. This requires discomfort in the physical, for this energy was not made to fit into these human bodies. We work to integrate them, so that the human body can LIGHT'en and we can walk as energy forms here. Translucency is occurring, now to physically be able to see. 

For me, this has become quite visible, for now, when I do sessions, most of my clients can see me translucently (as a blue & purple energy). I have started "glowing" to humans that I run into in public that walk up to me to "touch" me to see if I really exist. I am invisible to many who cannot even see me until I "appear". Many are already experiencing this too.

There is nothing typical, nothing normal, nothing rational here, according to human. Yet as energy, we get it, if we allow ourselves to believe that which we hear/feel/see inside of us.

So, when I write the "energies of home" stream, these are being activated WITHIN YOU. The calm and peace that you feel exists within. You may smell it & see it, yet you are seeing from your new viewer, your new way of smelling, from within, as an energy form. 

All out there will be a transmission. In order to change/activate/expand that which you desire to transmit, you must go totally within. I can only assist you, by creating awareness that was not previously there. You are the key to your own existence. Always have been. Together we all create a NEW reality. Yet this is not new, only forgotten. We begin to enter the new, where out there becomes visible once again. ♥

Okay, these last few days, the "theme" has been everyone thinking they are losing it, going bonkers, every emotion surfacing & for no apparent reason. Really super OLD stuff, emotions that don't "match" anything, explosive outbursts, completely off-the-wall responses.... so.... I shall write a bit to see if this helps some. 

The energy template (of Earth & the human both, as they are one) is being completely wiped, so that NEW can be created. There is no place for low/old/dense in the 5th Dimensional Realm. All that has been held onto goes. Now, the "tricky" part is that entire Timelines (all other times/lifetimes/past/future/alternate realities, you name it, it is in there) are being wiped also. So, the "over-the-top" responses, or deep deep emotions, tears, anger, WILL NOT MAKE SENSE much of the time. If you get stuck in trying to understand it, have any judgment what-so-ever, you will stay stuck in the "spin cycle" or "frequency loop". Now, this can be beneficial, as if there is lots of old energy, this continual loop "burns" off alot of this energy, and for deep deep stuff from other times, this may be necessary. If you can get conscious & present & move to your heart, you can shift it. (I can do a different write-up on this later).

Super important is to break the loop. Recognize you are spinning in circles so that you can shift up in frequency. Give yourself validation for whatever you feel, give yourself permission to release/feel that emotion, see where you lack boundaries, etc. Do "Hand-On-Heart", close your eyes and get out of the "ego" head. Don't try to find a cause (who did what event to you), as it won't matter. The ego needs to know, blame, place fault. We are in the times of "who cares", as the purpose is the surfacing emotion and the safe release of it. It is just a frequency. Period. You are here to transcend that frequency, integrate as your higher self, and let it go. When one gets sick of being miserable, when enough is enough, things change. So shift UP in frequency. How? Shift to love and create communication. With your higher self. Talk out loud & hear what you are thinking. Have a conversation. And speak it. For when you do, you can hear if it is true/real or not, or if it is an old acquired/learned belief that never was you to start with. 

I hope this helps and WE shift together. We ARE the GRID of LIGHT. More now than ever it is time to REMEMBER that none of "that" was you. You ARE absolutely pure love and light. Anything less is not you. It never was.

Okay, sweet loves... The "burst" last night delivered so very much!

It seems that we are "receiving" activation energies that have not been present since last May/June. This is some of what you may notice: The lower chakra areas being "cleaned out" (tummy talks & more), the abdominal/tummy area "blows up" with "air" like you are about to give birth (as you are, to the NEW), the spine & back of neck being activated to higher frequencies, so presents with a bit of pain/discomfort, so just be aware and make yourself as comfortable as you can. The upper back takes on much, the 3rd eye/pineal gland expands/fills with LightCode activations (information released in your sleep). Take care in eating in these energies, as it can be "spit right back out". The head region is being cleared.

Basically, LOTS LOTS LOTS..... the LIGHT BODY gets ready to raise in frequency, so all of the "bursts" (rampant emotions, flares, explosions, releases have surfaced to prepare for this). Any discordant energy shall be pushed to be released. We get ready to expand from within, REMEMBER more, float more, expand more... awesome comes from this, as unification within is required if unification out there is to occur. So embrace all that you are presented with, nurture and honor you. Sleep, hydrate, get in nature to allow for the frequencies of Gaia/Universe to help you heal & integrate with a bit more ease.

So we have a solar flare that is starting. The teeth/lips vibrations (the metal taste) started a bit ago. The 3rd eye region filling. Time/linear being shifted. Nausea comes & goes as we shift "in & out" of TIME. Linear & non-linear fluctuations can be a bit disconcerting for the "fast" shifts, so just hang on. The more of the OLD way that one tries to hang onto causes for more discomfort physically/emotionally. The "shrilling" starts to "un-anchor" the ability to hang on at all. Tingly fingers, toes... you name it. 

So, all thoughts of the "old way" are challenged, ripped away. 

Where does anything still exist "outside" of you. Where do you "think" that THAT OUT THERE ever occurred TO you? Where do you see injustice, lack of anything? Healing is now wholing of the separation that exists within. This one must do from within.

Entire body activating starts. Mini eruptions (or major, depending on one's reality) can be noticed & felt in the physical. Chakra points being activated (heart, solar plexus, feets, hands, head) and one can actually feel a heart-beat here.

The harder one attempts to hang on, the more resistance to letting go, the more discomfort one shall come to experience. For entire realities now shift to REMOVE that which one held onto as safe. There are no VICTIMS here. There are CREATORS of realities. Look at your world and see where you are being PROMPTED to step into FAITH and TRUST and HONOR of that which exists within you. Look and see where you are challenged with an OLD BELIEF System that no longer works. For you are being presented with CHOICE. One will be to TRY to exist the old way of "hanging on" and one will be to "let go" and fly. Yet to fly, we must either jump and leap or wait until the "footing" is removed for us. 

Honor and integrity are to self and then radiate out. Lack is an energy of "I can't, I don't have enough". This is of the old physical human mentality. Timelines are being completely wiped and fear, terror and all of the pain, torment of dis-illusionment shall also surface to only observe so that it can leave. Holding on shall cause suffering.

Now, I must sign off, as apparently I am about to detox and go into a burn-off in order to transcend to a whole new level of expansion from within too! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! I am shown this is Sirian/Lyran again.... so I shall see you all in a bit! LINEAR TIME FURTHER MOVES OUT. I love you! 

The energies today (yesterday 8/8/13), have been all over the place, ranging from "not appearing to be present" (but they were, just very quiet streams), to massive intel streaming in, new frequencies being able to be heard, all different tones and "bands", to the last hour the higher realm energies streaming. I finished my session and all I could do was go to sleep. I slept for a few hours, to wake up, take in more energy while responding to emails/posts, to only desire to go back to sleep. The physical body is adjusting to this integration, linear time moves out again, meditative energies stream, light codes build to be released in sleep state and the heartbeat & delta/gamma brain waves are active in wake state here. The next several days are the culmination of this "time" of energies that we have been receiving since the end of July. Honor how ever you need to be. Continue to receive. Connect to your energy self, allow all "low to go". Rest, rest, rest and sleep, nurture, nature.... whatever you feel to do. I shall assist with the book download when I am online (I may be sleeping here & there too). Electronics off, as they interfere with your frequencies when you meditate/sleep. The more you can lay in that "in-between state", the more you shall be able to see. 

We further evolve into 5D energies where much can be heard/seen/felt. It is visible in frequency. You shall SEE in frequency. This is activated through your heart and the continued integration of these energies, activations & releases of your old human existence that no longer serves. Open your mind to magic and miracles. As this is the forgotten that you shall soon be LIVING here in your physical reality. For you shall not exist purely as a physical being any longer. You shall exist as an energetic being here completing that "phase" of your previous existence and moving to the next existence that you came here to "do". 

Today, for some reason I feel to share about the experiences coming through, for I have found when I do this, it helps another/others. 

Back in March, many of us expanded and were able to actually "leave here" energetically, with our body in a waking state. Used to be, one would have to experience and NDE (Near death experience) for their Soul/Energy Body to leave and then the physical body would be revived upon the Soul re-entering the physical body vessel. We have evolved here to where this is no longer necessary, and our LightBodies have elevated/integrated enough to where we, as energy form, can come and go "at will" (when the energies & expansion supports this). For me, this experience was BEYOND my comprehension, yet I have come to honor absolutely everything that occurs, so it was easy and was more "normal" than this early existence we have come to experience here.

I went back to before the creation of time. Before this was all created, and I was shown how "all of this" was created and came to be. I traveled through "time" as it separated for the human, the separation of selves, identities, everything. It was the absolute most pivotal experience and a "game-changer" to where nothing is ever the same again. I cried for humanity, every time I thought of it, I cried for days... until that energy passed. Then a NEW beginning had emerged from within me. 

Since then, I have been shown much, received much, seen so very much (I did before, but this is even more expansive). I actually SEE that which I write to all of you. I am shown what is to be. I exist IN the higher realms and to "come down" for me is quite painful and a shock to my own energetic system. I "work" to fulfill a mission here to assisting in NEW EARTH transitions, anchoring the higher realm energies here so that WE all can create change together. 

Fast forward to now. The Christed Energies stream in with the opening of the Lion's Gateway since the end of July. Last night, again, I "left". Yet this time was when I allowed myself to shut down and "leave". I was flying through the galaxies, star systems, yet today, that is all I can remember. Whatever I saw or experienced, brought back the "same" feeling of non-stop crying for humanity again. It has been going all week, but this is like a culmination of all at one time. 

Last time, the Awakening To Remembering Book was written from this open stream of energies that came from within me. Much much more came after. What comes next, we shall see. 

I share with those who also experience this, yet do not share. Some don't for fear of what others will think. Some do not know what it is. It is the beginning of what is to come, as our LightBodies/Crystalline Bodies continue to form from that dormant DNA that is now activated within. It is the other 90+% of the brain that has not been accessible, due to the human mind's existence that was necessary for our human experience here.

Many cannot see what is to yet come. There are blips of knowing and wishing. Yet, I see soooo far into a future NOT separated by human time, that is still separated by time here. When I "step down" from this space that I occupy to participate in "human", I am completely thrown off at how far I have to step down into separated time to exist here. I wait for that separation of time to continue to dissipate, for I know that as it does, that which I see comes into existence here for us all as one. 

I also know that all is about to dramatically again change. How long that takes is up to us to activate it in the physical here from within. I love you and am honored to share my journey with you here. 

Okay loves, I am off to prepare for LIGHTBODY ENERGY OF REMEMBERING SESSION!!!! These have been soooooooooooooooooooooo expanded this year and continue to open portals BEYOND! So, I shall post in-between & around, as I also have an event planning session today for some AMAZING UPCOMING EVENTS on teaching remembering, creating awareness & sharing this expanding energy with MORE!!!!! YOU now have the ability to SHIFT in any moment that you are present, aware and MASTER AS your own ENERGY self, in step & in tune with all-that-is! Good morning and Happy Lion's Gateway/Portal Energies dear compressing & expanding BEings of Energetic LIGHT!

Can we say E-N-E-R-G-I-E-S? Quite an interesting last few hours and it appears we continue "through" them still. I was awoken between 3-4 am to an "Energetic Burn-Off". This is where the LightBody gets cold & hot at the same time and POURS water. This is more than "sweat". I received the words that I was being detoxed again (last time was Sirian & Lyran, but this was "different") and then drifted off to allow it to continue. We burn off when massive amounts of "old" energy needs to go, in order for our LightBody/Soul to expand OUT further. 

I was awoken a couple hours ago to get up only after a few hours sleep, and extremely "whooped" I did so. I noticed the "energy" felt "off" and not "awesome", so I came back to tune-in. Yep, total body activations from the inside out (many may feel as if they are having a panic attack). Feels like an earthquake inside & all over. The energies could be VERY aggitative, yet the ability to be in ease with anything occurring was present without having to consciously "try" to do so. There are "different' frequencies and MUCH work is being done. I can hear the repairs and re-programming occurring. So OLD is continuing to go, while NEW (Remembered) is further activated to "come through". BE PRESENT AND AWARE in every moment, for your ability to shift dimensionally comes into play with every thought, every observation, every "new" understanding that surfaces from within. 

YOU can occupy ANY SPACE of Consciousness that you are aware is present. You can choose if have "created" the signs according to your own reality. I have shared many over the last year in my writings that tell you which portals have opened and how to activate these keys. Each space has a tell-tell, if you will. 

Last night I was receiving two messages, before I went off to sleep. (1) was of MAGIC and have WE receive exactly as we believe. (2) was of all of those about to "endure" their "break" in order to open them up to this part of their journey (and how by creating awareness and understanding, it doesn't HAVE to be this way, yet most shall "choose" this "path" anyway and how we have to honor this.)

The higher realm frequencies of easy breezy "home" now start to enter also, not much but they are there. Are you ready to expand even further?

SO, whatever SPACE of CONSCIOUSNESS that you, as a totally unlimited and brilliant BEing of exquisite LOVE and radiant LIGHT, exist in, make it the absolute most magnificent one for THIS MOMENT. You are CREATING with EVERY THOUGHT, so focus on magic, dream and the previously IMPOSSIBLE. For you have choice. Human or Expansive Energy. I know which one I exist as... what about you? 

p.s. The delta brainwave state is present in waking state in these energies, which means one can access that which is usually only accessible in a "deep" sleep/meditative state to the human self, yet the energetic self has access to this at all times that the energies support (or after this has been activated and "held" long enough within by way of frequency). Enjoy!!!! 

Many are not yet aware, but with these higher vibrational streams, these HIGHER REALM ENERGIES, these DNA upgrades, these LIGHTBODY/ Crystalline Body Activations, you ARE becoming more transparent. 

WE speak of transparency as being able to see that which has not been visible. Most focus on the "truths" out there, yet this applies to SO many other things too. For the "truths" out there are a manifestation of what exists within. For as you see where you have compromised your own self, your own being, and you work to come further into alignment WITHIN, then "THAT" OUT THERE continues to shift, change, match your frequency and the old physical shall continue to fall away.

Yet, you cannot look in the mirror yet and truly see that your physical also is becoming TRANSPARENT. YOU are evolving as ENERGETIC BEings AGAIN, and as you do, as you become LIGHTer, literally, your entire BEing becomes more translucent.

Others too shall now come to see this. They shall see the glow that radiates from within you. Not only, as in the "past" by your bright smile or happy face, yet an actual LIGHT that radiates from within you OUT. 

These energies that you receive, raise your internal & entire vibrational frequency. This in turn tunes you to the energy that you are. As you release, you lighten. Your physical changes to match these new vibrations. Your human eyes further integrate with your energetic eyes that sees more colors, vibrancy & light. Those things that you could not see shall continue to become visible. The realities that you have always known inside, yet longed to become, shall truly now come to BE. It is up to you to keep making it your priority. For you see, when your vibration is of the utmost to you, then all out there shall come to match that which exists within you. 

See yourself for all that you truly are. Hold the light. Allow your mind to release all that is no longer you. And all out there shall come to match this FOR you. 

11:30 am   Good morning most brilliant beams of LOVE and Radiant LIGHT!

Have you been enjoying all of the energy streams throughout the night and continuing thus far today? (opposite "time" frame for those overseas!) Subtle full body activations along with meditative & sedative energies too! Higher Realm Energies singing beautiful and creating ease for those who are used to existing "here". The physical world human has more of an issue in these, as their realities continue to attempt to merge to emerge. Sleeping and disorientation is a huge part of this as Light Code Integration occurs in sleep states. Until one achieves this in a waking state, then the in-between state offers access that one has yet to be able to see in their waking state. Realities continue to "flip" in order to eventually merge as one. 

I have been listening to the exquisite streams, ever so steadily, feeding us much that we need to accelerate further into the higher vibrational realms. For me, I am truly pleased to see them return, as a few days without them causes "reality" to go haywire. Once you get used to living and functioning in these, anything less is really hard to adapt "back to". Stepping into lower dimensional realms to exist in a space where things are not your reality takes a bit of navigating, more conscious effort, yet the experience teaches us how to "move" between realities, something that will become more beneficial as we enter into the higher realm energies with our LIGHT BODIES. In these energies, there is no effort at all. So, we continue "work" to anchor them here. To raise the light quotient of all that we touch. To reach as many as we can in raising vibrational frequencies and to continue to be LIGHT wherever our physical bodies "rest" or exist. 

We come upon the Lion's Gate on August 8th, which is yet another Gateway Opening, allowing for new portals within to be accessed from within. It is KEY to allow yourself as much time working from within as you can. For once you unlock those portals, they continue to manifest in your outward realities to become visible to then see. It does take awhile, so trust and patience and not allowing ourselves to "forget" in the interim is imperative. Do not lose stride, or fall back into "old" thoughts. See them if they surface and recognize them for what they are. A CREATION. For every thought is. It is a creation of something. Either your human mind (fear or safe will be built in here) or your Higher Self Mind (fluid, inspired, unlimited & creative). 

Allow yourself to get lost in dreams, desires and Creation of the NEW here in the physical. Creation of community, coming together, of what all shall BE together as ONE. Allow for all separation to fall away within, and it too shall fall away "out there". For if you truly desire to BE in a space where only LOVE exists, then that must be created first from within. Then it shall manifest in all that you do, see and come to BE. All realities shall merge, but before they can, all "old ways" of perceptions must be allowed to fall away. For you cannot fly and hold on at the same time. So let go of all that you "used to be" in the physical. That is not who you are. You are an amazing, brilliant, exquisite and truly unlimited energy that exists in spaces you have yet to see. If you wish to access them, if you wish to REMEMBER, then go inside and release all that keeps you separated from within. 

In addition to that which I see and share with all, I felt to additionally share others who I resonate with in frequency with the work that they do here to assist all others. Because there are so many explanations, and all are "correct", we just use our own language that we "speak", it may help to have a wide perspective, with multiple explanations in order to expand one's understanding of what is occurring NOW and with the Opening 13th Stargate Activation.  Remember, access is from within. Yet there is enough here, no matter what your current belief system is. Hopefully, it is the one you have come to re-create from within. One of Unity, no longer any separation at all.

On 7/24, I "received" that I was a Galactic Emissary and that which I am to do to assist with the energies opening of the Portal/Gateway that is now starting to occur.

QUESTIONS:

I get a lot of questions from other on "what do I do"? or "What does this mean for me?" 

ANSWER: 

This is a very individual process where one goes within to now exist. This requires much inner work, and tools assist in understanding this "easier/quicker", yet all must do it themselves. In "this time", the most you can do is honor you from a place of connectedness with all-that-is. Your entire vessel, all bodies, shall go through much, and attention to that is priority. Focused intention on creating NEW for all, from within.  Learn to master your own energy to BECOME the CREATOR that you are. From there you then assist all. Let go of all that keeps you separate as WE inside. Anything that surfaces to release is in your way, so let it go, wipe the "past" and all other times clean. "Erase & Replace". Clean Slate. Only you can do this. 

These energies coming through will be there for you when you are ready. It is up to you to focus on your own vibrational frequency and making it your utmost priority in order to bring you INTO that which you wish to receive and beyond that which you remember to be. Make your own ENERGY your priority if you desire to exist in the NEW. It is waiting FOR you. 

Those of us who have been called to "step up" in higher dimensional roles of anchoring, gatekeeping, assisting HUmanity, do so from a call received from within. We have been "doing" this forever and this is part of our purpose here. It allows others to be able to move into the 5th Dimension and beyond. So, from that aspect, nothing (and no individual) is more important than our "mission", if you will. Those who wish to assist and support are greatly welcomed, as we do this solely from our hearts, and usually have existed on "nothing" in order to do so. This too shall change as WE all step further into being CREATORS of the NEW. 

All have opportunity to shift. One does this by choice. For those of you who have been working to do so, keep doing the inner work, while stepping into your roles of assisting from within. Those who are "asleep" or unconscious, shall remain in the lower dimensions without any idea that anything has occurred. If/When it is their time, then how that occurs, shall be made available, if at all. Many are shifting up, naturally, as they become "softer" and their hearts open more. They may not have any idea at all of what is occurring, yet when it is their time, they shall do the same. Keep being a light and creating awareness, while respecting everyone's reality as they need it to be. All are here to experience this as they chose for them. There shall be masses further awakening and there is much "work" for all of us to do! So focus on your vibrational frequency, as when you do, you help ALL other too!

IT IS TIME. It has been NOW all along. Honored to share with you all.  

I am shown to write SIMPLE on the HEAD DISORIENTATION & INTEGRATION PROCESS (as it is perceived) that many are about to experience with the upcoming energies, so here we go! I explain for the linear mind that sees (separates) "time". I write in "simple" so that the logical mind can comprehend. I can do the awesome version, with big words, but then that would negate the purpose in why I write!  

As more integrate the higher realm energies into their BEing here, much is affected that makes no logical sense. The logical mind shall try to figure it out first, which can cause additional discomfort & pro-longing the experience. When one can "accept" the process and actually participate by either allowing or expediting (raising one's vibrational frequency intentionally), then things seem to move much "faster". 

Especially, in the "beginning", these shifts & changes seem more dramatic, as they are "foreign" to the physical body. They are trying to integrate (become one), and so one may feel "taken over", victim, inconvenienced and even scared.

I have many writings on the head disorientation, dizziness, loss of memory, inability to focus or maintain balance and more. 

Short version: Your soul/spirit/higher self is expanding from within you and your human mind is in the way. It's taking over and it's tired of waiting. 

Expanded version: (here we go!)
For your soul/spirit/higher self (I call it the energy body) to expand from within you, it must make room and get those things creating blocks within you out of the way. Your logical mind IS the problem, so it must "take over" and throw you off balance so that you cannot maintain control. Control is of the logical mind. This occurs when much information is trying to be assimilated for "release". All of your bodies (mental/physical/emotional) house veils/blocks/walls that must be triggered, activated, released, removed so that you can expand further. One can participate in the process by practicing "consciousness" and further utilizing choice from their heart (opposite of the human thinking mind). 

The three human places where blocks occur in the physical are: Mental, physical, emotional. The last is energy, but then we ARE energy, so I will address that one separately, as it technically is where all originates, but the human can't "see" this, it sees the other manifestations, so we will go there first. Yet the energy is the place to start and will take care of the others!!!

Mental: All lifetimes/other times are present NOW. Your thoughts will show you this if you will observe them, without judgement and work to completely "re-do" your head. This is a necessity and shall occur with or without your participation. Choosing to participate can eliminate much "suffering" and loss. 

Emotional: Appear as a result of your human thoughts. All emotions must purge one way or another, so choosing to do this can again eliminate much pain and suffering. Now, it is important to allow a feeling to surface, be validated, acknowledged for what it is, so you can move out of that vibrational frequency (purge/release/transcend, etc.)

Physical: This one is "tough", as all things in your other bodies manifest here physically for one to see. This includes the physical body & "out there". As the other "bodies" are cleansed of the lower vibrations (transmuted, transformed, purged, etc.), then the physical will change to then match the new frequencies. The denser the "thing", the longer it takes to change. The physical is "slow" to catch up, so one must continue in the new vibration for this to "show up". Patience and not losing focus is key. Understanding is too!

Energy Body: This one is HUGE. Why? Because it is the entire essence of who/what you are. Yet, most do not understand this and it is the "last priority" on the totem pole. Everything else comes first, as this IS the human way. This shall change as more become aware and start to choose differently. When one comes to understand that absolutely everything they desire within exists in the higher realms/their future self, then ENERGY shall become their first priority and then all shall come TO them, instead of the human way of "seeking, trying, working, slaving and suffering". The golden etheric key? ENERGY! (Sorry, I get sidetracked, lol). Your soul/spirit/higher self, is already WITHIN YOU. It is trying to get you out of the way. In order to do so, it has to "push" all out of you that is blocking it. (Chronic ailments, dense emotions, yucky thoughts). So, while you try to maintain control and hang on, it says "nope, no longer an option... I drive this bus right now. You go to sleep or do something else that doesn't require you to think/focus or stay awake!". 

Your Energy Body is pure light. It vibrates at the highest "speed" there is. This is why you feel tingling, crawling, pricklies, and everything weird under your skin. Your human mind is dense and must be shut down so that it can integrate into your physical being here. So, you must sleep (and nap!). When you do, light codes are released, healing & repair is done & realities change. So, schedule the next year off, take a long nap & wake up fully integrated... OR do it the human way and fight, whine & see it as an inconvenience. Choice will be taken away and you will do it anyway too!

You see, THIS IS WHY YOU ARE HERE. So, the more you see it as an inconvenience, the more you don't make it a priority, the more something else is more important, the more shall be removed as a block or barrier. This is what I call an adjustment or re-alignment. Things will occur FOR YOU (not to you), to put you in the path that you will ultimately end up taking anyway. 

Now, for those who would like to know a way to participate? So glad you asked, as this is the awesome part! Make energy work a priority. Take tons of time to sit by yourself and observe your thoughts. Gain every tool to "teach" you how to master your own energy from within. And work WITH your higher self, as your higher self, with open communication in every moment. Most of all, honor your soul (through your heart). Don't waste anything, don't compromise within, and learn to SHIFT on your own vibrationally.

So, I hope this short BOOK helps some. It is the ABSOLUTE most important thing you will ever do here. And play time is so very over. It has been. Yet, as always, one can always choose to start making their energy body/entire being a priority IN THIS MOMENT.
