7/1/13 FB Post on Break-Outs

So, interesting "evolution of the lightbody" note.... I have never had hives ever before in my physical existence, yet "all of a sudden", with these new increased streams, just within the last hour or so, my entire body is breaking out all over "instantly" with huge welts... the need to claw myself to death is present... along with the "out of nowhere hickey" that appeared on my neck this week... this has been quite interesting to observe. There has also been a bit of skin burning, like heating up from the solar activity. Only sharing in case "others" have this experience, as I have learned it helps to share the weird things, and this is definitely one for me! Off to saltz bath and hopefully find a natural remedy for itching. Late at night and all is closed soon... bound to be a fun one. Luckily we embrace all here. Itching and all! Energetic Body density purging rocks! Giggling in amazement as I run a bath!

I cannot believe I did that and now I feel very bad about it and can't stop feeling guilty because I know that wasn't me. Now I want to cry. What can I do to feel better? Love and light.

  Lisa Transcendence Brown This is no longer about controlling, yet more important to release the energy from whence it came. For, the energies/all lifetimes/timelines are collapsing and that which one had no ideas "was there" shall surface for release. Very important not to judge the release, but to be grateful for it leaving. No, that is not you. That was a you, or a collective energy, doesn't matter. It just needed to go. Take care not to compound it by "adding" a new emotion (i.e. guilt or feeling bad), as that will have to then be additionally cleared. Make your peace within, if you feel the need to apologize, do it for yourself and allow it to go. Many shall experience that which makes no sense. It is the purpose of these energies. Cry, as that is the perfect release. Now you have helped me, because I must have had leperacy or something in another "space" or timeline... so thank YOU for assisting me in understanding that which I could not see. I love you and I hope this helps. It is not you. Remember that. It never was.

  A couple of hours after I woke up, I was soooo itchy! My eyelids and under my eyes and under my chin as well as my neck. Crazy itchy. Started swelling up.

  Christine Burk Lisa, I have faced this one a lot with different influxes of energies. Tea Tree ointments can help or MMS in your bath. I lay still and just go straight into the center of the itching and burning. I soothe it from the inside out that way. Sending you love much love. (quite flattened over here ever since the solstice changed things soooo much!)

It was "cool", since because I can hear the streams peak & slow, as the solar flare built to a peak, so did the welps/itching. Soons as I did salts bath, itching gone, streams decreased and all I had left are the red welps all over my body. Thank you for that Christine, very much! That shall help us all. I can just speak to my body & it usually responds. Yet, in the moment, we forget everything. lol. I posted "knowing" others were experiencing this, so yayy! Thanks! p.s. sooo lauging tooDi Bib... I am thinking about "asking" for lazer surgery in my sleep.   Darcy Eastman Since Sunday night after the super moon, I was in a meditative sleep, waking to dreams and thoughts about the very things I was meditating about... Every night, very little sleep but never tired during the days, then last night I slept and tonight I am going back into a meditative rest. My 17 year old daughter has broke out in little tiny tiny little bumps that itch her like crazy!! Sorry ladies!

  Christine Burk Dear friends facing outbreaks, I have had very severe and painful outbreaks for over 2 years due to the changing and increasing energy streams.   Lisa Transcendence Brown So totally exquisite, the exchanges of heart and sharing here. Thank you all, as it so helps everyone. For me, I have come to move things out by shifting up vibrationally. I recognize it for the release it is and also know that the only way it can remain is if I stay in that vibrational frequency. Other than it's need to leave, it is already going and shall be gone soon. I don't hold onto anything. I allow it to pass through (or me through it, whichever). Already moving it out of my mind, allows it to leave. It can only exist if I see it, and for me, I choose what I see. This allows me to create my own reality. So focus shifted to creating new, stepping into even higher vibrations (while me and my aloe assist the hives in leaving, lol), back to connecting and seeing what else comes through. Awesomeness already today to share in a bit! You all rock for sharing to help others too! Love love love all of the interactions in love here! Happy day all and let's see what this one brings.
